- Basri Bin Bambang (7/5): The stay was comfortable and conveniently located near East Coast Mall, though some room amenities a - - Excellent Sleep Quality: The mattress was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. - Air Conditioning: The AC was excellent—very cold and easily adjustable, which I loved. - Prime Location: The hotel is within walking distance to East Coast Mall (ECM), which is super convenient. - Cleanliness: The toilet was generally clean and well-maintained. - Parking: There is decent parking available right in front of the hotel. - Room Amenities: The wardrobe was quite small and short, making it difficult to hang clothes properly. Also, only two pillows were provided. - Entertainment: The TV is way too small for a room with high ceilings and a large layout. Because of the distance between the bed and the TV, it was hard to watch anything—especially since there was only one channel (TV3) available. - Pest Control: I spotted one or two cockroaches in the bathroom, so a bit more pest control would be helpful. - Weekend Parking: While parking is okay on weekdays, it gets quite crowded and difficult to find a spot during the weekend.

The facilities are great, and the shopping mall, restaurant and marketplace are nearby, which is very convenient The bathroom water is leaking after taking a bath, and the bathroom door is also broken and cannot lock properly, which is unsafe. The air-conditioning feels hot and is not cooling well. At night, the room is not soundproof, so it is too noisy from outside. The lighting is not bright, and some lights are broken. There is also dust in the room, including on the bedframe. I bit allergies to dust.

- Hao (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location. Aircon is good. Maintenance needs to improve, dusty environment in room, moldy smell in room. Hot water is not good. Lighting not adequate for reading on table. Suppose to be non smoking room but provides ashtray in room.

I think Villa can consider fix the lamps, been like that (half spoilt) since my visitation in 2024. A little bit of simple renovation touch up can further boost up the image.

- Wai (1/5): Bad experience stay here - No I booked 2 deluxe double rooms. Have bad experiences with both the rooms. Firstly, 1 of the room is very dirty when I checked in, many ants and got smell… seem like long time no people stay. After we complain then they only arrange people to clean again the room. Another room more worst, the air cond is not working can’t feel cool air at all. Not only this, circuit jump for both the rooms, we need to go in and out the room to manually set back the main switch. At the end, they only arrange to change 1 room for us with the reason other rooms are fully booked.

- Wang (1/5): Very bad experience, forced to move at 3am !!! - Convenient location Dirty, low quality of hygiene. Got cockroaches!!! When i made a complaint, no apologies and the staff claims there’s no complains of cockroach before. The cockroaches look huge and fat! Webs around the walls, and the floor are broken also. But then at least the staff change a new room for me. But then the new room also not that clean also, the ac remotes are broken.

- Azhar (7/5): Palm City Villa Review - The bed is comfy. Room is clean. Location is nice and parking is easy and near. We book the room for our vacation to Kuantan and visit family, thus we just back at the room late night and get out again early norning. So the room is enough for us. Basically no complaints due to the cheap rate that we pay.
