Georg (2/5): Frechheit! Besser gleich ein anderes Hotel suchen. - Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten.
