On arriving at breakfast was informed the included breakfast was only for 1 person so had to pay for my son to eat. Unacceptable.

santiagogaleros (8/5): GOOD OPTION NEAR IAH AIRPORT - It's a basic hotel, but it has everything you need for a good rest before or after a long flight. Very close to IAH airport and with a free shuttle service, it's very convenient if you have to catch a very early or very late flight.

The floors were sticky, the shower head leaked everywhere so very little pressure to shower. No shower soap empty. Sheets were very hard made my skin itchy, Towel not in order. It looked like maid rushed clean and did finish. I was to tired to call to change rooms, especially with frontdesk attitude on arrival. Very disappointed in quality of service, cleanliness and maintenance problems. Unfortunate as I was looking to switch to Marriott hotels.... not worth the price I paid and not even a other to complete in morning. Difficulty reaching shuttle phone number on websites, as 3 different calls as took me to Reservations. Attitude of Staff member, cleanliness, laundry soap, lack of maintenance on important bathroom feature (showerhead)

The water pressure can be low at times, but we still had water. The room was large and comfortable enough. CONS: I paid extra to reserve a room for two adults including breakfast, which I confirmed whey we checked in. The next morning, we were told that only one of us could eat free. I showed the reception desk my reservation, but they wouldn't change their mind. Rip off!

The lady at the reception was clearly annoyed but made me feel I was the problem. Thankfully, a gentleman stepped in to help and he was much more friendly.

When we got to the airport I asked for his name and told him id be reporting him. He said again that was marriots rule. There was no reason to stack that many people in that shuttle with the front seat open. He then went on to tell me looks like someone got their feelings hurt. Will never stay here again.

Taylor (10/5): It was a short stay. But enjoyable. - It was clean and modern. The location was perfect since my grandson love Taco Bell and it was right across the street. We got an Uber ride back to the airport in the morning and it all worked out well. Thanks for the free ride from the airport. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

nware1 (8/5): Good Airport Stay - A solid (newer) Courtyard Hotel with the amenities you see in every Courtyard (Internet TV, Fridge, Cafe, etc) with a good location to IAH. Only frustrating item - the shower water pressure was about as powerful as a watering can. Get some real shower heads!!

thomasbJ3907RJ (2/5): Rudest shuttle driver ever!! - We arrived at the Hotel Shuttle pickup point for Terminal E at 8:10pm. I called the Courtyard Marriott directly to request a pickup (Since Marriott’s website states clearly, “Complimentary Airport Shuttle ‘on request.’). The front desk told me that the shuttle would pick us up in about five minutes. Thereafter, I called the front desk every ten minutes until we were finally picked up at 8:50. There was another passenger in the van that had been waiting longer than us. When we voiced our dismay to the driver he got belligerent, even going so far as to say that if he had know we were going to complain he wouldn’t have picked us up at all, we should have called an uber, and we were not privileged the shuttle worked on his time schedule. Not exactly fine examples of customer service.
