• KIMIKO (6/5): まぁまぁな感じです。 - 駅近くなので食事やコンビニなどがあり良かったです。 お風呂は部屋になくても大きいお風呂に入れて良かったのですが、トイレはちょっと部屋から出て歩くようなのでそれが不便でした。

• Yangil (10/5): 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다!! - 역과 아주 가깝고 주변에 이용할 상가도 많은점이 좋습니다 침구류 관리, 시설물 관리가 아주 깨끗하고 좋습니다 1년에 해당 지역으로 여행을 3~4번정도 가는데 항상 애용합니다 좋았던 점과 상반되는 내용이긴 합니다만 연인과의 숙박시설로 이용은 조금 아쉽습니다 방음이 잘 안되고 방이 조금 좁은편, 그리고 화장실과 샤워시설이 별도로 있다는 점 때문에 친구들과의 여행에서만 애용하고있습니다.

• Manchi (8/5): Very good - The environment is very clean. The staff are very friendly. It is very close to the subway station. There is a slight strange smell in the room - possibly from the air conditioner.
• Kevin (8/5): Amazing value for money. Clean and friendly. - The Hotel is great! It's superb value for the price. The staff is amazingly friendly. The common area is really nice, to eat, read, relax or meet other people. The rooms have a decent size (unless you bring a ton of luggage). The location is great too, and you can easily and relatively quickly get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno, Tokyo or Daiba. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear other guests in the hallway, but the hotel provides earplugs AND honestly guests should be respectful of each other. No complaints for the hotel here. The only thing that dropped the rating down a bit is the fact that there is no separate shower (cubicles) for men. Both women and men have an onsen style bath with their typical sit down showers to clean yourself before going into the bath. But women also have separate shower cubicles. Men do not. The only possible shower is in with the sit down showers next to the bath, which in itself is not a problem, UNLESS you have tattoos. If you have any slightly larger tattoos as a man, you need to cover these with tape, even if you just want to take a shower. I understand Japanese rules and accept that they require tattoos to be covered to use the bath. But having to cover them only to take a shower is quite annoying.

The walls are to thin, my first night there the person next to my room was masterbating and watching adult videos and then snoring all night long. I couldn't get any sleep. The same could be said the night before I checked out. I ended up checking out early for the same reason.

• Masako (8/5): - チェックイン時にフロントに人がいるだけで安心します。トイレが共同で不安はあったが、廊下は夜通し明るく、自分の部屋はすぐそばだったのでそこはよかった。奥の部屋の人はちょっと面倒？かもしれない。女性の風呂は、湯船は小さくシャワーは3ヶ所で全体的に狭いが、脱衣所、風呂共に清潔感があってよい。値段、駅近を考えるとこの値段ならまた泊まりたいです。

• HAO-AN (8/5): - 房間寬敞整潔，公用區域有飲水機及飲料販賣機很方便。 大廳櫃台24小時都有服務人員，服務態度跟品質也都很不錯。 廁所及浴場為共用，不過整理的很乾淨，除了稍有些不便以外使用上並不會感到不適。 飯店內有免費Wi-Fi，但網速偏慢，觀看影片或遠端開會辦公都會感受到明顯卡頓，下載時還會出現明顯被限速的情況。 另外室內隔音很差，在房內經常會聽見走廊的交談聲，晚上睡覺還會聽到隔壁傳來打呼聲。

• Sean (9/5): Great staff, great facilities and convenient location. - Conveniently situated a stones throw away from Nishikawaguchi station, this hotel punches above its weight in style, service and vibe. The ever friendly and kind staff make this hotel a “must stay”. There is always a friendly welcome when you return for some much warranted rest after a day exploring central Tokyo, which can be reached within 20-30 minutes easily from this location. The common space comes with massage chairs and the convenience of being just around the corner from a 711 means you’ll never run out of snacks or refreshments. We were lucky enough to get a room looking out onto a crossroads, but despite Nishikawaguchi being a bustling little town in its own wright we found the noise level was acceptable, and disturbance was minimal.
