- GK (6/5): - The staff were kind and the room was neatly cleaned. A restaurant on the fourth floor offers decent dishes at reasonable prices. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00, but it wasn't ready at all when I showed up at 07:00. In addition to that, frankly speaking, the variety of breakfast could be much better for a 5 star hotel.

- Ose (10/5): Very comfortable, and the best place to relax! - All the staff are very kind and friendly. The room is very clean, specious, and comfortable. As the restaurants on the 4th floor were under rehabilitation, choices of places to eat were limited. But I look forward to eating on the 4th floor next time. On the first day (night), hot water (shower) was not available. Hot water was not hot enough. But when I told the problem to the reception, they coped with the problem immediately. It was fixed.

Wide selection on an evening of foods and the Staff are friendly. On this occasion the room I stayed in 222 was very noisy due to its location to the kitchen and most morning, I was awake too early.

- Meriç (1/5): it was a scamming - i couldt try anything. i arrived hotel at 23pm and left 07:30 am i made a reservation for 1 night and it was saying 225 usd on booking.com. While i was leaving in the morning they gave me a bill 247 usd. and they took additional kart comission. totaly they took 259,87 usd from my account. it was so bad, we made a deal on booking.com and its changing. im not sure if i will make a reservation via booking.com again and i will never check that hotel again.

- Johnette (10/5): - Lovely property with great dining options. Bilal was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay. The property grounds are well maintained and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff and the security staff provided prime hospitality! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing hotel accommodations in Monrovia if it’s in your price point. I will surely be back!

- Erwin (8/5): I Love The Place And Will Return - My stay was great. I enjoyed the professional staff and their concern about my welfare. The food was great and staff served in excellence. The only issue I had was with TV station channels. Need more american shows and CNN. Outside of that all was well and I will be returning. No CNN News channel and the prices for drinks were high. Also more cable networks to select from. Also i was told about the different areas of the hotel. I missed out on the eatery on the 4th floor. But next time i will try it out for sure

- Daniel (6/5): Room for improvement - WiFi code wasn't ready when I checked in and the aircon didn't work great for me. My colleagues room was OK aircon wise, but they had a lot of issues getting into their room due to a cracked key card and no replacement was offered. Breakfast is a good concept but not executed well. It's an a-la-carte menu and you can order 1 item, but the order took 40 minutes to come out which was not ideal when we had to leave for our office. The room is a good size and the bed is big and comfy which is the most important. The toiletries included were of decent quality also.

There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby and the rooftop restaurant had great food. We would definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great impression during the long stay - During over 2 weeks overall stay at the hotel, I have to say that the experience was rather great. The rooms are specious with a bit of tear and wear, everything was in working condition, clean and quite. A few things to note though - laundry sometimes gets delayed, so if you need it to be done at certain time don't be shy to stress that out, otherwise the express option could be overlooked, for instance. Another thing is that if you look the door from the inside but won't put out Don't disturb sign, the cleaning ladies won't leave you alone until you open the door or answer the in-room phone. I think that was too persistent on their end, mind there's a few people doing different jobs like collecting the towels, checking the mini-bar, etc. Each of them would try to get a response and keep knocking for good 5 mins...That was very annoying actually, hope the management could improve that. Apart from that, the place has somewhat decent gym and Spa, 2 coffee shops (the one that's inside is very cosy and the coffee was great!), two restaurants and a bar - overall great premises and nice food. Welcoming and helpful stuff at the check-in counter. If I were to be back to Monrovia, I would definitely stay here again.
