Great location, close to train and bus station and 5 minute walk to airport shuttle. Great restaurants close by and very secure. Nothing. Good amenities and anything you could think of, the hosts had taken care of. Noisy and bright from outside, which is not the properties fault obviously.

The area is very safe and perfect for solo female travelers. The rooms also offer great security, each equipped with a private key. The host is very warm and always ready to help.

• Anahit (8/5): とてもとても快適だった。本当におすすめです！ - ロケーションはテルミニ駅から歩いて10分程度のところで、申し分ない。すぐ隣に子供向けの公園があって治安は良さそうなエリアだし、Conadスーパーも徒歩5分圏内にあるので朝食や夜のスナックなどを買いに行くには便利。 受付のFloraさんは本当に明るくて優しくて、信頼できる人でした。日本人の宿泊者さんが他にもいたし、部屋もかなり清潔で広い感じで、おすすめです。受付には、世界各国からのサンキューメッセージが貼ってありました。 ・シャワーは30秒に一回お湯が出なくなる（他に水道の利用者が部屋にいなくても）ので、シャワーの水を逐一切って出し直しする必要があった。 以下はホテルが改善すべき点ではなく、アクセスや他要因について。 ・テルミニ駅から、大きめのスーツケースやベビーカーで徒歩で向かう場合は、道の舗装がかなり悪いので結構ストレスになる。 ・日本語で言う２階（ヨーロッパの１階）に位置しており、旧式のエレベーターがあるので、使い方がパッとわからないかもしれないが落ち着いてインストラクションを見て欲しい。また、そのエレベーターに辿り着くまでに１０段程度の階段を上がらなければならないので、20~30kg程度のスーツケースを持っている場合は自力で引き上げる必要がある。 ・ホテルが入っている建物そのもののロック（重くて大きい木の扉と中の柵の扉）を、同一の４桁の番号で解錠し、さらにSofia's suites guesthouse(2F)の入口も別のコードで開く必要があるので、混乱しないように。２つのキーコードは、受付して初めて教えてもらえるので、最初はチャイムで入ってOK。特に、建物の重くて大きい木の扉と中の柵の扉が同じキーコードで、中の柵の扉は同時に解錠されるという点に注意！合計３つ関門があるところキーコードが２つだけなので、知らないと混乱する。

• Hellen (9/5): Would definitely come back !! - It was perfectly located far enough away from the busy tourist areas yet close enough to easily walk. Ample options for coffee / pastries / restaurants and convenience stores within a 1 minute walk. Gregory’s store across the road sells a great range of cheese and pancetta / meats and wines etc if you prefer to eat on your room! The only thing we can think of is the shower pressure is next to non existent.

The location was excellent; walking distance to Roma Termini, and lots of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. La limpieza y comodidad de la habitación era muy buena. Tenia cafetera con capsulas que nos dejaban y sobres de te y pava eléctrica. Teníamos una heladera muy practica para dejar bebidas o comida. Camas muy cómodas y el baño amplio. Sin duda volveré!! Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la ducha que hacia ruido pero al siguiente día nos lo solucionaron.

In the shared areas, we noticed many small and thoughtful details, such as a sewing kit or an umbrella in case guests need one. The location was great—close to Termini—yet we still felt safe, and there were many nice places to eat right by the apartment. It was truly a pleasure staying here. Thank you!

• LEANDRA ROMINA (10/5): Buen lugar para pasar un par de noches en Roma - Excelente habitación a 400 metros de Termini. Cómodo para ir un par de días a Roma. El lugar es antiguo pero bien ambientado. La habitación grande igual que el baño. Todo muy lindo y súper limpio. La atención de personal aunque me la crucé poco fue muy amable. El check in on line excelente y muy fácil el ingreso

• Sofia (10/5): Прекрасное жильё! - Удобное расположение недалеко от Термини и метро, но на довольно спокойной улочке. Комфортный номер со всем необходимым. Кондиционер греет хорошо, в номере тепло. В ванной тоже тепло, есть работающий полотенцесушитель, что очень ценно зимой. Современная сантехника. Есть небольшая общая зона, где может посидеть, взять утюг и т. д. И самое важное - гостеприимная хозяйка Флора. Она всегда на связи, идёт навстречу. Спасибо за комфортное пребывание! Практически нет закрытых ящичков, но есть открытые полки и плечики для одежды.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the hosts were wonderful — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed  our stay.

The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, but that's easy to fix. The location also isn't the best, right next to Termini Station, but I was on my own so that also might have contributed to that.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es war alles da was man braucht. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Wasserkocher, usw. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir werden wieder kommen. Nur, wer es nicht gewohnt ist an einer belebten Strasse zu wohnen, könnte Schwierigkeiten haben zu schlafen. Für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

• Marcella (6/5): Buon albergo vicino alla stazione. - La struttura è complessivamente carina. La mia stanza era piuttosto spaziosa, con i comfort necessari per essere vissuta. Io sono rimasta una sola notte: tuttavia era tutto molto pratico. La camera è fornita di un climatizzatore caldo freddo autonomo. La posizione è comoda: non volevo stare in centro, ma in una posizione pratica per riprendere il treno al mio rientro. Non proprio in piazza davanti alla stazione, che non è una zona meravigliosa, ma in una via laterale, con qualche bar e due piccoli market. La camera è fornita di macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e acqua gratuita. La struttura armadio è spaziosa. La camera, pur dando sulla strada, è silenziosa. C’è Netflix e la connessione a Internet è buona. Apprezzo l’impegno cronologico nel voler ridurre l’impatto ambientale degli asciugamani e l’uso di bottiglie di vetro. Il bagno aveva qualche macchia di muffa: niente di particolarmente esagerato. Le lenzuola avevano dei capelli: evidentemente pulite, ma con dei residui dei lavaggi industriali. Le indicazioni per apertura e chiusura del portone non erano molto chiare: per fortuna, il giorno della partenza, c’era un addetto che mi ha spiegato meglio. Per quello che mi riguarda il prezzo è un po’ alto: il check in è autonomo, così come il check out. Non è presente nessuno in struttura durante la notte. Per fortuna funzionava il meccanismo di apertura del portone via link, altrimenti sarei rimasta fuori (come è successo la mattina successiva). Sono andata in bassa stagione, per una notte soltanto: pur conoscendo i prezzi medi di Roma, lo ho trovato un po’ costoso, data la posizione non centrale e i servizi complessivamente offerti. Non c’era il necessaire classico: io per esempio avevo dimenticato il dentifricio. Viene fornito solo un bagno schiuma.

• Elaine (9/5): Excellent stay, value for money and in a great location. - The guesthouse was super easy to navigate in terms of location and access via door codes. It was very clean and everything that I needed was there. I appreciated the access to Netflix as well as the fabulous Indian restaurant on the other side of the road. Flora was very responsive to my messages. Thank you.

• 仟又 (10/5): - 離termini算近 而且樓下有492公車 基本上著名景點都到得了！！有夠方便 下次再去羅馬也會選擇這裡 而且不貴
