• Alethea Rae (9/5): Convenient and Comfortable Stay in Binondo - The hotel was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. The staff were accommodating and polite during our stay. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Binondo and nearby tourist spots. The room was simple but well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay for the price. The room space was a bit small, especially for guests with a lot of luggage. Soundproofing could also be improved because noise from the hallway can sometimes be heard. Aside from that, the stay was still pleasant.

• cherryl (9/5): Definitely included in my "Will stay here again" list! - Love the clean and compact design of the rooms. The wifi and cable signals are working fine. Binondo famous food places are all walking distance and the 168 mall is a short taxi ride (about 20mins walk). For the price and the prime location, I dont mind that there are no toiletries.

• Naomi (7/5): Okay & comfortable but bare minimum - The location was good, walking distance to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and shower and bathroom were clean and a decent size. Bare minimum amenities and okay service. Sun cafe food was not fresh, tasted stale. Better to go to 7/11 downstairs. Late check-out was included however front desk tried to charge extra 1000 pesos when asked to confirm check-out time. It was quite noisy at times as well throughout the day.

• Lorraine (9/5): Great price, great location, great stay. - Great option for hotel near cruise terminal and historic area. We knew ahead of time that the rooms were small, but use of space was excellent, room was exceptionally clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. Great option with a great price. Staff was excellent at greeting, answering questions, helping with luggage - great customer service. No complaints.

• Mbarek (8/5): Hôtel sympa dans Chinatown - Propre et bien placé dans Chinatown. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Il a fallu 24h pour le réparer.
• Ronan (10/5): Bon séjour, hôtel bien situé - Hôtel moderne, situé à quelques centaines de mètres du quartier Chinatown de Manille, lorsque vous sortez à gauche. Et si vous marchez vers la droite, vous pouvez traverser la rivière et vous balader dans l’intramuros. A cela s’ajoute le personnel qui est très accueillant et à l’écoute.

These are primarily the only things that keeps us coming back to stay there because of location for business and price range! And the staff is so so kind and show extreme generosity! COMFORTABILITIES! I experienced several things in the room my wife and I stayed in! The drainage system in the bathroom constantly is giving us problems, there were damages, door latch loose and broken, inside the room before our stay, meaning that the room wasn't properly ready and available for us at check-in! Air condition was not working properly and the refrigerator doesn't actually get cold enough for our conveniency.

• John (10/5): Well-run modern no-frills hotel - Well managed modern hotel. Lots of staff. Free drinking water. Good location. Quiet for a city centre.
• Olga (8/5): - Very clean, perfect position. 7 elevan is just the next door, separated shower. Staff is super nice The do not provide any toiletries except soap and shampoo, and especially water in the room (it is available only at the 4th floor with no glasses provided)
