Aircon filter or something else in the apartment smells of fish. I had to keep the windows open to reduce the smell.

- Kate (6/5): Good, basic apartment close to city - Good bathroom, nice balcony, good kitchenette, lounge was comfortable, quite good location, walking distance to city. Aircon unit was inside bedroom, making it difficult for cool air to move into living area and it was too noisy for sleeping. Needs to be relocated to living area. Sheets were so starched/bleached that they were abrasive on my skin. Dining chairs were unstable. Shower leaks slightly. Water pressure was very low in all taps. Price was too high considering the above but I assume this was because the test cricket was on, which I had come to attend.

The shower leaks and runs all over bathroom floor, plus shower head didnt have any pressure or maybe it was the that shower head, Also on arrival, I noticed a smell, on investigating I discovered in the cupboard above the fridge where was a bunch of rotten Moldy bananas that had clearly been there a long time, so it has me questioning the cleanliness of the rest of the apparment, it was really off putting to smell and then discover them. Balcony Not a great area - screaming and yelling at night Would have bern good to have linen for the second bed (which we’d requested) without having to make an emergency call at 11pm and then wait 40 mins for it to arrive. Front door very hard to close (had to be lifted) but big thank you to Hastings who fixed it immediately next morning

The bed was very uncomfortable. The pollows were thin and cheap. The lounge was uncomfortable. The furtishings in general were cheap, which isn't really too big a deal. But to have an uncomfortable bed and lounge wasn't a good experience.

Great shower The carpet was badly stained in many places. The fact that there was no reception and all communications were conducted remotely meant that it is not suitable for first time visitors to Adelaide. There is no information on site. Very difficult for the not so digitally inclined

On the floors, the blinds, the towels, the bathroom had black build up around the grout and corners. It just made me feel dirty - the bed was so low and such a soft profile it was hard to get used to - half a bottle of shower liquid in the shower that was clearly from a prior guest felt cheap
- Iesha (6/5): The apartment and location were excellent, but poor communication, no access instructions, confusion over our fully paid - The apartment was in a great location, clean, and well maintained, but poor communication made the experience unnecessarily stressful The apartment and location were excellent; however, the communication was extremely poor. No instructions were provided for accessing the room, and upon arrival, staff were unsure whether a room was even available—despite my having a paid receipt in full prior to arriving in Adelaide. It took over 45 minutes to resolve the issue, during which I was told I might need to relocate as the property was fully booked. This was late in the evening, and being unfamiliar with Adelaide, the situation was quite stressful, especially with the city fully booked due to a concert. A few days later, I requested a late checkout and was told it was not possible and that I should have requested it earlier, yet there was no clear communication outlining this process. While the accommodation itself was lovely, the lack of organisation and communication made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

This has obviously been like this for some time and shows a clear lack of maintenance on the property. The carpets were also filthy. Taking bookings at full price knowing these issues exist does not reflect well for future bookings from previous clients

- Seb (3/5): Avoid - unprofessional management despite a nice apartment - The first three nights were perfectly fine, and to be fair the apartment itself is lovely and well located. Things went downhill after that. The front door code didn’t work on arrival and the solution offered by management was to wait for someone to let me in, which luckily happened quite fast, although doesn't inspire confidence as to security, particularly when the area is known for the presence of shady types. On night 4 there were loud voices and swearing from next door until about 10:30pm, then at 6:15am I was woken by more yelling, swearing, and bursts of music before 7:00am. I explained to management that I had work that evening and a critical commitment the next morning and asked for options to move or resolve it. Management replied that the offending person had been removed and that they would consider compensation. Unfortunately, that assurance proved false. On night 5 the exact same disturbance recurred - from the same next-door balcony - starting around 5:00am and continuing for roughly 3 and a half hours, despite me twice asking the offending residents to keep the noise down because people were trying to sleep. I felt extremely misled into staying the extra night when I would have very happily booked elsewhere, as I needed a quiet night before my drive back to Melbourne the following day. This quiet was very important to me, and unfortunately, the management completely dropped the ball, which is beyond disappointing. After promising compensation, management did not respond to my follow-up, and to top things off, despite three requests they also refused to provide me an invoice for parking, which they insisted be paid outside of Booking.com. Failing to provide working access, giving assurances that aren’t honored, ignoring compensation discussions, and withholding a simple invoice is extremely unprofessional and unethical. While the apartment is very nice and well located, I cannot recommend this property until management enforces noise policies, treats paying travellers with respect, follows through on compensation if offered, and supplies timely invoices when requested.
- Rachel (8/5): Good place to stay, but some security concerns - The location on Morphett Street was great, close to the city centre, buses and tram, with a small supermarket around the corner. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. We did not appreciate being woken up the first two nights of our stay in the middle of the night. The first time someone rang our doorbell very loudly and at length. We thought for a moment it might be a fire alarm. The second night we were woken at midnight by someone knocking on our door, and then trying our door handle which was very disconcerting, and left us awake for the next few hours. Secondly, we had no luck opening the entrance doors to the apartment block, as has been mentioned by many other reviewers, but managed to get in when someone came out. This did not give us much confidence in the security of the set-up. Thirdly, the shower leaked over the bathroom floor as the seal at the bottom of the door didn't work.

- Cameron (1/5): Never again - We stayed in apartment 906 on level 9 at Tasha’s Apartments, and honestly, it was a disaster from start to finish. First impression: we couldn’t even get into the building because the entry codes provided didn’t work. We stood outside like lost tourists until someone finally let us in. Not exactly the warm welcome you’d hope for. Once inside, the place smelt strongly of mould – like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The washing machine was another source of stench, the bathroom air vents were clogged, and to top it off, the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. The shower head didn’t spray, it just poured water out, making it even worse. The furniture was outdated, cheap, and damaged, while the carpet was stained in multiple spots. Definitely not the standard you’d expect for the price. We were only supplied with one towel each for a two-night stay (Thursday to Saturday), which felt stingy at best. On top of that, we were charged a refundable $200 deposit. Nearly a week later, we’re still waiting for it to be returned. Overall, this place desperately needs a deep clean, proper maintenance, and better management. For the money we paid, we expected much, much better. We won’t be staying here again.

- Amanda (1/5): Everything is an extra cost, when the service is delivered. - All the staff I spoke to were great. When I could speak to them. Bed was really comfy and soft. Location was good. Kitchen well stocked to cook. Apartment felt spacious and relaxing. Initially cheap. But they wanted you to follow different links off site for extra payments. $40 extra to stay to 11:30 instead of 10am was a joke. Disgusting service. Grab a buck. There was mould all throughout the bathroom. $4 bleach spray would clean that! The paid carparks were taken, I texted the company and didn’t get a response. We were then scared we would get towed so had to pay for different parking. Still no response.

- Anonymous (5/5): Was bearable for the 3 days, but wouldnt stay there again. - Heating worked and car space was convenient. First impression was the dirty stained carpets throughout. The hotplates in the kitchen were very greasy, had to wipedown benchtop. The shower leaked extensively through the botton glass panel so had to put a towel there to avoid slipping over. The couch was extremely hard to sit on so couldnt use that.

Had to wait for some tenants to pass through the entrance and we just sneaked into to get the key from letter box. It took a while. The apartment was somehow hot even in the cool day.
