- Leonardo (10/5): Confortável - Eles reformarán recientemente, quartos novos, geladeira, secador de cabelo, banheiro limpo, cama confortavel. Tem uma copa para comer um delivery com mesa cadeira, cafeteira. As duas atendentes com quem tive contato super educadas e solicitas nas explicações e traduções quando necessário. Fica no primeiro andar de um prédio e conta com elevador. Uns 7min da estação de metrô e uns 2 min de uma estação de ônibus. Talvez o Wi-Fi tenha sido o que mais pecou, em alguns lugares dentro do quarto ficava fraco e saía do celular, mas era só chegar perto da porta de novo que encontrava novamente. Funcionou bem todos os dias.

The room was larger than most other hotels in the historic center, comfortable king bed, quality towels and linens and very quiet. There's good coffee and tea available in the common room with a nice little shared patio area. And we especially appreciated the exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff, especially Alessia, who helped us find good restaurants and local shopping. We stayed at DEM Hotel for 8 nights and felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Honestly, nothing we didn't like about DEM Hotel.

- Piero (6/5): Piacevole - La vicinanza ai principali punti di interesse, senza l’utilizzo di mezzi pubblici La persiana rotta, rimasta semi chiusa, non ci ha permesso di riposare adeguatamente, anche a causa della luce del lampione in strada che filtrava nella stanza. Inoltre, in bagno mancavano gli appendi asciugamani e la doccia con la tenda è risultata decisamente scomoda e poco piacevole. Nell’area break, scoperta per caso! siamo rimasti delusi dalla disposizione degli arredi, che rendeva difficile, in presenza di altri ospiti, raggiungere la macchina del caffè. Basterebbe davvero poco per rendere la struttura più confortevole.

- Yasmine (10/5): Appartement et localisation, parfait pour un week-end à Rome - L’emplacement du logement, il était situé à 13 minutes à pied de la fontaine de Trévi est à 10 minutes à pied du Colisée. La chambre était vaste. Le lit était confortable et il y a un restaurant au pied de l’hôtel. En revanche, faites attention car l’hôtel est situé au premier étage d’un immeuble. Il disposait d’une fenêtre, mais celle-ci donnait sur une cour, il n’y avait donc pas de luminosité de plus la chambre ne disposait pas de volets, il ne faisait donc pas tout à fait noir dans la chambre la nuit.

- Giuliana (10/5): Perfetto - camera perfetta in un punto strategico, molto centrale, l'unico problema è il parcheggio se si viaggia in macchina perchè è in ZTL, ma ci sono comunque dei parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze prima della ZTL. The room was spacious and the building very charming. Unfortunately the street was noisy with some music and vendors stalls that were running a power generator up until 10pm. Personale gentile, con possibilità di deposito bagagli. Peccato non poter fare colazione in struttura, ma nei dintorni ci sono molti bar.
- Anna (7/5): Nice overall - - I loved the location. Nearly all of the major attractions were a walking distance (2 km max, often less than this). And the area was full of nice trattorias. - The room standard was comfortable and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the design was minimalistic but cozy. - The staff was helpful. - I loved the early check-in, before noon I think. It was incredibly helpful to be able to rest after the journey. - The hotel felt safe. Regretfully, some things were non-conforming with the description or require improvement: - I specifically searched for the room with the kettle. It was important for me to be able to make myself tea after whole day of visiting. There was supposed to be a kettle inside the room, I double checked the description. However the kettle was not in the room but in the shared space. Carrying the hot cup all the way to the room turned the relaxing moment into a logistic challenge and since there was no proper cups (only paper), I burnt my fingers a few times. - The window let in cold air and noise. The only heating was from AC which made the air dry. - The room was lacking a few basic things: no cup for the toothbrush, no night stand, no shelf for the cosmetics bag in the bathroom.

Personel bardzo pomocny, pokój czysty, wszystko było w porządku, także bardzo dobry stosunek do ceny. Jedynym minusem mógłby być brak ogrzewania, choć w Rzymie to pewnie raczej typowe. Wyjazd był w lutym, także w pokoju bywało czasem trochę chłodno.

- M (9/5): Una muy buena estancia - La atención de Ale ha sido excepcional, ha resuelto todas nuestras dudas, nos ha hecho recomendaciones e incluso nos ha guardado las maletas después del check-out; estamos muy contentos y agradecidos con ella!! Además nos limpiaron la habitación cada día y nos pusieron toallas nuevas, todo muy limpio! Comentamos que por la noche se escuchaba un poco el ruido del restaurante de abajo (nada que no te deje dormir) y no hay persianas (realmente no entra mucha luz, así que no es tan molesto como pueda parecer). Ha sido un buen alojamiento y con personal muy atento, lo recomendamos!

- Céline (5/5): Décevant - L'emplacement On s'attend à un hôtel avec les services associés mais il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, c'est très décevant. Des oreillers mémoire de forme sont imposés sans autre alternative possible (ces oreillers ne sont pas compatibles pour tout le monde). La couette était simplement emballée dans un drap et non dans une housse donc on se retrouve à dormir à même la couette ce qui n'est pas hygiénique. Le volet ne fermait pas. Il y a avait beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles. Un des deux verres était sale. Le lit double était un lit 140x200, on pensait avoir plus grand. La porte de la minuscule salle de bain ne se fermait pas. Le pommeau de douche fuyait. La pression de la douche était beaucoup trop faible.
