Além disso, dava para ouvir muito barulho dos apartamentos superiores. Os quartos e os banheiros de fato são bons, mas o restante da acomodação descola um pouco das imagens.

- Rachel (8/5): Appartement agréable et bien situé - Appartement très bien placé dans Porto, accueil très agréable et propreté nickel. L’appartement est plutôt bien aménagé et correctement équipé. Nous avions une chambre avec un espace extérieur calme. Livraison petit déjeuner très pratique. Quelques finitions à reprendre et les wc qui font énormément de bruit (broyeur je pense, c’était en duplex avec les chambres en bas). Malgré la quiétude des lieux avec l’espace extérieur en pleine ville, les bruits des couloirs et escaliers étaient importants, mauvaise isolation par rapport à cela. Mais Calme la nuit et c’est appréciable.

- Barbara (6/5): Basic accommodation but good location - Very clean accommodation, good location within easy reach of Porto old town and several bars and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was on the third floor of a very tall building, we are in our 70's and fortunately we are pretty fit and only brought hand luggage. There was no lift and had we been less fit or had more luggage this would have been a real struggle. The facilities were pretty basic, but as we did not spend much time in the accommodation it wasn't too much of a problem.

Tuvieron que reasignarnos a otra que era algo inferior y a la mañana siguiente volver a hacer un cambio de habitación a la que habíamos reservado previamente lo que ya nos condicionó un poco el resto de la mañana al tener que ir a las 11 al chek in. El apartamento no tenía microondas pero si tenía horno. Por lo demás todo bien.

Abbie’s a preference thing, but if you don’t enjoy hard mattress’ then I wouldn’t stay here. Also €40 for a late checkout but only give you an extra hour was a bit much.

All your amenities there you could need Not much to be honest. Sometimes it can be a little noisy if you are below other rooms, however I’m sure the building itself is old and this is expected.

Booking den rezervasyon yaparken 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk için tanınan opsiyonu seçmeme rağmen booking 2 yetişkin olarak otele bildirdiği için ücretsiz havaalanı taksisini kullanamadık. Tesise ulaşımı kendi imkanımızla sağladık. Ve rezervasyon yaptığımızdan farklı bir odada konakladık sonuç olarak tesis gayet güzeldi ama booking iletişimde yetersiz kaldı bu konuyu booking müşteri hizmetlerine yazdım ancak yanıt alamadım.

- jeanne (8/5): Excellent stay in Porto. - Very easy to collect the key to the apartment. Went to an office where we were met and provided the key to the apartment and the code to enter the building. Well organized and safe. The location is excellent. All of the city is in walking distance as well as restaurants and parking int he area. If I ever get back to Porto, there is no doubt I will try to book this again. There was nothing that we did not like.

Pokój bardzo przytulny i świetnie wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Prawdziwą ozdobą wnętrz okazały się stare fotografie kamienicy pełne uroku i historii, nadawały miejscu magiczny klimat.😍 Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia! Magasin de proximité pour faire des courses tôut proche, boulangerie étc … Nous sommes arrivés Apres 18h Ét la communication a été parfaite avec toutes les indications pour récupérer le logement. Au retour on nous a permis de laisser notre bagage ce qui est très appréciable. Le lit était très confortable, le logement était propre et le ménage fait un jour sur deux. Seul bémol mettre une passoire et un plat pour aller au four. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, le logement est très chaleureux et décoré avec goût. Tout était parfait

- Alessia (8/5): - Struttura d'epoca, recentemente ristrutturata e in una posizione ottima. Bellissimo l'affaccio sul cortile interno. Cucina ben attrezzata. Forniti spugna/sapone piatti/strofinaccio. Appartamento molto silenzioso. Gli oscuranti alle finestre creavano buio completo. Appartamento arredato con tanta cura per l'estetica ma, a mio parere, poca cura per la praticità/funzionalità (bagno senza una mensola d'appoggio, lavandino piccolo e scomodo, luci molto soffuse che non illuminavano abbastanza soprattutto nella zona notte, nessun appendino per le giacche...) Phon vecchiotto con fili elettrici a vista, installato praticamente sopra il lavandino del bagno. Pulizia non particolarmente bene, soprattutto il pavimento e sotto i mobili tanta tanta polvere. Culla per il bimbo montata male, appena toccata si è chiusa su se stessa. Nonostante varie trappole per formiche sparse qua e là, il secondo giorno ne abbiamo trovate un po' Mancavano scopa e paletta. No ascensore.
