Le stationnement un peu problématique pour toute la fds ça coûte quand même cher de stationnement et je dois avoir que le plancher de l’unité était d’une saleté assez déconcertante et surprenante.

- Louise Parizeau (4/5): Très déçu - aucun Les étagèes ou étaient les verres et tasses étaient très sales, nous avons du tous les nettoyés,,,,et à l'arrivée,,l'entrée n'avait pas été dégagé (neige) j'ai du pelleter avec un autre membre de ma famille et ajouter sur le sol du abrasif qui était disponible à l'entée puisque c'était très glissant et il n'y avait aucune commodité dans la cuisine pour utiliser la cuisinière(pas de chaudron et pôele)

- Laura (9/5): - The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable and it was in an excellent location close art galleries, restaurants, museums, antique and craft shops. It was also an easy walk from the train station, making it perfect for our trip. There really wasn't anything we could complain about. We were very comfortable there.

- Christine (5/5): Convenience was great. - No character. No colour or warmth. There was a coffee maker but no filters not paying extra $11 for something so simple and didn’t need a full box of filters. Have you heard of Keurig.

- Gustavo (10/5): I would book again in a future trip - Beautiful loft! Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, next to great restaurants and close enough to touristic points like the castle.
- Steeve (9/5): Superbe - Lieu magnifique, bien situé et très propre, l’hôte répond rapidement aux questions. Malheureusement, le café n’est pas fourni comme à l’hôtel (cops, sucre et lait en poudre). Il serait intéressant d’avoir des distributeurs pour le shampooing et la savon dans les douches.
- Barry (5/5): Cleanliness and quality of bedding has gone down hill. - Always the location. This is the third year in a row I have stayed at these lofts. The upstairs bathroom sink in SP105 was plugged last year and it was still plugged this year. Also the bedding, our beds did not have any mattress covers on them which makes them feel extra cold to lay on. The pillows were not of good quality, all lumpy. I was cold in my bed because all the covers including the duvet was paper thin. Time to replace the linens. Also there were lots of towels but it seemed like someone had overloaded the washing machine and they came out all wrinkled and stiff.

- Diana (10/5): A spacious suite perfect for a family, comfortable beds, cozy common room, great kitchen, safe, and couldn’t ask for a b - The property exceeded our expectations! The rooms were a comfortable fit for our family with plenty of space and a kitchenette for the meals in when not dining out in the city, during our stay. The location was perfect for walking and visiting the sites we hoped to see! The only critique and it is so minor, is sometimes we couldn’t get the temp quite where we wanted. But there was plenty of heat and we were grateful.

- Wan Lung (8/5): - Washer and dryer are located at a very inconvenient room which makes taking the laundry out of the dryer challenging. The 2 bathroom sinks need to be cleaned as it floods quickly when the faucet is running.
- Kim (8/5): - The location and size of the place was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teen children. The living area allowed us to eat breakfast and play board games after spending the day exploring old Quebec. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We have stayed in many places all over and these had to be one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in.

- Aurélien (8/5): Très beau loft, bien situé et équipé. - Le loft est très beau, bien rénové, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le personnel est réactif. Il est très bien situé aussi, arrêt de bus et parking à côté. À pieds du vieux Québec. Il y a peu d’isolation sonore entre les pièces.

- Emilie (7/5): Top locatie, weinig sfeervol. - Locatie tov de stad en de ruimte op begane grond. Heel fijn dat we er om 3pm in konden! Goede communicatie met Camille! Parkeerplek om de hoek 👍 Kon geen raam open! Tweepersoonsbed te smal, en onderlaken was te kort. Matras in bovenste stapelbed te dun / oud. Ontbreken van afwasborstel, theepot, haakjes voor handdoeken in badkamer en nauwelijks tot geen opbergruimte voor je spullen (in de kamer vh stapelbed helemaal geen kast of plankje / haakje aanwezig!) Tevens kapot wijnglas en koffiekop in inventaris (moet echt vervangen worden). Top wasmachine en droger, maar geen droogrek aanwezig. Het hele appartement heeft niets aan de muur hangen. Maakt het nogal kil, sfeerloos.
