MomtoLH (10/5): Another Wonderful Stay - Wonderful hotel! This was our 4th visit. We love the newer king suites up on the hill. Extremely clean, beautiful and quiet. Convenient to the Hampton beaches on the South Shore, great restaurants, and roads to the North Fork. Great breakfast at their restaurant. We hope to be back soon.

There is a window above the sliding glass door that, due to the nature of being high above in the Cathedral ceiling, can't be covered. Therefore, I was woken up by the sun way too early for my tastes. 😁

And it was a short walk to the marina. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but heard it was very good.

Florence (4/5): Disappointing Stay. - Have stayed at this property a few times. Was a nice stay previously. However, this time we stayed in Room #25 for the first time. We stayed for two nights @ $500 per night. The bathroom shower did not have hot water the last night. Additionally, the bathroom had a sewer odor. The walls are paper thin. Could actually hear a cough, a sneeze, etc. from the guests in the next rooms. Was very disappointed.

I don’t need luxe baubles or finishes, but what sets the Hampton Maid apart is its friendly and efficient staff that make you feel welcome. Not just that, but they probably have the best restaurant in the area, with delicious offerings made with the freshest ingredients and done with inventiveness and flair while remaining down-to-earth. The water pressure could be higher, but nevertheless we would stay here again the next time we’re in the Hamptons.

We ate at the restaurant R’Aire amazing food and Chef was very hospitable, welcoming, just really down to earth warm person. legendof7 (10/5): Perfect Family Getaway! - We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Maid! It’s the perfect spot for our family with small kids. The property is beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of space for little ones to run around and explore safely. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a cozy charm that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant served one of the best breakfasts and dinners we’ve had in a long time. It’s also in a great location—close to town and the beach but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing.

While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, a more empathetic and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way in this situation.

Never, not in the best restaurants in the world have I ever tasted FRENCH TOAST so delicious I came back the next morning to be sure I wasn't dreaming. My main muse, Pamela, a Paris model back when the world was young had a taste of my Hampton Maid's "Hawaiian Baked French Toast" and said, "I don't know whether to eat it or spread it all over my body." Get there early, this incredibly unique tasting pleasure is sure to run out.

Liz (10/5): May Fun! - We had an amazing stay at the Hampton Maid! Our suite was modern, clean, and comfy. We ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was delicious. We also had dinner at R.AIRE one evening and it was also wonderful. Chef came and spoke to us. All staff were so nice and friendly. The grounds are lovely as well. The location is also a great base for exploring both the North and South forks. Highly recommend!

YEHUDA ARIK (10/5): Peaceful getaway overlooking the water - We had an amazing experience here for a weekend out of nyc in the fall. This hotel is close to the water, and very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed staying in our own cabin - it was modern and clean and had private outdoor space. The on-site restaurant was convenient and tasty. Other restaurants are closeby.

ALIX (10/5): - Such a beautiful property, lots of trees, lovely landscaping. They keep Crassula in pots on all of the porches as long as weather permits. The room I stayed in (double queen) was very spacious. Wood beamed ceiling with a ceiling fan, walk in shower. Loved the restaurant that was open for breakfast daily. Open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday while I was there. It's still family owned and run after 69 years. Great dining options all around, and lots to see and do on the island - although you need to keep island traffic in mind - it's kind of astounding. My only regret is that it's so far away from me. I'd love to make this a regular travel destination.

Aisling (10/5): - A beautiful property with very clean rooms and nice finishes. We were in the off season so very quiet. It is on the main road so very easy to get too and from ther areas in the Hamptons. Fabulous breakfast restaurant on the property.
MomtoLH (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - The Hampton Maid is our go to place every September for our "Hamptons Visit" minus the crowds of summer. What a beautiful place. We stay in the suites up on the hill and we love the spacious rooms with the outdoor fireplace and outdoor seating. The room itself is beautiful and roomy with a walk-in shower & king size bed. Every thing was extremely clean. Our only complaint is the tv service.....absolutely awful (no live tv or news). You should at least have the 3 major tv stations as an option. We ate at Sundays on the Bay (awesome lobster special) and Rumba, by far our favorite restaurant.....great ribs, rum drinks and coconut shrimp. Breakfast at Hampton Maid was wonderful, but pricey. We will most definitely be back.
mattgW5956TH (10/5): Center of the Hamptons - The Hampton Maid in Hampton bays New York has been known for their famous breakfasts for over 50 years and we will be sure to enjoy one! Staying over is magical. Quiet, calm, beautiful and like a step back in time. A beautiful cottage room, bay views, windmill, absolutely pristine condition and real life keys!! The Hamptons offer countless inns, bed and breakfasts, trendy resorts and hotels but the Hampton Maid history and location make it one of my favorite spots and I’ve been coming here since I was born!! If you’re taking a trip to the Hamptons take a look at the Hampton Maid. Breakfast booked and can’t wait. Only concern is the prices. Higher end in the area of hampton bays but expected

Heather (10/5): - Check in: The gentleman at the front desk last night was so pleasant. He gave us all of the necessary information without rushing through it. The room: is nice. No frills. Exactly as advertised. Our kids are outside in the play area as I write this. Theyre having a great time, playing with other children. Dining: We had some really nice drinks and tapas as the restaurant last night. The owner was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming. Pool: Its a little drafty, so we're staying away from the pool, but it looks clean and nice. Ehh: My one complaint is that the sheets and pillows felt like they were wet when we checked in. As if they didn't dry all they way in the dryer. Overall: Its a REALLY nice experience and we would definitely book again.
Debra (10/5): - I’ve been enjoying the Hampton maid for breakfast for over 20 years. This is the first time I had a chance to stay and enjoy the hotel itself. It was exactly what I expected. I love the grounds and the room was so clean. You’re able to park right outside of your room for convenience. I will definitely be making another visit for a longer stay.
