• Andrei (9/5): Brilliant location, decent rooms and Staff makes it feel like a 5 star hotel - The Staff was absolutely amazing, so helpful and reliable. Extreme professionalism. There was a mouldy smell in the room not matter how many times we aired or had the room cleaned.

• Maria Joann (8/5): This is a very basic accomodation. Nothing fancy but for the price and location it is excellent. - Walking distance to everything. If the goal is to enjoy the outdoor, this hotel is excellent for price and location. Because this is by the busy road, it can be noisy for light sleepers. For deep sleepers, this is not a problem.

Complimentary slippers etc. Great location if you want to stay near Station 1 and explore northern side of the island, and right opposite The Pig Out Bistro! Cold showers (although cold water is best in the Philippine heat lol!)

• Buena (10/5): Thank you Jinjiang Inn for making our stay pleasant! - Good for big groups/family. The accommodation is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and they addressed accommodation issues quickly. The hotel is very accessible to the white beach, transport and affordable restaurants.

• Erin (8/5): Loved our stay here - We stayed 3 nights. The location was perfect very walkable to everything lots of restaurants and close to station 2. Easy to get a ride lots of tricycles available right outside if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked well Beds were a bit hard. Lots of traffic outside brings some noise but nothing terrible. I slept fine with earplugs.

Availability of drinking water on the floor. Helpful smiling and welcoming staff. Road facing Noisy Dated room and furniture, Noisy bed, Shower had only just Luke warm water. No hot water Kettle, instead one had to go to the common water dispenser kept one corner of the floor. Very poor breakfast options. Incase one is vegetarian, it would be better to opt for a room without breakfast.
• Elpedio (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. The location is so perfect. Just a few minutes ride to D mall and other restaurants. - Staffs are accommodating and friendly. I booked 2 rooms. The other room has no hot water during our stay. The heater was broken and not fixed.

With complimentary coffee (but instant) Sitting area outside the room. With security guard With WiFi .. Thank you !! The stairs to the 3rd floor are not advisable for senior folks. Climbing the stairs is good, but since I did not request for lower floors, and I didn’t know that there’s no elevator, we enjoyed our stay in Jinjiang. Thank you!!

Their room is clean and comfy, staffs are very accommodating, budget friendly. Shower during night is slow, maybe because other guests are using their showers also. And heater is not that warm.

Li - The location is not bad That the room given to us is the opposite of what you see in the pictures. • Lori (7/5): Good location just 3 mins walk to the beach, excellent staff and very reactive. Just the aircon noise and leak issue on - The staff were very welcoming and kind. They address any issue the soonest time possible. They allowed us to check in early and welcomed us with refreshments. The air condition was very noisy in one of the rooms we booked as it was an old model and water dripping from it going towards the wall where the TV cables. There was a leak under the sink as well flooding the toilet floor. The other room though seems to be perfect but room 203 seems to be an older room which was where we had all these problems.

• Karren (3/5): I was very disappointed and will never book this hotel again. - The near access to Station 1 beach is the only thing positive about this hotel. I was very disappointed when we checked in and saw the state of our rooms. One room is for 5 occupancy but there was only 3 towels provided. Second room didn’t have tv, mouldy damp patch on the ceiling. There is a creature of some sort that keeps making noise in the middle of the night and made it very hard to sleep. You can hear the sound of the vehicles from the main room. The two air conditioners on both rooms leaked and damaged our reading books.

They exceeded my expectations The bathroom does not have hot water. We were transferred to another room but it was still the same. The towels are dirty white color and it has holes on it. In other words , those are rugs. The bathroom smells. There were small insects in the bathroom after the brown out.

• Mark (8/5): Good value for money - The staffs are kind and assisted us everyday even though there are a bit of mishaps in the AC, but they will make sure that the issue gets fixed. It's worth the money to stay here, although it is not in the beach front, the hotel is just near the beach, there are restaurants that are around the hotel as well in case you get hungry.

• Mejia (8/5): It’s comfortable to stay here, just need some improvements in their service. - It’s is located at Station 1 . It’s a minute away to the beach front, and d’mall is also accessible by walking. Can’t trust the water in the dispenser. The room flooring is dusty and also needs a repair. No provided slippers. The staffs are bit shy.

• PL012197 (10/5): Very Comfortable stay - Very satisfied stay. Hotel is close to the beach, area is very central. The hotel is at the back side but only a few steps away from the beach Rooms are big and comfortable, aircon is cooling well. The room had a huge vanity area, closet and bathroom. Staff were very nice! Thank you Ms Che, Nazelle, Darylle and Michelle. Breakfast is simple but delicious!!! Corned beef tastes so good. We enjoyed our short stay here and will choose this again once we visit Boracay.
• Duminica (7/5): Good - Very big room, 2 double beds in each room, nice surprise even if we didn't need them, we enjoyed the amount of space. Updated bathroom. Very close to the beach, about 100m, 10 min walk to D mall (restaurants and shops hub). Friendly staff. Free water refill. Some old furniture. A little mold and dampness in the bathroom. Simple breakfast.

• Jj (7/5): Good value for money but they can definitely improve their service. - The toilet was spacious. The beds were comfortable and cleaned spotlessly. The location was ok, not too far from the beach access street. Staff were polite and helpful. The wooden floors inside the room were rotting and chipping off, my child hurt his nail with the piece of protruding wood. There were some small ants/termites crawling in the sink of the toilet. On our last day, water was suddenly cut off around midnight and this was quite stressful as I felt quite ill from bad seafood that night. This is nitpicking but breakfast was not very healthy. I stayed in so many JinJiang Inn in Shanghai before and this branch was really quite a disappointment and did not live to the usual standards of this chain.

I been reading through all the comments and most of the negative ones are from the foreigners which expecting way much from the money they paid. Ive just seen someone commented about having a lift when it clearly says that its stair access only and considering its only a 3 floor building. I would definitely come back here my British husband really satisfied with the service. The air-con needs to check as it leaks its an electric hazard.

• Cyrene (9/5): I highly recommend this if you are looking for a hotel close to station 1 and 2. - The staff are friendly and accommodating. They anticipate our needs and were very helpful. The location is close to dmall and groto! The breakfast were okay, home cooked, and tasty. Comfortable beds too! You can notice that the hotel is old. From its furnitures, floorings, bath towels, they were used for a long time.
