- Giuseppe (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer! - Location was ideal. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach and public transport. The apartment was perfect. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular and we had the Jazz Festival as a bonus. The staff were friendly and courteous. No request or question was ever dismissed. Thankyou to all for a memorable experience. Nothing to fault for us.

- Jacqui (10/5): Broadbeach get away - The apartmentswere spacious, comfortable and quiet. The housekeeping was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money if you want to have your own kitchen, laundry facilities and a separate bedroom. The kitchen lacked a few utensils but nothing we couldn't work around. Our room was right next to the Rubbish Shute which had a smell to it ehen yoy ealked past but didn't impact the apartment at all.

- Steven (6/5): Not the best experience. - Location You’d be disappointed at Avani Broadbeach if you are after Anantara experience. I had high expectations as I’ve stayed at Anantara in Bangkok. I’ve booked Premier ocean view apartment but only had partial ocean view and mostly city view. According to all the information offered by the hotel, parking was $15 dollars per night, however, I was charged $20 per night. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was changed as of May 1 and there was no update on any of the materials offered to the customer which reflected poor management of the hotel. What’s worse was most car parked in the carpark didn’t show parking permits and I was once tailgated by a Ute and there was no check by the hotel, once again, poor management. The hotel hardware wasn’t up to the standards too. I saw leaky roof when I arrived my floor, and air conditioning has triggered my allergies with non stop sneeze. For the same money, there are better choices in the surrounding area. This is not the Avani I expected.

It didn't bother us completely but theres a drain problem at the sink in the bathroom which was reported to the room service person but didnt do any fix during our stay. Also, shower fault aa the water would leak out.

Bonus that the Broadbeach Hotel was attached to it also. Pillows were not very good and the shower was strange - the water came out in lumps not a stream. Also has the ability for streaming but this was not able to be used - may have been disconnected.

Le bruit de l'extérieur avec un bruit sourd par moment en bas du bâtiment (je ne sais pas d’où ça venait exactement) et les poubelles le matin qui nous ont réveillé très tôt plusieurs jours pendant notre séjour. Le réglage de l'eau dans la douche un peu compliqué à avoir la bonne température.

Staff were friendly and cleaners were excellent! Perfect, relaxing and safe - the other tenants and visitors were well-behaved and it is a professional, classy building. No suggestions for improvement at this stage. I was more than impressed with the view, location, safety and excellence of the building and staff.

Friendly and accommodating staff, easy check-in and out. 24hr front desk. Pool is nice and I LOVED the hot spa. No extra blankets for bedroom. No clothes-horse to dry clothes on when using the washing machine. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe. Gym is a bit small- only treadmills and free weights, no machines and very cramped if there's more than 2 ppl in there.

- Tyra (9/5): Great stay, comfortable. Great location, public transport easily accessible, shops near by, close to the beach - Great location, everything was easily accessible. My only complaint was no clothes airer in the room.
- Melinda (7/5): Fantastic location, large spacious apartments. - Fantastic view, spacious comfortable rooms. Convenient location in Broadbeach Staff were very polite and friendly The calibre of some 'guests' and their 'visitors'. The hotel underneath is not great; very few drink options, dinner was expensive + ordinary, there are far too many 'escorts' availing themselves throughout the premises making it rather uncomfortable.
- Ashlee (8/5): Great spot in broadbeach! - Good location to Oasis Centre, beach and Pacific Fair. Room was spacious, safe for young children and clean. The room with the air con vent had a lot of built up dust, it’s always nice to see these clean. Also one of our shower heads had to be held up be hand or it fell off. Nothing major but little things that would make it 10/10.
