Not overly spacious though, but good for an overnight stay. It wasn't overly spacious, but we weren't looking for that anyway as we only needed to stay a night and were not spending any time in the room.

- Sophie (10/5): - We stayed in the units located in the 'Stables' at the rear of the pub. It was a clean, spacious unit which was located in the centre of Richmond and walking distance to all sights. The staff are always lovely when we stay, and the pub's food and wine are delicious. There is plenty of free parking at the accommodation. We will definitely stay again.

- Lis (10/5): - Love being in the old stables in the Gin Room and error comfortable and great value for money in the 2 Bedroom unit. Loved all facilities
- Brendan (7/5): Well located, clean, comfortable and affordable property. - Property well located in the centre of Richmond, it was clean and comfortable & good value. The stables would appear to be subdivided and noise from the adjoining accommodation was audible. One of the bedrooms did not have a window or any natural light. Overall, both are small issues and didn’t negatively impact our stay.
- David (8/5): -
- Graeme (6/5): - Hotel bar Mice running under my door at night into my room.
- Linda (8/5): - The old building was charming and centrally placed for a good walk around the charming town. Nice that the toilet was separate from the shower. The sloping ceilings made it awkward for two tall people to move around comfortably. Washing dishes in the bathroom handbasin is not ideal.
- Linda (10/5): -
- Kristy (5/5): - Shared bathroom Shared bathroom

- Tom (8/5): -

- Joanne (9/5): - Great placement in the town. Close to all amenities. Clean and well presented. Pillows all very big. Need a flatter option. Could use a few hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang wet towels. Also needed a towel rail in toilet. Otherwise all good
- Shane (9/5): Comfortable, spacious room - Comfortable, quiet, spacious room. Ample parking. Good food.
- Rachel (9/5): Excellent pub accommodation. - Excellent location for walking around Richmond. Surprisingly quiet even being in the Main Street. Off street parking. - Pamela (10/5): Great place to position yourself if staying in the area overnight or for a few days. The facilities are excellent and t - Located in the middle of the township which enabled easy access to cafes and attractions.
Our self contained accommodation is quite new and is still in an excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable, used quality linen and thick bath towels.
The hotel itself is a replica of an old English pub, staff were very friendly and our evening meal was delicious.
We certainly could recommend this establishment. There were 15 rather steep steps to the first floor (no lift)
- David (8/5): - Good ambience, nice meal
- Elizabeth (10/5): Terrific stay in Richmond - Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the comforts you could need.

Bathroom facilities where very clean but lacking comfort. TV was small & no stations. No kettle or tea & coffee in room. Sadly missed.

- 8mm (9/5): The Richmond Arms Hotel. is right in the very heart of historic Richmond. - A room-only deal. Rooms exceptionaly clean. Location was dead central, as we do not use a car, we had to be able to walk everywhere. The spot on location meant we were able to loop back for pit stops during our local historic walks.
Though smaller than hoped, the flat had all the basic facilities and used space well.
The shower room and toilet were tiny, but very well thought out with quality fittings; the wash basin and shower proved excellent, while the heating and air conditioning unit operated faultlessly. We were in the old barn annex but the interaction we had with the hotel staff was very positive. I expected the rooms to be larger and not up a steep staircase, which was badly lit and had no handrail.
We had difficulty filling the somewhat ultra-cheap kettle with water from the bathroom tap.
We felt value for money was moderate, but worth it for the unbeatable location.

- Garry (10/5): -
- Zong Rui (6/5): - 唯一优秀的就是地点 但这个小镇也很小 酒店对面超市 旁边网红蛋糕店 前面就是酒吧,里士满非常小的一个小镇 腿着逛完了 酒店有点太古老了 太有年代感,设施希望能在更新一下
- Nawaz (6/5): - There wasn’t warm water coming from sink
- Annabelle (10/5): -
- Andy Issom (6/5): -
- Martyn (10/5): - Location was great. Just right for visiting lower part of Tassie.Food was excellent and amenities were perfect for our short stay
- Jiuyi (5/5): -
- Julie (8/5): Great location and pub serves good food in the evening - Location was great on the Main Street although parking was tight as there was an event on. The room was very spacious and bathroom and separate loo very modern and clean. Food in the pub was good in the evening too. We had the front room which unfortunately is right above the fan for the kitchen so was noisy in the evening and also seemed to be the place where people, not staff, congregated for a smoke. Otherwise a great stay and very good value for the space, even room a dining table and chairs!
- Judi (7/5): Not worth the money and won’t stay there again, but we’ll definitely eat there again. - Central position in the middle of town with good parking.
Offers good meals.
Clean attached accommodation.
Friendly, helpful staff. Probably the most uncomfortable, hard bed and pillows, that I have ever encountered in my 50+ years of travel. Consequently, virtually no sleep.
The shower flooded the bathroom floor making it a very dangerous slip hazard.
- Sharon (7/5): - Great location, lovely interior, quality sheets and towels. No microwave, No cooking allowed, signs. Fine if eating out all the time.
Heavy stomping from the apartment above, the noise carries.
- Carmel (9/5): -
- Kelly (8/5): -
- Andy Issom (6/5): - Excellent service, excellent location. What beautiful spot, bakery's the best!
