- MASAKO (4/5): バスタオルが臭くなければ良いホテルです。 - 部屋も綺麗でスタッフの方も良い方でした。 バスタオルが臭かったのが残念です。
- Aya (6/5): 落ち着きがあり清潔で気持ちよく過ごせるお宿 - 夜遅くになって急遽、小山周辺で泊まれるビジネスホテルを検索し、お得な7,000円台で見つかったのがこちらのホテルでした。スタッフみなさんの対応が気持ちよく嬉しかったです。お部屋も平成の雰囲気ではありますが、広さがゆったりとしていて、とにかく清潔で、清掃・メンテナンスがよく行き届いている印象で気持ちよく過ごせました。 最寄りのコンビニまで車で3分ほど、小山駅までは徒歩12~3分かかるのがやや難ありでした。 また、インテリアは平成感の残るしつらえで、部屋ドアのロックも普通の金属鍵だった点に少し古さを感じました。(スタッフさんの対応が丁寧だったので安心して過ごせましたし、最新のホテルに比べというだけで過ごす上で特に問題はありませんでした。)

- ムギ (8/5): - 外見より中身で勝負してると感じた。隣接の食事処も豚肉メインだけど美味しいし、ボリュウム有る野菜炒めが美味。朝食は予約して無かったけど夕食後板長にお願いしたらOKだったりスタッフの応対とか多少の融通とか聞いて頂き70歳夫婦には居心地が良い所。 次回も此方に来た時には再度宿泊したい。 強いて言えば建物の老朽化。外壁を塗装し直せば違うと思います。 何事も見た目勝負。

- David (5/5): Cheap and cheerful, acceptable in a pinch - Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly, while obvious effort had been put into doing the best possible with what was available the rooms felt tired and in dire need of of an update. Bed was good, pillows were western style which is always a plus and the shower had great heat and water pressure. If your after cheap and cheerful it was great as a short term crash pad. Wall paper opening up from age, carpet worn down to nearly nothing.

- T***kk (7/5): OK to transit for 1 night - I stayed in this hotel mainly to visit Ashikaga Flower Park in the evening. The hotel location is quite far from Oyama Station, and I need to walk 1.2km, which can be challenging with a large suitcase. The room size is ok in Japan and clean. Bed is comfortable. But the furniture & carpet are rather old. Basic amenities are available - toiletries, TV, air con, fridge, water boiler. The free breakfast is Japanese style, good enough if one is not fussy. For the price of the room with free breakfast, it is a good option for 1 night transit stay. Location is far from Oyama Station.

- Almchan (8/5): A relaxing stay near Oyama station - Easy to check in. The room was large and cool. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Late checkout. (11am) The hotel is in need of some modernization. The carpets were old and discoloured.
