Point négatif : Dès notre arrivée, reproche de l'accueil de ne pas avoir commandé en direct et me dire devant tous les autres clients que j'ai payé plus cher n'est pas très commercial. Surtout que j'ai réglé 101€ alors que affiché dehors 105€. Bref je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on me dise que je suis passé par un site de réservation pour bénéficier d'avantages, cela me regarde. A ce moment-là, il ne faut pas se faire référencer. La paterre SDB pour les serviettes était cassée, rien de grave mais autant la retirer. Les photos chambres du site ne reflètent pas la chambre. Trop simple. Pas de déco et vu le prix de 105€ la nuit, cela en fait un hôtel trop cher pour les prestations. Enfin, le volet roulant de mon collègue à côté ne fonctionnait pas et nos climatisation trop bruyante, nous les avons s éteins d'ailleurs. Photo site avec traverse de lit et déco. Photo de ma chambre

Het ontbijtbuffet had ook voldoende keuze. Naast het hotel ligt een recreatiemeer met strandje waar je ook een fijne wandeling omheen kunt maken en extra pluspuntje bij de receptie staat een tafelvoetbal :-).

Over priced. Customer Service is what we've come to expect in France. Parking was secure though ✓

Mes deux garçons ont adoré. Le personnel a été adorable lors des repas. La literie était trop ordinaire malgré tout. L'ensemble était d'une valeur supérieure au prix que nous avions payé.

MRS J S (8/5): great stop off point - Excellent position for driving from Calais to Dordogne. Although a warm evening, we didn’t suffer from not having air conditioning. Enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, breakfast was ok. Our toilet kept running with water, but it was fixed immediately by the receptionist. Bathroom looked brand new, bedding spotless but could have used a second pillow. Lovely backing on to a lake, where we sat and had a coffee watching the sun go down. Would definitely stay again.

Our room had lots of mosquitos and we were bitten in the night. I presume being next to a lake is the downside. Restaurant closed at 10pm with no other food except snacks in vending machine.

Jane (8/5): Pleasant stopover hotel with helpful staff - Staff were very helpful when we had a problem with our booking - Expedia had accepted our booking for 2 adults & 2 children despite the fact that the hotel could not accommodate that (apparently it is not the first time this problem has occurred) In fairness, Expedia apologised for the problem & the hotel was able to offer us 2 connecting rooms. Hotel in pleasant location near a lake, 10-15mins outside old town. Clean comfortable rooms with good facilities (tea/coffee, bathroom etc). Perfect & good value for a stopover.

For a stop off on route it was perfect for us and a bargain. Staff were very helpful, English speaking and free wifi was helpful to. Ruth (2/5): Not a nice place! - Wouldnt call it a hotel but more of a dingy motel in the centre of a huge industrial area,although the restaurant/reception part was okay the food urself was not worth what we paid and we were mislead by the waitress who told us to help our selves to the salad Buffett,which we did not realising it would cost us another £15,overall our quick snack for lunch cost us £45! And the drinks prices were extortinate for france! There is a pizzeria round corner but this was not open til late evening,so there was no where else we could go at the time. Rooms were extremely small and dingy,we had a pull out bed for our son which we didn't have room to pull out more than half way,there was literally only room For the small double in there! As we had a travel cot too you can imagine how crammed in we were! Also the hotel was shown to have an indoor pool which was the only reason we did agree to book & stayed there once we arrived,there is no pool at this hotel! In 40degree heat and this being the reason for us delaying our journey home you can imagine how upset our kids were. However there is a lake we found down the road with beach which you can swim in,and also the lovely city of le mans jut down the road so we resorted to going there and glad we did as it was a beautiful place. On the plus side breakfast (9euros per person) was quite nice!
