The owners, Louis and Leana, were incredibly warm and welcoming, and gave us so many great recommendations on places to visit and things to do. The cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay, and they also recommended a fantastic driver who took us on an amazing day trip. - SimonDav (10/5): Schönes B&B mit tollem Gastgeber! - Das B&B liegt zentral in Green Point. Mit Uber lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kapstadt gut erreichen. Das Zimmer war super schön und sogar größer, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Vom Balkon aus haben wir sogar das Meer gesehen. Es war alles immer top sauber. Highlight der Unterkunft ist aber definitiv der Gastgeber Louis! Er gibt seinen Gästen alle Informationen über Aktivitäten in Kapstadt und viele Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. Er hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Alles top!

- Lucas (10/5): Eine super Unterkunft im sicheren Bezirk mit tollen Gastgebern. Gerne wieder. - Am besten haben uns der nette und gastfreundschaftliche Kontakt zu Louis und Leana gefallen. Die beiden waren zur jederzeit für uns da und hatten für jedes „Problem“ eine Lösung. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr herzlich aufgenommen und bei erneuter Reise nach Kapstadt werden wir definitiv wieder hier verweilen. Sehr empfehlenswert für erst Besucher und Wiederkehrende. War alles top, daher keine negative Kritik.

The accommodation is well located at 15 minutes from waterfront by foot. The neighbourhood is quiet and the location is very close to stores and good restaurants. Delicious breakfasts were served at our balcony. We highly recommend this place.

- Elena (10/5): - Lovely guest house. The hospitality of Louis and Leana is difficult to describe in words, we have never seen such care anywhere else. During the meeting, Louis gave a lot of necessary and useful information, which was very useful during his time in the city. Very clean, beautifully furnished room, terrace with armchairs, you can sit in the evening with a view of the ocean. There is everything you need to stay, as well as delicious compliments every day. Thank you very much! If we ever come to Cape Town again, we will only stay here. -
- Sandra (9/5): - Wir hatten eine schöne großes Zimmer und haben dort sehr ruhig geschlafen, obwohl das Haus relativ zentral liegt. Zur Waterfront sind wir tagsüber 15 Minuten gelaufen und abends dann mit einem Uber zurück. Es gibt ein tolles großes deftiges Frühstück, wenn man das mag. Die Besitzer Leana und Louis sind ganz liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns super unterhalten und haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen. Da wir am Abschlusstag spät abflogen, durften wir sogar noch am Nachmittag in einem extra Zimmer duschen.

- Romy (10/5): Heerlijk gastvrij verblijf in Kaapstad - Super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw, je voelt je direct heel welkom. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Kamer is ruim en netjes, van alles voorzien. Op loopafstand van Greenpoint, Seapoint en V&A waterfront. Heel veel fijne tips gekregen om te doen. Auto staat netjes in de carport.

We walked one day to the V&A Waterfront and it was doable because the weather was good. We also walked to the promenade one day for coffee and it was a beautiful walk through the park. We had a car and the location was perfect as we were able to drive lots of places from the property in a short amount of time. It was nice that the location is not located in a busy traffic area so you are able to easily come and go. We felt safe sleeping here at night and the owners were very welcoming and kind. It felt like we were visiting family! We would choose to stay again!

- Diane (10/5): Exceptional guest house in an excellent location - Louis and Leana were wonderful hosts. They gave us so many tips that helped us make the most of our time in Cape Town. Louis organised a private driver to take us to Cape Point and Simon’s Town with a few interesting stops enroute. So much better and cheaper than the Viator/Get Your Guide type tours. Advice on restaurants was excellent too. There is everything you need in the room including fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, breakfast snacks, coffee, tea and milk. Super comfy bed, good bathroom and a lovely patio with table, chairs and umbrella. The secure garage parking is a real bonus. That said, Uber is so convenient and good value in Cape Town, so we didn’t use our hire car at all. The guest house is in a convenient location about 20 minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront. There is an excellent deli 5 minutes walk away where you can buy delicious platters of food to take back and eat in the room. We will stay here again next time we visit Cape Town. Nothing

- Lázaro (8/5): I had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this place with a few notes. - The location is excellent, just a 5-minute Uber ride from the V&A Waterfront. The parking space was very useful and made things much easier. Louis was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help us have the best experience in Cape Town. The room has a lot of visual information and many old items that don’t really need to be there. It doesn’t affect the stay in a major way, but I personally believe that less is more and a simpler setup would make the room feel much nicer.

- Vincent (10/5): Wonderful Victorian house, kind and thoughtful hosts. - Louis and Leana were wonderful hosts, very engaged in giving us guidance about how to stay safe, what sights to enjoy in and around the city, etc. Louis spent half an hour explaining to us how to visit Capetown, specially his tips on how to visit the Cape were greatly appreciated and we really spent a wonderful day thanks to his suggestion. Everything was top notch.

- Stefanie (10/5): Liebevolle Unterkunft mit ganz herzlichen Gastgebern - Das Stadium Guest House in der Nähe der Waterfront liegt in einer sicheren Wohngegend mit Supermarkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten als Familie 2 Zimmer und beide waren ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Louis & Leana sind ganz tolle Menschen, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen und tolle Tipps geben. Der Blick auf das Meer und das Stadion vom Balkon aus sind toll. Zur Waterfront sind wir in 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß gegangen.

Much attention from the owner with helpfull hints ,maps, always available on whatsap, many little trinkets and biscuits and chocolate in the room all the time. It clerly show they love hosting and it comes from their heart. Very clean room with daily service .

Private garage was very welcome for our rental car Although all amenities were offered such as coffee machine toaster fridge microwave etc we needed some ingenuity to serve ourselves in the room. Weather not permitting to be on the magnificent balcony

The hosts were very helpfull, kind and went out of their way to make our stay at the guesthouse a great experience. We booked for 2 nights, but extended our stay to 4 nights. We can 100% recommend them for future guests.

- Paul (8/5): Great location, well equipped comfortable room and accommodating hosts. - The location was excellent- walking distance to the waterfront, Green point Park, and stores and restaurants. V&A Waterfront is close by as well, but our host recommended taking an Uber there. He was right, as we were robbed of our credit card while walking there. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. Although close to a major Street, it set back a few blocks and then the location is very quiet. It's up a little bit on the hill, so you can get a limited view of the bay and park. Our room was well equipped with a good bathroom, and functional kitchenette, although it was a little bit tight. The room was well equipped, and comfortable, but a little bit tight. The bed was a little short for this 6 ft four guest. The front door had to be locked with a padlock and a key, so if one of us left, the other was left behind without a key and would not be able to exit in an emergency.
- 21alisonj (10/5): Home away from Home - A lovely Victorian type home. Louis and Leana are amazing hosts and spoilt us rotten. Central location with easy walk to stadium, restaurants and beachfront. Tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches in the rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really recommend staying here.

- Annelise (9/5): Superb - Very thoughtful host - the accommodation lacked for nothing and was very comfortable. The location is amazing and within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc. It is very quiet and peaceful with partial seaviews. There is a mini fridge, microwave, plates etc in the room and the bed is very comfortable..The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming and willing to assist with anything one needs and the communication is rapid. Stadium guesthouse is not modern and minimalist which is my preferred style. That said it is comfortable and warm and very easy to stay in and I would stay there again.
