El desayuno muy muy regular, los huevos sabían maluco, el café no representa para nada nuestro producto estrella colombiano, nunca había bebidas en la máquina como capuchino, chocolate, prácticamente la respuesta del Sr Hoover es que ya se le había acabado todo, por eso terminamos desayunando por fuera.

La vista siempre es increible He estado varias veces, el desayuno es rico pero es muy plano, cuando llevas mas de 2 dias, no sientes variedad en las comidas. Su personal de desayuno es excelente, pero seria bueno un poco mas de variedad.

We would definitely consider staying again if returning to the area. It is in a very convenient location walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and other places.
- Grettel (2/5): - hotel have perfect location, with perfect and very nice and safe area, however , room doesnt have at least a mini refrigeraton and ice is only located at lobby floor, rooms are small for the price and beds terrible , pillows and mattres poor quality, and breakfast was also poor for hotel price and staff at breakfast was rude and with very poor atention and rushing to close, and when turist ask for simple things like eggs they get mad and answer in a very rude manner, im very dissapointed and doesnt plan to come back, terrible experience in pereira and medellin too this vacation

- AureliaC202 (6/5): Still doubting - I went to Medellin in April with my teenage daughter to attend a wedding in Envigado. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very courteous and we felt very very safe. But the breakfast was horrible. The taste of the food was horrible and I am referring specifically to the breakfast buffet. It is a shame and I would love to stay there again because the location is awesome but the horrible breakfast to start the day would make me look for another location next year when I return to Medellin. Unless they can promise to deliver something better.

I asked for a quiet room, perhaps I received a quiet location; however, the building is not very solid. I heard doors opening and closing all through the night, and was unfortunately subjected to people in the hallway talking loudly between 12 and 1:30 AM.

While the lobby staff are nice, some can’t speak English. They don’t have receipt in English, which is inconvenient for work travel reimbursement process.

Rooms are small, bathrooms are small and uncomfortable, they don't provide wash cloth. Air conditioning has bright light that makes sleeping difficult and sometimes it doesn't work properly.

- marcosi408 (2/5): Terrible Service - The worse service and disorganized hotel i've been to. Came at 11AM to check in, they told me the room wasn't ready then said by 2PM it should be ready. Came at 3PM, and still the room wasn't ready. They made me sit, wait about an hour while countless incoming guests all got checked-in. Then he offered me a coffee for the mix up. Customer service should be rated by how well you solve a problem. This gentleman, Juan Pablo gets 0 stars and effort for trying to fix this. this hotel is not recommended.

El staff es súper amable, sobretodo el que te recibe en las mañanas en el desayuno. Las camas son duras y las almohadas muy gruesas. Tuvimos que salir a comprar almohadas para poder dormir un poco más cómodos en nuestra estadía.
- RanyDanny (8/5): Good cost-benefit ratio - This property is located in the middle of one of the busiest areas in Medellin and close to quite a few other hotels, so it is easy to compare. The franchise is probably on the lower end of the Marriott properties but it should not lower standards. In some aspects it does. As a top tiered member of the Marriott loyalty program you expect certain things that did not happen. Granted the hotel was extremely busy due to an sports event, but service levels should not drop. On the plus side rooms are basic but comfortable. Do not expect anything beyond the basic. Bathrooms are surprisingly nice. Bed and pillows are a touch above average. The negative are a very spotty and unreliable WiFi service, extremely noisy (barely mitigated) internal a d external environment and below level service. However, considering the Marriott property close by runs 4x higher fares, this is probably a good option cost-wise.

- Timothy (8/5): Clean and near the airport, but no AC - The location was very close to the airport, and the shuttle did run every 30 minutes or so to go. The air conditioner was not working, and had a label on it that it was broken - implying it was not a temporary issue. Was unable to use it as a fan too, was a bit disappointed, picked this hotel specifically for it.
