Wir haben fasr täglich eine Kleinigkeit zu Mittag gegessen und wir fanden die Preise äußerst fair, das Essen stets lecker. Zunächst einmal muß vorausgeschickt werden, dass das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist. Der Kleiderschrank könnte etwas großzügiger gestaltet sein. Zudem fanden wir es anfangs etwas komisch noch während des Essens gefragt zu werden ob man noch was trinken oder essen möchte und wenn man verneint, kommt sofort die Rechnung. Das war ein wenig ami like. Zum Ende hin wurde es aber besser und man ließ uns etwas mehr Zeit.

Детский корпус , с мелкими бассейнами, детским кругом и тишиной. Пляжный с детской горкой, детскими и взрослыми бассейнами. Еда, тайская, европейская. На мой вкус готовят лучше в пляжном ресторане. Дети в отеле питаются бесплатно, если кому то важно. Море и пляж, хорошие, но конечно не сравниться с коконат бич. Опять, таки если кому то важно. Персонал всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации. Есть русскоговорящий гид. Если кому-то важно. Детский клуб и аниматоры всегда на высоте. В целом это наш любимый отель за свою цену. Есть отели и лучше, но и цених 2х. Пожалуй ни чего.
• kelliw319 (10/5): Relaxing escape - i was debating 4 stars, purely because the swim up bar is in the adults only pool, which means i could not use it and spend money here. Surely the hotel must realize they would make more money if all adults could use this bar and not just the adults without children? overall, it was a great hotel, we had a swim up room which was needed!!! There are numerous pools a waterslide, a splash pad and an adults only pool with swim up bar for adults without kids. The kids club activities were really good. Nail art, pottery painting, my daughter enjoyed it and never usually goes to kids clubs. Breakfast was a big spread, lots available. I found the costs for food and drink in this hotel were really good, so I ate and drank in a fair bit. Rooms were large and you could log into your Netflix. The town was a 10 minute walk or a 200 Baht tuk tuk ride. I am a UK travel agent and i would recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages but also couples who don’t mind being around kids as it didn’t seem overcrowded with them. The staff were good and great location, i would return if the swim up bar was open to all.
• anat (8/5): - המקום מקסים מטופח, מספר בריכות.שירות מדהים ואוכל טוב. הכל נפלא מלבד החדר עצמו, המיטה הייתה מזעזעת, שוקעת. התלוננו מס פעמים ובכל פעם באו לשים עוד שכבת מגן אבל זה לא עזר. זה הרס לנו את השהייה. אולי בחדרים אחרים המצב שונה. השרותים שקופים, אין פרטיות. הכיור מחוץ לחדר מקלחת. אין כמעט מקום אחסון.
• Kelly (9/5): Lovely stay at X10 in Khao Lak - This is a really lovely hotel. The beach directly out the front of the hotel is lovely and safe, we noticed it was rough outside some of the other hotels along the beachfront. I think the breakfast is one of the best at any hotel I've ever stayed at. So many options. The location was pretty good, about a 10 min walk to the main street restaurants and shops - good to get a bit of exercise on holiday. Great pools, all 6 of them. The kids loved the water slide, it was so easy to stay there all day and the lunch/pool menu had a great range of food. This was a really fantastic hotel.
• Kim (7/5): Very relaxing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - location, layout of pools, room layout, the swim up bar in the adults pool. No room service breakfast. Had one day when we wanted a drink at the swim up bar about 5-10 mins before 6pm, however we were told that the bar was closed at 5.45pm - it is advertised as being open to 6pm and so expectation is that you can still get a drink, including a cocktail, until 6pm. The attitude of the staff member was both cold and rude, and very disappointing.

Don’t go AI as there is no need as B & B is far better, as we were AI and we were told due to no many people booked on the AI program we had to eat from a menu which was very boring when you are there for two weeks. The food at the hotel was fantastic and well presented. We were miss sold the package with TUI. Has anyone had an issue with swim wear bleached by the pool water! We did and it was bad. The hotel will try and dismiss this, which they should not do! Just be aware if you go to this hotel of this ok and the AI …….. other than that we had a great time, but paid a Lot of money for something we did not get, also we were Only Offered 10% off the hotel bill which I feel was very very poor ….

• gary (10/5): RELAXING, CLEAN, TOP SPOT ON THE BEACH, 5 STAR - The breakfast was amazing, rooms were lovely and clean, plus the grounds were very maintained and clean, the beds were a little to firm for my liking, the pools were awesome, however there could be a little more supervision in the adult pool area to ask children to leave, that would be good, maybe monitor this pool a bit more often, other than that it was exceptional, will definitely recommend and we will be back, they were very caring when my partner was unwell and constantly asking her if they could help, which was amazing, it was 5 star over all Hard to put anything down really, it is a great place,
• Min (10/5): One of best stays ever! Highly recommend to anyone. - The room was spacious, modernly designed, and super clean throughout. There are beautiful facilities with clear separations between adults and children, the hotel is right on the beach, and only a 5-10 minute beach walk can get you to a few nearby sunset restaurants, and lots of activities are arranged daily to keep you entertained. Every staff member is friendly, caring, and ensures the best quality of service! 10/10. The shuttle bus did not come as promised. It normally would not be an issue, but Khao Lak has a monopolized tuk-tuk business, so it takes a minimum of 200 bhat to ride a tuk-tuk wherever you go. Even for just a 3-minute ride.

• 839fayep (10/5): Brilliant - First time at this hotel. Reception was so welcoming and a big thank you to Dennis. We had a lovely welcome from the lovely James ( resort manager). All the staff were brilliant from waiters, waitresses, bar staff and housekeeping. We can't thank them enough. The hotel grounds were kept immaculate as were the rooms. The only thing I would warn which is nothing to do with the hotel, is the current in the sea can be quite strong and hard to get in and out of ( both my husband and I have mobility issues). Therefore please keep a close eye on children. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you X10

• KOP-IT (10/5): Great Hotel - Just done 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. We were on a B&B basis and stayed in one of the poolside rooms. Breakfast has something for everyone catering for different tastes. We never had an evening meal there but had a few lunches and food was always top quality. The room was always clean and tidy with clean towels and beach towels readily available. There is a bath robe, flip flops, iron and ironing board also available for use. Staff all over the hotel are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The only minor point was the beds are a little on the hard side but don't let that put you off. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the strip but there are a couple of taxi's that are usually around. I would recommend Bang Niang markets on Saturday night which is only 200 Bhat in a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel and Khao Lak.

• judybY7280VD (8/5): X10 khao lak - Lovely hotel, but the pool layout is bizarre, largest pool adults only, around 80 sunbeds, only quarter of them being used at busiest times, family pool has half the number of beds , but families struggle to get sat round the pool, yet all the people from adult pool use the children pool for water aerobics, there is a baby pool, but the slide is a big attraction, the other pill is too far away from bars and refreshments, also the water in the pool discoloured everyone’s swimwear .

• Dennis (10/5): Staff were extremely helpful in arranging tours and transport for us. They were absolutely delightful, freindly and help - Location was close to National Park, and walking to town centre, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. The location overlooked a small stream with large fish visible from a footbridge. It was very quiet and relaxing. Nothing that we didn’t like.

We stayed in block 6 which is central to everything We were all inclusive - which we won’t do next time as many restaurants to try around Khaolak The buffet breakfast was great - omelettes made to order and a constant top up of coffee Lunch was delicious ( at the main restaurant) huge portions! ( ordered from a menu) Could easily share between two people, same portions given to children ( must have quite a bit of food waste) As Ai guests we were not able to use the snack menu at the beach bar which was disappointing- As Ai guests you could book the Seafood Restaurant once per week- didn’t try so can’t comment . We used the buffet in the evening at the main restaurant where you could get made to order dishes, food was very varied and delicious included ‘kids corner’ and Thai food, fresh salads, desserts and continental cheese and meat sections.Some of the dishes could be inconsistent with regards to temperature - we tended to have dinner early Drinks wise- Soft drinks were available from 10am and alcoholic drinks from 12, not top shelf branded for AI. Hot drinks available from a coffee machine located near to main lobby Rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily, Entertainment not the best we have experienced , but there are lots of entertainment in nearby Khaolak town The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel, very friendly, respectful, hardworking and professional The best we have ever come across on our travels, Direct beach access just added to our amazing experience at this hotel- There was cake and drink in our room on my birthday which was a lovely suprise❤️Only knocked the one point off for not being allowed the food at the beach bar and the limited AI drinks which irked a little , and we certainly didn’t go hungry or thirsty but otherwise we had the most wonderful experience at the hotel Roll on next year!!xx❤️

Hotel situé à 10mn à pied des premières boutiques et restaurants situés sur la grande avenue. Le personnel et très gentil et à l’écoute. Toujours d’une très grande politesse. Je recommande à 100%

• A9857YVbethd (6/5): Disappointing - Check in experience was like a military operation, lots of rules and dos and donts, asked us to inform of anyone caught smoking as its a non smoking hotel and can be fined 2000 baht . Room was smaller than other hotels we have stayed in before but pool area was lovely with swim up rooms in a good position. Rooms were clean and nice bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful but quite bland . Hotel is quite remote with no bars or restaurants within 10 minute walk but hotel charge 50 baht per person to take to busier areas.

• Karla (10/5): Perfect for families! - Perfect location for families! Lovely spotless family rooms and super comfortable beds and also a choice of different pillows for all kind of sleepers. Since we're all poor sleepers, having these options was a true blessing! The pools are clean and well kept and not overcrowded, enough sun beds both in the shade and sun. Very little mosquitos due to great upkeeping. The beach is perfect! White sand, some waves but not too much - great for kids to Splish splash and get confident with the sea. NO SEA LICE here! Also no sandflies and stray animals (so no need to worry about hookworms, rabies and such at least in this location). Good menu and good choice of breakfast both western and Asian. Everything was great!

The only minus I have, and it's not the hosts' fault, is that I stayed too short. I can't wait for my next vacation.

Staff on arrival a little overbearing, we were given a different room to what we had booked which was larger, bit of a shame as we requested a beach/sea view, little confusing where food is concerned as we ended up heading out to eat, the paths could use a steam clean as the guests don't seem to have much respect for their surroundings, guests also were rather rude and acted like they owned the place. Would be an amazing place if they didnt spoil the atmosphere. It was a bit out of the way so transport was needed.

• U2024BJpiotrk (8/5): Fine but... - We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Long enough to check it out. The room is bizarre (ours was). It's spacious with a balcony, but the bathroom and toilet layout is simply stupid. The sink is integrated into the room (sic!). The toilet and shower are behind a sliding wall, which is admittedly matte, but when you turn on the light (which also activates the extractor fan...), the person in the room can see what's happening on the toilet. And hear it! Because this wall offers virtually no soundproofing. I've never seen anything so absurd anywhere, and my wife and I have been traveling the world for half a century. From a recreational perspective, it's excellent. 5 pools, a beautiful beach, and no problem accessing pool beds (before 9:00 AM). I've seen some truly bizarre complaints: the pool water is too warm (seriously!) – it's around body temperature. Every morning there's either stretching or some other form of exercise (yoga) – information at reception. There's also a spa and an exercise room with exercise equipment. There aren't many activities in the evenings. There are two performances (Polynesian and Thai dance) twice a week, the latter very weak, and one fireworks show (short), but nothing more. A plus is that the TV has an app (scroll down in the guide and enter the third app) that lets you connect your phone to the screen. This allows you to watch movies and series from Netflix or HBO on the big screen (SkyShowtime doesn't work in Thailand). Food: Breakfast is okay, but there's not much choice. We had a full board, so we tried three meals. Some reviews complain about the breakfast being crowded. With your room key card, you'll get the information: 6:30-8:00 (quiet), 8:00-9:00 (busy), 9:00-10:30 (very busy). And that's exactly what it is. We ate before 8:00. There were quite a few people, but it wasn't crowded. It's strange that the meal served by the waiters from the menu (very diverse, with large portions) is lunch. In the evening, just like in the morning, there's a buffet. So, those on half board will be a bit disadvantaged. In our opinion, all-inclusive is pointless if you're looking for interesting drinks. There are plenty of them, but you can barely taste the alcohol in them. Overall, the hotel is good, but a bit overpriced – in my opinion, the value for money is 4.5/6.

• Damo231 (10/5): relaxing stay in Thailand - We stayed here last November; the resort is overall an excellent choice of location for a relaxing stay in Thailand. Located directly at the beach with a short walk into the local town which offers many additional restaurants of top-class quality and multiple shops. The X10 itself has a very relaxed atmosphere, is kept clean and has exceptionally friendly staff. Highlights for us from our stay would include the outstanding breakfast with many Thai and European options available. The cooking class experience in the private kitchen garden, including the personal attention and informative instructions from Head Chef Rakjui and Senior Supervisor Ms. Saw was absolutely brilliant. Special mention must also go to Hr. Yog for his always happy attitude and for keeping my coffee up always topped up in the morning, to Ms. Pompam for keeping the restaurant spotless and always with a smile, to Ms. May for her amazing carvings for the cocktail drinks preparation.

• Chris (8/5): A very lovely resort, short walk into town for many awesome restaurants and shopping. Over-priced in my opinion, but fri - Quite a large resort, well spread out so it never felt overcrowded. Lots of friendly staff. Great beach. Always a tuk tuk available to take you into town. The restaurant was only buffet at dinner time. Very disappointed. But then it made us venture into the town and we tried out many restaurants- so win win. We booked pool view beach wing, but we’re put up near reception and opposite noisy kids pool. When questioned this, I was told the whole “beach wing” spread from beach to reception- very misleading. At least they moved us rooms so we were closer to the beach as we had hoped for.
