We booked into Hotel Bernina and we were escorted to our rooms a 5-10 min walk away but at first we were taken to the wrong property.Not usually an issue but it was raining and by the time we got to our rooms we were wet. No umbrella provided - may be a nice touch in future.

Somya (9/5): Good hotel in Tirano - The room and the bathroom were huge. Very pretty room. Very clean. They provided a few toiletries. This location is a bit further from where you check in. I was on a floor by myself. A bit spooky. I stayed one night before taking the train next day. The train station and several restaurants are within walking distance. The old town is also within walking distance - about 10-25 minutes. They provided a water bottle. But the bottle opener was so rusted, I could not open the bottle!

Como era o dia do aniversário de nosso casamento eles deixaram um bilhetinho nos parabenizando, mas bem que poderiam ter ofertado algum mimo extra. Vimos que tinha roupões mas nem chegamos a usar. Ter que fazer o check in no Hotel Bernina que fica a uns 500 metros e depois voltar arrastando as malas. Poderiam simplificar isso.

Marcia (10/5): - Me gustó el lugar muy limpio, cómodo, la ubicación a 2 calles de la estación de tren ( los que conectan las ciudades con Tirano, y el tren Bernina expréss). El desayuno no incluye pero pagando 12 € tienes un desayuno buffet (normalito). Las almohadas muy suaves, tal vez fue mi error no buscar en el clóset otras disponibles!!
Emily (6/5): Generally good accommodation - Good location and easy checkin. Room was generally fine. There was a towel within the shower when I arrived that appeared to be damp. The bathroom had an off smell, especially around the wet towel, which I believe was the cause of the smell. As I was only staying for one night, this wasn’t a huge issue but it did make me wonder whether the room had been sufficiently cleaned if a damp towel was in the shower on arrival.

W (4/5): - Das Hotel war verwirrend. Es gab keine Rezeption und für den Check-in sowie das Frühstück mussten wir zu einem anderen Hotel laufen. Der Hotelname und der Strassenname waren nicht ausgeschildert, sodass wir das Hotel nur mithilfe von GPS finden konnten. Am Tor befand sich ein Schild mit der Aufforderung, das Bernina Hotel Nr. zu kontaktieren. Dafür mussten wir erneut zum Bernina Hotel zurückgehen. Diese Information hätte im Voraus kommuniziert werden sollen. Über die Frühstückskosten wurde ich informiert, jedoch nicht darüber wo und wie die Schlüsselkarte abzuholen ist. Die Buddha-Statue im Zimmer empfand ich jedoch als unnötig. Das Holzbettrahmen hatte scharfe Kanten und war länger als die Matratze, wodurch freie Flächen entstanden sind. Dies wirkte unsicher und stellte eine mögliche Stolpergefahr dar.

Archana (8/5): Excellent place to stay with family. Spacious room and bathroom with good view. - The room is beautiful, best location if you have to take the Bernina Express next day early morning. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, surrounded by mountains. Worth it. Would definitely stay there again. The check in instructions are not clear. The rooms are in a different bldg and the check in is in the different hotel. 2 min walk. It took some time to figure that our. Other than that the hotel room was really good.

Apenas de tudo ser resolvido em outro hotel da rede, o cartao do quarto desprogramou e tivemos que ir a noite, com baixas temperaturas no outro hotel para pegar.outro cartão. Mas , não é longe e não inválida a boa experiência que tivemos !

Although Check-in was in another building, the location of the room was very close. It made lugging around our bags a bit more difficult, but totally worth it for the room!

Conti (9/5): Complessivamente bene e raccomandabile - Location. Pulizia e disponibilità parcheggio ad un costo ragionevole. Poca chiarezza circa procedure per il check (scoperto quando arrivati davanti al cancello delle suites dove un cartello ci dirotta presso l’hotel Bernina, altra location, per il check-in). Altra negatività: il riscaldamento non funzionava.
