- Reynaldo (10/5): Budget wise for Family - Pros: massive apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to coles, restaurant, liquor store. Gated community. Fully refundable even you did not finished your stay due to emergency but must select the refundable option when booking. Cons: once a week cleaning. floor tiles grout is dirty and in toilet. Pillows is tiny and super soft. not the same as the one in Hotel.

Phone, which was part of the gate entry didn’t work A shame as have stayed here before, in another apartment, with no problems hence returning

- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to Outback Spectacular - The apartment was crisp in appearance, but bathroom mat was dirty, sliding glass door on vehandah was found unlocked on arrival, remote for access was help together with electrical tape, shower tray missing but frame was still on wall, and TV kept wanting to shut down. It's a secure compound with lots of security, and like I said, very crisp, white white white.

Walking distance to a shopping area, very handy Expedia committed a QR code to enter for check-in, which made that process very frustrating. - Leisa (8/5): - The townhouse was ideal for my husband, 15 year old and I for a week. Super close to a supermarket and restaurants/cafes. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the few little issues we had were dealt with quickly and kindly. There’s a pool that can be used which is awesome. There wasn’t any information in the rooms so had to be a bit self sufficient. There was also no kitchen basics at all so had to grab those (lucky that supermarket was so close!!).

The showers need a really good scrub and the kitchen had the most basic supplies. Also, the fry pan was so disgusting that I had to scramble our eggs in a pot. No one in their right mind would cook on it. My feedback is if you wouldn't use it yourself, it should be replaced. Also, there was no salt and pepper which I found very strange and disappointing. Such a simple easy thing to make a guests stay more enjoyable. Things I liked...extra large smart TV and comfortable beds.

- denise (2/5): - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We unfortunately stayed one night in a 3 brm terrace house and it was so bad we cancelled the rest of our nights there and stayed somehwere else. Where do I start? The sofa cover had food all over it, popcorn was left in the microwave from the last people, there were empty beer cans with cigarette butts in them on the patio, walls marked and roughly plastered (some not plastered at all, just holes), fingerprints all over the kitchen cabinets, dirty oven, dining table sticky with old food, no bulbs in the lamps. The main toilet SMELT LIKE SEWERAGE which could be smelt across the entire top floor. AN ABSOLUTE HOLE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Still waiting on a refund.

- Kylie (10/5): Weekend away - We booked a spontaneous weekend away to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. This accommodation is out of surfers but with a car wasn’t too bad to drive in and to the theme parks. Perfect for having 3 adults in one room who don’t share a bed. Down side would be the pillows weren’t great for someone who is used to better support and I had a Kia carnival as we had 2 additional adults staying in one of your other apartments and the parking was difficult as I had the last car space in a tight spot. Ended up having to reverse down the lane so I didn’t do an Austin powers and jam myself in between a pole and the wall. Would be perfect for a longer stay!
- brad (10/5): - Very easy check in instructions provided on morning of arrival. Essentially a QR code is provided to access the main drive in gate and keys obtained from Reception. No signage however photo with instructions provided which made it really clear as to where reception is. Property modern however very minimal kitchen glasses / cups etc. Property could do with a deep clean however not too bad. Walking distance to shopping centre. Would stay again.

- Zahraa (10/5): - The two bedroom apartment was new and tidy, excellent amenities with kitchen, laundry included which was needed. Easy accessible parking and walking distance to supermarket nearby. It was also close to the theme parks so quite convenient and excellent location for families. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Things that could be improved;parking spot to be numbered by room a/b as customers were confused and parked in either. Room didn’t include reception contact details. Bathroom fan was noisy but looked into upon complaint. Otherwise very happy with the resort. 8/10
- Keyshuana (8/5): - This is a beautiful location and nice, new, clean property. No complaints there, however, there were issues checking in. To spare any of you the nightmare, please listen up. You should be provided with checkin information before arrival as the email states, so the host will contact you before arriving to arrange that. You need to be provided with a 4 digit code to get into the gate. If you did not receive that for whatever reason, you will need to head down to the property Azzura (2 Activa Way). They look after the property you’ll be staying in, so they will get you in. My check in experience was hectic. There is a young woman with short dyed blond hair and nose piercings of Asian decent who was not helpful, but was rude. She was unwilling to help even though she had the ability to do so. She gave me incorrect information and had me leave the premises as she was not interested in helping any further. After some asking around, we were directed to return. Fortunately, on my second visit, there was a very helpful lady who was able to get us into our accommodation.

I drive around for a very long time using google maps to get in only to realise I needed to go to another location to pick up keys and directions. Whilst this instruction seemed clear it was not! I think my feedback would be to explicitly state or highlight the fact to go to the other address first and pick up keys. I was fatigued at the time and found it difficult to understand Then once in the gated area it was so tricky to find the actual apartment building as there were no numbers on the street. Otherwise was a good stay. Was a bit dirty as in worn but had everything I needed for a comfortable and safe place to stay.

Nothing in walking distance.

- Kaye (6/5): - On first appearances the property was great, However the floor in our apartment had not been mopped/cleaned and toilets weren’t cleaned thoroughly.

- Amber Le (8/5): - Communication was not great. We were fluffed around a bit during check in. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - The house was in poor conition. Appliances were worn out and damaged. Bins rusty and buckled, ice box missing the ice tray, draining rack rusty, Blinds slats falling off, ironing board no padding. Carpet in master bedroom frayed and worn. Garden furniture worn out and grubby with a cigarette burn hole in the cushion. Garden itself overgrown.

- Amanda (6/5): - The floor was very filthy. It looked clean, but our feet and socks were getting dirty within 20 minutes. They did send the cleaner back when we let them know. The wifi was awful. Kids were having issues watching a video on a tablet. A minor issue also that there was no broom to clean up crumbs, just a dustpan and brush.
- Anne (6/5): - Only complaint we had 3 bedroom apartment 2 couples one set of keys. Tricky getting in with security gates and worst parking as only 1 car per unit. Parking on street was impossible
- Fiona (10/5): - The property was well kept and very clean. It was convenient to local shops and tavern etc but as we had our own transport it was easy to get around. Very nice place to stay

- Jo (10/5): - The property was extremely clean. It had excellent amenities. Was safe, secure and quiet. Walking distance to major supermarket. Very pleasant walking pathways. Highly recommend.
- Kara-lee (8/5): - Convenient location however noise from main road is quite noticeable on the weekends. Just a little attention to detail would elevate the room's such as bath mats, the compendium actually be avaliable, dish rack, t-towels and minor repairs. Would stay again however.

- Anthony (8/5): - The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It felt like it was brand new. However, that also meant that everything looked like it had just been purchased from A-Mart ... that is, it serves a purpose but lacks character.
- GARY (6/5): - We have stayed there before in a different apartment which was much nicer. This one faced the road which was very noisy to sit outside. The apartment needed a lot of TLC. A shame as it was disappointing lots of things needed repairing which we told the reception about. The little shopping center just out the gate is great with a nice variety of shops. We would stay again but make sure the apartment was up to scratch.

- Kenneth (6/5): - Lacking a reasonable variety of cooking equipment. Very basic. No pots or oven equipment. Pillows uncomfortable.

- Ann (6/5): - Did not like the fact that it was not clean .. cleaner had to bought in to clean under couch cushions, toilets and around the base of the toilet also around tiles surrounding the kitchen waste bin was not clean. Overall cleanliness standards need to be lifted.

- tracey (2/5): - People in the complex were rude. The place was dirty when we arrived. We weren't told there was no cot for our baby so we had to pay extra when we arrived. The balcony wasn't up to Australian standards when Built so we had workman working on it while we were staying there never again will I book here
- Bob (4/5): - TV didn't work - No Signal Toilet roll holder installed upside down on a downward slope so toilet roll slipped off onto the floor Garage door very dodgy remote which nearly trapped our car in the Garage. I had to use a broom handle to reach the manual button on the unit to get our car out. Some panels of vertical blinds are missing leading to lack of privacy
- Doug (6/5): - Good location for the northern region of the Gold Coast with easy access to and from major roads and shopping. Apartment was clean with basic kitchen and cooking facilities supplied. However apartment was in need of some maintenance. AC didn’t work, shower rose leaked and some fittings in all bathrooms were loose. Despite the issues I would consider staying there again.
- Rebecca (6/5): - Needs some attention. Sheets were so old worn and thin, not nice to sleep on. Pillows and mattresses were hard as a rock. Cooking facilities- frypans and utensils were disgusting. We ended up buying new ones from Coles so we didn’t all get food poisoning. It sleeps six, there is no where to hang 6 towels in bathrooms when used, needs some hooks atleast.

- Candace (10/5): - After hours check in was a bit hard, struggled to find the property and the parking. Overall good.
- Raman (6/5): - Property has taken a withholding fee during checkin as a bond. This has not been returned. No information from the property as to why this has not been returned. The property was left clean and in good order on departure.
- Kerry (8/5): - A few little touches would take this good property to great. Tissues in bathrooms, hand towel, salt n pepper, cling wrap and more dishwasher detergent in kitchen. Spare rubbish bags. The property was very clean 😊

- Simone (10/5): - Brand new apartment in gated community- lots of helpful communication from property managers. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Some construction but we were not disturbed by this at the time we stayed here. Could be an issue as properties on the street are all close together and there is some echoing up to the top floors.
