The room was quite cold, and it felt like the windows weren’t properly insulated, letting cold air in. The shower also had a very strange system where I had to wait around 10 minutes for the water to get warm.

The breakfast is a make shift setup in a Sashi cafe Bar where the smell lingers every corner in the morning. The choice selections were bare and Un-appetising ! The facilities are dated and old. Bathrooms shower area is setup on high platform and floor is slippery marble, very hazardous!

- Gulshat (2/5): - К сожалению, проживание в отеле оставило неприятное впечатление. В номере было очень холодно, из-за чего чувствовался дискомфорт, уюта не было совсем. Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки — качество еды оказалось очень низким. Более того, в салате был обнаружен волос, что абсолютно недопустимо и вызывает вопросы к санитарным нормам. Ожидания от отеля не оправдались. Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на данные проблемы и улучшит сервис.

I had a problem with the booking; I had booked a room for three people—two adults and an 11-year-old child—but Booking.com showed it as a reservation for only two. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and gave me the appropriate room. The only downside to the hotel was the breakfast; it was very basic.

Staff was overwhelmed by the situation and deactivated the alarm. She told us it doesnt work anyway. In case of a real fire, what would happen? Scary.

Не знаю как на других, но пятый этаж получился "миленьким". Приятная расцветка, уютная. Номера немного маловаты, но не критично. Для коротких остановок вполне подойдет. Мне понравился дух ресторана, когда был там на завтраке. Точечное освещение, кирпичные стены, лирическая кантри музыка, мини сцена с розовым неоновым фламинго. Ощущение старой Америки. Номера чистые, белье хорошее, матрац и подушки нормальные. Завтраки, если на короткое время, то пойдёт Гигиенический душ не работает, вода из под душа подтекает. Завтраки скудноваты. Пожалуй, все :) Вспомнил! Нет принадлежностей для глажки. Памятка для гостей про штрафы слишком грубая.
