La insonorización es perfecta, aunque ya de por si en Tirano no hay ruidos por la noche. Excelente Por ahi decir que el check in no es muy claro, se realiza en otro Hotel ( a 70 mts y de alli te llevan al alojamiento ) , solo la incomodidad de desplazarse de un lado a otro con valijas .

Per dormire una notta è la soluzione ideale Non è affatto un lato negativo ma lo segnalo come informazione per la struttura: la temperatura della stanza era veramente alta e non regolabile. Comunque, molto meglio avere caldo che freddo ;-)

• Federico (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera piuttosto piccola, ma comunque accogliente e ben organizzata. Lo spazio è sfruttato bene e l’ambiente risulta piacevole per un breve soggiorno. La vera chicca sono stati i lucernari: molto belli e suggestivi, hanno reso la stanza luminosa e con un’atmosfera davvero particolare. Per una notte è una soluzione assolutamente consigliata!

• Valerio (3/5): Un'esperienza da non ripetere - Buone le dimensioni della stanza, ottimo il materasso, buona la prima colazione PURTROPPO dal 2 al 6 marzo abbiamo avuto delle splendide giornate di sole (temperature massime intorno ai 14-15 gradi) il che ha trasformato la nostra stanza (rivolta a sud come credo tutte le altre) in una vera e propria sauna, con oltre 27 gradi di giorno e mai sotto i 23 di notte. Questo perché, secondo quanto ci è stato detto, a marzo non accendono comunque l'aria condizionata (il senso era: "e quindi arrangiatevi"). Da tenere presente che la nostra stanza era a piano terra, facilmente accessibile dalla strada, la parete a sud interamente vetrata con porta finestra e finestra non apribili a vasistdas: quindi in nostra assenza o quando dormivamo obbligatoriamente chiuse sigillate (così il calduccio non scappava!). Avevamo sperato ci proponessero almeno un ventilatore... Da aggiungere che la sera del nostro arrivo non funzionavano né la televisione né le luci di lettura a fianco del letto: l'intervento dei tecnici alle quattordici del giorno dopo(gentilissimi: oltretutto non era gradevole lavorare in una sauna) ha risolto il problema della tv ma non quello delle luci, quindi siamo rimasti con da un lato un abat-jour e dall'altro niente.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit Traumlage direkt am Zielpunkt vom Bernina-Express in Tirano. Es könnte nichts besser sein. Einfach klasse. Wenn auch nicht immer buchbar.
• Simon (9/5): An ideal spot from which to enjoy the area - We stayed at the Lifestyle Apartments so we could attend the second week of the Winter Olympics. The location was ideal being very close to where you caught the shuttle buses to Livigno. We had breakfast at the apartments every morning. It was very good and set us up for the day. There were also a number of restaurants in the area where you could enjoy a reasonable meal. We were only provided one key th the apartment. We occasionally went different ways and occasionally the first one back didn't have the key. Surprisingly reception was unable to provide a second key, so that individual had to wait in reception until the other returned.

Localização perfeita para quem quer apanhar o comboio e tem estacionamento gratuito a menos de 5 minutos do hotel. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço podia ter mais variedade, no entanto, tudo produtos de boa qualidade.
• eleonora (10/5): top per il tuo viaggio sul treno del Bernina! - leggendo i vari commenti negativi mi chiedo come si possa rovinare il lavoro delle persone. ho soggiornato n questa struttura " binario zero " : perfetto per la partenza mattutina del treno Bernina! in 1 minuto eravamo al binario - pulizia e comfort oltre le mie aspettative - messaggio chiaro che il check in era presso altra struttura - 50 metri- e ci hanno accompagnato fino alla camera. in camera c è tutto e oltre - non esiterei a prenotare nuovamente e suggerirlo ad amici e a chi voglia godersi il Bernina senza stress e levataccie! ultima cosa e' silenzioso!

• Klea (3/5): Good location and cleanliness, but poor service, lack of support from reception, and issues with heating and basic ameni - The location was very good and the room was clean. The low rating is mainly due to the receptionist, a female staff member who was not supportive at all. I travel all over the Europe and whenever I ask a hotel to help me book a taxi, they usually assist without any problem. In this case, the receptionist did not help me, even after I explained that I couldn’t make a call because I didn’t have an Italian phone number. Additionally, the heating in the room could not be adjusted and during the night it was extremely cold. On the second day, despite having used the shampos, housekeeping did not replace basic amenities, which is unacceptable for a hotel that is not cheap.

• Marco (3/5): Personale da rivedere!! - Siamo stati loro " Ospiti " da venerdì 2 a domenica 4. CAMERA 2. Prima volta perché ogni anno solitamente alloggiamo in un altra struttura . Non siamo soliti scrivere recensioni nonostante : • Camere carine, ma con molte cose non funzionanti. • Pulizia scarsa . • Camera fredda ( non si riesce a cambiare ne temperatura ne velocità della ventola ) • Smart tv non funzionante . • Frigor bar caldo, con bevande gasate non consone alla vendita. Evidentemente oltre al problema della data di scandenza troppo sotto data . ( coca scadeva il 9 01 26 ) lo sbalzo di temperature dovuto al non funzionamento dello stesso, ha reso le bibite imbevibili. • doccia con muffa nei bordi tra pavimento e box doccia. • adesivi nei sanitari tolti a meta è ingialliti • wifi funzionante a tratti Ma ribadisco che Scrivo questa recensione non per questo (che sarebbe già molto ! ) Ma riesco a tollerare le MANCANZE di persone che lavorano e che in questi giorni caotici per quanto mi riguarda possono sbagliare e dimenticare. Ma NON POSSO PROPRIO CONCEPIRE LA MALEDUCAZIONE, L'INDIFFERENZA, L'ARROGANZA DELLA SIGNORINA ALLA RECEPTION QUESTA MATTINA DOMENICA 4 GENNAIO 26 ALLA ORE 10 44. CHE PER UN OSSERVAZIONE MI HA TRATTATA MALISSIMO. Questo per me è l'unico ingrediente che non può mancare in un lavoro come il nostro! EDUCAZIONE CORDIALITÀ EMPATIA PROBLEM SOLVING verso chi compra un servizio e DEVE poterne usufruirne in completa totalità! Consiglio alla direzione di far fare un corso di comunicazione per gestire la relazione con il cliente !

• Martin Johann (8/5): Nettes Hotel , nettes Petsonal , Danke - Die direkte Lage am Bahnhof, um mit dem Bernina Express zu fahren. Keine Angst auch wenn’s wirklich am Bahnhof grenzt , die Isolierung ist sehr gut man hört nichts . Man hat im Zimmer was man braucht Eins vor weg nicht gefallen ist etwas übertrieben, das ist mehr ein Hinweis was man sehr einfach aber verbessern sollte . Frühstück Raum einfach diesen Raum zu beschriften , wir haben uns dusselig gesucht und wenn der super nette Kellner nicht im Gang wäre hätten wir es nicht gefunden. Das kann man wirklich einfach beschildern. Weiß nicht ob es am Feiertag lag und Bäcker frei hatten , aber Brötchen waren einfach nicht besonders. Wirklich schade da ansonsten alles da was man so frühstückt war da und schmeckte auch . Bitte nochmals das ist keine !!!Kritik , nur ein Hinweis was man ohne großen Aufwand besser machen kann Das überprüfen wir nächstes Jahr🫣🫣

• Jennifer (3/5): The check in process changed our attitude to the whole stay! - Location, proximity to the train station Check in process is dreadful. No signage about where and how to check in. It’s in a separate building with a different name. Geolocator on the website doesn’t help with this. Staff were just about nice about it. We needed to consult a construction worker to determine how we might be able to check in. Air conditioning only able to be controlled centrally, obviously an issue as 2 fans were already in the room in anticipation of this problem. Lighting in the bathroom bordering on unsafe. Normal size tea and coffee cups would be better.

• Joyce (10/5): Top hotel! - De plek was echt fantastisch. Een mooi uitzicht over de bergen en het station waar de Bernina Express aankomt en vertrekt. Het bed is erg comfortabel en de douche was ook erg fijn. Je kan er goed dineren en ontbijten. Er was niet duidelijk aangegeven waar ik moest inchecken. Dat was blijkbaar 5 min lopen van waar booking en google maps aan hadden gegeven. Verder niets wat mij niet beviel!
• Stefan (10/5): - Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Zimmer, ideal gelegen, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Obwohl es direkt beim Bahnhof liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort, wir kommen aber sicher wieder.
