Osman (1/5): - Die Einrichtungen waren gut. Ich hatte über Booking.com zwei Zimmer gebucht, aber im Hotel bekam ich nur eines – völlig absurd! Wir warteten zwei Stunden, bis wir endlich das zweite Zimmer erhielten. Das System ist fehlerhaft und das Personal unzureichend. Ich würde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Uwe (4/5): - Personal zum Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut und spontan zubuchbar. Parkplatz für 10 €/Nacht kann man sich sparen. Keine Beschrankung! Da kann man sich auch überall an die Straße stellen. Die Lage nach vorne zur Straße ist laut. Nachts treffen sich die Autofans auf dem Marktkauf Parkplatz! Rennsportatmosphäre... Am Ende war unser Bad wohl doch KEIN Nichtraucherzimmer. Und die Hälfte aller Gläser im Schrank waren sehr schlecht geputzt. Das hat wiederum zu den dreckigen Kopfkissen gepasst. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Gegenüber ist soetwas wie ein kleines Einkaufszentrum. Das Frühstück war super alles frisch und und geschmacklich echt gut mit viel Auswahl. Um das Hotel wird gerade viel umgebaut daher waren einige Straßen als Einbahnstraßen ausgelegt viel umfahren aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Torsten (7/5): Schönes Zimmer - gutes Frühstück - leider Personalmangel - und leider ein paar technische Defekte - Frau Sargac von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert! Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen! Die Zimmer sind von der Ausstattung her sehr schön. Leider war die Rezeption am Samstag in der Frühschicht nicht besetzt, wegen Personalmangel. Das hat zu Probleme geführt hat, da bei zwei Zimmern die Magnetkarten für die Türen nicht mehr funktioniert haben. Dadurch sind die Gäste nicht mehr in Ihre Zimmer gekommen. Nur durch eine Putzfrau sind sie dann in ihre Zimmer gekommen. Leider gab es in einem Zimmer mehrere Defekte. - Kein WLAN - keine Fernsehen möglich, da der TV keine Verbindung zum Internet hatte. - Safe stromlos, so dass man diesen nicht nutzen konnte - Fußbodenheizung im Bad schien auch nicht zu funktionieren Alle Mängel wurden von der Rezeption aufgenommen und ich hoffe, dass sie für die nächsten Gäste behoben werden.

Hesser (2/5): - Zimmergröße Das Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch schlecht. Es bietet entgegen den aktuellen Angaben auf der Homepage kein Restaurant mit Speisen und keine Bar. Der Chinese, im EKZ gegenüber hat seit 23.03.26 geschlossen. Das Personal ist freundlich jedoch wenig hilfreich. Der Reinigungsservice ist unterirdisch. Es wird keinen zweiten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel geben!

Reichhaltig und mehr als ausreichend. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Mein nächster Aufenthalt in dem Hotel ist gesichert.

Ein kleines, schmales Kissen als einzig verwendbares Kissen für das Bett ist unzureichend. Die übrigen Kissen von der Couch mit Dauerbezug sind alleine schon aus Hygienegründen abzulehnen.
