- ana (2/5): - La vista del comedor En realidad era muy diferente a lo de las fotos, no suelo comentar, sin embargo quiero que puedan tomar en cuenta para mejorar como empresa. El olor que tenía las habitaciones era de humedad Se notaba que falta mantenimiento. No se notaba tan higiénico y a las justas pude dormir una noche. Es una edificación grande y el diseño de piscina arriba es excelente, solo que pueden mejorar y mucho. Más parecía un hostal de paso y no un hotel

El evento de trabajo salió excelente en el último piso, muy buenas instalaciones equipos, ecran, aire acondicionado, buenas sillas, capacidad para 150 personas aproximadamente.Muy buen lugar para la realización de eventos. No pude dormir, soy sensible al ruido de las maquinas (creo que del aire acondicionado) estuve en el piso 4, fueron muy amables y me cambiaron de habitación, pero igual escuchaba el ruido de las mismas maquinas y la conversación de la habitacion contigua, por eso me tuve que cambiar de hotel. Al día siguiente se disculparon, pero igual decidí cambiar de hotel.

We were not able to pay with the same reservation we had and before check out we made sure everything was ok he said we could leave only to be calling and calling me 1 hour later about not paying for 1 tea that could have been courtesy
- Sylvie (4/5): Disappointed in the costs compared to the offering. - The staff were very nice. they were kind, helpful and I appreciated all of them. I liked that I could park in the garage. I stayed in a suite with my husband. This is listed as a 4 star hotel. The suite was very outdated with very shabby furniture. The suite was very small. There was a Jacuzzi tub, but you had to call down to get the hot water turned on, wait twenty minutes and you'd get about 15 minutes of hot water which resulted in about 3" of warm water in the Jacuzzi through a drizzling the shower was tiny and awkward and difficult to shower in and again, 29 minutes wait after needing to request hot water. The mattress was a good size, but was about 3" of cushion on top of built in metal springs. It was not comfortable. This hotel costs $20 on average more than other 3 and 4 star hotels in the area and is significantly less comfortable, If you pay soles they charge you converting the USD at a much worse rate than the going conversion. So, if you pay in the currency of the country this hotel is in, you get gouged a rediculously bad rate you can get better at any cash exchange it's outdated and not worthy of 4 stars at all.

- Ina (8/5): Great stay with a few changes it can be amazing - The pool is amazing! Rooms are spacious and very clean! Wi-Fi works perfect. It’s also quite no traffic noise. If you don’t speak any spanish it might be tricky. The staff I met does or want not to speak english 😅! Wi-Fi password only on request. Did not explain how it works, on every floor there’s a different connection but always the same password 🙏🏻. Breakfast is very poor. No buffet. A lot of egg options. I ended up with bread and avocado. No vegetables or fruits which I expect from a 5 star house and for this price. And again if you don’t speak a little bit of spanish good luck with ordering your breakfast. But maybe there’s an improvement in future ☺️

I definitely recommend that they use fabric softener for the towels. The water doesn't get very hot, it's more luke warm. In my room I had mosquitos but remember you are in the jungle.

Also the price on the website is less than what they charge. The use a real high exchange rate. First room we got was used and dirty, we were promptly moved to a clean room. No other issues, afterwards.
