My friend forgot and item there and they contacted me to find out if we wanted it or not. The breakfast was not particularly great, but it was sufficient for me.
- Maxime (9/5): Un hôtel familial et confortable, avec une belle vue sur le lac - Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et disposant d’un coin salon agréable afin de profiter de la belle vue dégagée sur le lac. La literie est moderne et confortable. La salle de bains est fonctionnelle, propre, correctement équipée et dispose d’une douche et d’une baignoire. Personnel professionnel, anglophone, disponible, aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner non-évalué. Parking gratuit à proximité, pour lequel le personnel est tout à fait disposé à garer les véhicules des clients pour les places les plus difficiles d’accès. La situation de l’hôtel, sur l’esplanade du quai d’Itha Tao, est parfaite pour se promener dans le village ou au bord du lac. La salle de bains est tout à fait correcte mais commence à accuser le poids des ans et gagnerait à être rénovée pour être mise au niveau de modernité de la chambre.

- Carola (9/5): - Die Lage ist super! Direkt am Steg und 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt von der Gondel. Zu den Booten, die über den See fahren 5 Min entfernt. Diese Seite vom See ist die definitiv schönere! Das Personal war super freundlich und konnte sehr gut englisch! Es gab Rabatte sowohl für die Boote als auch für die Seilbahn, deshalb unbedingt im Hotel kaufen! Das Frühstück war sehr asiatisch und sehr minimalistisch!

Die Zimmergröße für 3 Personen war gut. Das Frühstück war sehr authentisch. Aber Toast und Butter & Marmelade gab es auch. Abends das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls authentisch und sehr gut.

- Alina (7/5): Schönes Hotel direkt am See - Der Ausblick auf den See von den Zimmern aus ist super, auch mit Balkon. An der Rezeption kann man für viele Attraktionen wie die Bootstour, Seilbahnbahn, SUP und mehr vergünstigt Tickets kaufen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wir haben im Restaurant Abend gegessen, das war sehr lecker und es gibt durch das Hotel Vergünstigungen. Unter unserem Zimmer war das Restaurant und dadurch waren wir um 7 morgens wach. Nur als Hinweis: es sind sehr viele Stechmücken draußen, also kann man nicht lange die Balkontür offen haben. Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

- Stanley (8/5): 房間寬敞舒適，陽台視野很棒，工作人員服務熱忱。 - 工作人員非常熱心，自助式早餐CP值還不錯，坐在二樓餐廳享用早餐，一邊欣賞窗外日月潭風光水色，整個人心情都會很不錯。飯店位置就在伊達邵碼頭商圈內，搭船非常方便，距離日月潭纜車站距離不遠，交通便利性跟地點都相當不錯。 因為當晚入住時間較晚，加上長途開車疲憊，所以很快漱洗後就上床休息，隔天起床才發現床單上有一小處有汙漬痕跡，看起來已經清洗過所以顏色算是淡淡的，雖然有點錯愕，但無礙整體的住宿感覺，下次帶家人重遊日月潭還是會選擇這間飯店。

The balcony was a bonus - where 1 can admire the lake, check out performance in the street - it is also located next to the vibrant shopping area where 1 can easily get snacks, eateries, tea etc. The staff were amazing and really try to solve prob - i couldn't use the uber for strange reasons app and they were able to find me a driver and negotiated the rates and it enable me to get around the place and enjoy the holiday more. While I enjoyed my stay, I can imagine it might be difficult for those who prefer a quiet holiday - the waterfront area is very lively esp over weekends which can disrupt rest and quietness if 1 prefers that.
