- 248kajals (8/5): Family stay a Bloom Suites - We booked bloom rooms last year which we enjoyed. My family booked bloom suites so we thought we try this hotel as it had good reviews. The hotel was good. . The staff were ere lovely and provided good service. The breakfast was good had a choice of Indian and English food. The manager Veena was really nice and helpful. Joyful to talk to.. A big thank you for helping me when I was not well. She advised me on some medication to take. Really appreciate the effort she made as she went off her way. The rooms were nice and big. The bed was comfy to sleep in. The rooms were nice and clean. Look forward to staying again next year if budget allows.

The staff were all exceptional and made our stay so incredible that we didn't really want to leave. A big thank you to Veena and her staff. Look forward to staying again next year if budget allows.

We were well looked after at breakfast, and served excellent food. Our room was kept very clean by our room boy during our one month stay. The sun loungers and swimming pool area are well managed by the pool attendant who was always friendly and helpful, while keeping an eye on the safety of children and other guests. He's a star. - sach1n (10/5): A great stay in a nice location. - The hotel location is great right off the main road. It is in the middle of Candolim and Baga. We had a great stay at the Hotel. It is very clean. The Atmosphere is great! It gets busy on the weekends. There wasn't any loud/rowdy behaviour. We stayed in a suite. The room was a good size. One very minor point is the air condition can be a bit loud especially at night time when trying to sleep. In our room it didn't feel like the the thermostat was working as we had set the temp to 24 degrees but the aircon would continue even though the room felt chilly. The Breakfast is great.......it is geared towards the Indian palette.......you can order Masala dosa (Indian crepe/pancake) and Uttapam's. In addition I believe they can also make western breakfasts on order as well saw various types of eggs - boiled, runny, omelettes, Fried eggs etc.....I think they may also do bacon but not 100% sure as I am veggie. The service from the alll of the team members has been great. From Pramod who works on the poolside. The guys at breakfast who Santanu, Suhail, Sabbir, Brijmohan, Mantu Singh, Raj, Kumar, Yogesh. As well the house keeping team who looked after us especially Chandi and Tapas. Finally shout out to Sahil on reception and the the other team members on reception who's names I did not capture. We was on a package holiday with TUI so I think that it was great value. I should also add that the beach is approximately 8-10 mins walk using the quiet lanes behind the hotel and as you approach the lane that takes you to the beach you'll find ladies selling various goods from coconuts and fruits to clothes and cold drinks. They are all so friendly and lovely......they are running these small shops to support their families. I hope to be back here again next year!

- Balbir1805 (2/5): DIRTY, ROOMS STINNK & NON-HYGIENE HOTEL IN GOA - I will never recommend this hotel for these reasons. 1. Welcome on arrival zero. The receptionists were so unprofessional and had no idea how to manage a smooth check-in. They let us wait more than an hrs. 2. They showed us few rooms and all of them were so dirty and stink badly. I almost vomited. 3. We asked them gently to give us better room, and they asked us to pay extra money for that even though the full stay was paid in advance. 4. We asked to speak to a manager but there was no one responsible to talk to us and solve the problem. We were so tired after a long flight and day, but they let us wait at least 2 hrs at the reception. 5. Finally, they gave us different room but forced us to pay for supplements cos they think it is better room, but it stinks as well. We asked them to cancel our booking, and we will find our stay somewhere else and the answer was – “ZERO REFUND” 6. So, we left with No choice, accepted the room, and paid extra supplements. Apart from the unpleasant smell the floor was so dirty, I will add some fotos that you people can see how dirty this hotel is. We must ask every morning to clean the floor so well. 7. Next morning, we show the manager at reception, and he totally ignored us as we do not exist because he just does not bother his clients. He is in the wrong place. It is so simple, if you can not stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. 8. We wanted to swim next day and discovered people were swimming with full daily clothing. The security was just looking at them and doing nothing. So, there was control of hygiene. The manager can see very well what is going on but he just keeps his head in the sand. Will add some photos and videos that you can see. 9. They were painting the building, so the paint smell was so strong that one could not even sit somewhere TO REALX. May they want to toxic the clints. This is so unprofessional, how can you make a booking if building is under paint work. Foto attached 10. You can see the clothes hanging from the balcony. I am not talking about swimming suits. I am the daily used cloths including trousers and shirts etc. A professional hotel does not allow such acts. Photos attached. 11. We went to the bar to have drink. They asked us to sit somewhere while one side the paint was going on. 12. We did not rest at all in this hotel. They are so unprofessional, rooms so tiny and stink badly. It feels like a dead rat in the room. The breakfast was awful, and it was a dirty restaurant. You can feel that they never clean the chair and table. It has been a nightmare for us. HIGHTLY NOT RECOMMENDED. POSITIVE – the staff during breakfast was so friendly and willing to do anything. This is the only positive part we have during our stay. I am a professional in tourism and know what I am talking about, so I will never use this DIRTY hotel for our western / domestic clients, neither I will recommend to anyone. I do not want my clients have bad experience at this hotel as I do care of the comfort and holidays of my esteem clients.

I love your 's breakfast buffet especially bread jam,veg biryani ,French toast ,chicken lollipop. Chef Mr .Rakesh makes very delicious food and he is a goat of cooking. - MukhileshN (2/5): Unprofessional Behavior - I recently stayed at your property from Bloom Suites Calangute, and I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with your front office staff, including a senior member of the team. During my stay, I observed and experienced a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the front desk personnel. They were unwelcoming, dismissive, and at times outright rude when approached for assistance. What was more disappointing was that even a senior staff member displayed the same lack of courtesy, choosing not to engage respectfully or make any effort to ensure guest comfort. I believe that guest interactions—especially from senior staff—set the tone for a hotel’s service standards. Unfortunately, this behavior left a negative impression on what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay. Please investigate this matter and ensure that your team receives better training and supervision, so that future guests receive the respectful and helpful service expected from a reputable establishment.

- Jashminkumar (2/5): - First of all they gave us a room has no A/C working in the room then when my wife called front office to complaint about it there was a guy who works at front desk in the afternoon reply to her in a rude way and told us to wait for half 15 minutes for A/C to get cool down we have waited 30 minutes and still ac was not cooling and we complained again regarding this issue then they have send a maintenance guy and maintenance guy would not be able to fix that issue then they offer us to move into another room so again inconveniently we have pack our stuff and move to another room and look what we have seen lampshade with dark mold on it even on a yellow pillow they gave us and when we told them about it they have been finding an excuse that it’s normal nothing will happen to you then i got surprised that they don’t even know about Customers health priorities and they play with customer health so then we went to front desk right away and demand us a refund and let us go then according to them they will upgrade us a room and look what they gave us i know it’s a big room but has no safety at all balcony door is not closing so we have to keep it open all the time so there is no safety or privacy plus bathroom door has won’t get lock and they have a bathtub look where they put shower curtain 6 inches far from bathtub so water comes from Shower goes here and there and every time we call the office for any issue or anything their attitude is always bad there was no professionalism.

Services were really appreciated. Rooms are well maintained, pool area was amazing to spend some quality time in the sun. We are really happy to stay and will definitely come back. - whit1996 (10/5): Another Excellent Stay!! - I would like to thank all of the staff for a wonderful stay with my friend. This hotel comes highly recommended by myself, this is my 4th stay here. I have no complaints, the rooms are immaculate, the staff can never do enough for you and the grounds and hotel is well maintained. The staff are pleasant, helpful and will go out of your way to accommodate you in anyway possible. I would like to personally thank Veena for taking care of me and pramod the security man around the pool. The head chef and the reception stay are wonderful as well. Rooms were small with bad smell .we changed one room but new room was not good enough too .That was dirty too with no good AC. Breakfast was good enough with good chefs.Hotel is not 4 stars at all . They use very bad quality equipment in rooms.

The staff seemed more accommodating to Western guests, and the breakfast menu offered a good variety of vegetarian options.
- MistaMuZZA (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - Do not book this place . We can’t wait to go home. * dirty & smelly everywhere, absolutely disgusting * Security called on numerous occasions, via the telephone in the room. The noise from local people staying in the hotel with kids running riot from midnight to 4:30 am. I finally had to walk down to reception at 4am to insist they come and sort it again. * We finally moved rooms on day 10. * Bed covers not changed in 10 days, just fresh towels given * Shower in room 322 leaks through to the bathroom floor so you have to put towels all over the floor. * Our new room 614 the shower didn’t work told staff twice and could not fix it, 3 time called eventually fixed * Fridge in the room doesn’t work, told staff nothing done about it * Husband cut his leg on an exposed spring on the mattress * The safe in the bedroom 614 didn’t work called staff up to have a look at it they insisted it worked even though it it was showing low battery, they walked out of our room and the safe totally went blank so we called them back to say it’s not working again and they finally listened to us and put a new battery in * Hardly any staff around during the day in the pool area, all day in restaurant chatting, the one security guard does everything * When you do finally find someone to order a drink, they charge you a surcharge to bring it over to you * You also get charged the surcharge when you eat in the snack bar by the pool. * Same old breakfast every day … boring * We are early birds and not once have we seen the pool being maintained or cleaned. Have only seen the amazing security guy getting the leaves and insects out with a net * Dirty plasters left lying on the floor not cleaned up around the pool area. We were here for two weeks spotted the plasters on our first day and on our last day of leaving they were still there even after the hotel management were told * On checkout, we were told we had to pay for a Diet Coke and a bottle of water which apparently never paid for. We bought all of our drinks at the side of the pool and we were made to pay for them straight away. So there’s absolutely no way we owe anybody anything so always check your bills. 4 other English coupes staying here have also complained to the Hotel and their tour operator about the state and cleanliness of this place. Disgusting place Security guards do so much they are so great and friendly, better than any other staff Bloom suites were fully aware of all of my complaints at the time of writing this. On our last day, we had a meeting with the TUI rep and hotel management to air our views. We were invited down for complementary evening meal on our last night. We arrived at the eating area at 7 pm. When we were told what we would be having which was a chicken of cream soup and a mushroom stroganoff. 🤢 we kindly declined this. And asked if we could have anything off the main menu. The waiter had to go to ask someone if it would be okay. Then he came back and said yes we could choose off the menu. But we were shocked that the evening menu is the same as a day snack menu. We decided not to eat and asked if we could just have drinks instead. We were told we’ll have to pay for our drinks. So we politely declined to stay any longer and left to go and eat out . Please genuinely don’t book this place, TUi it is an embarrassment for you to represent this hotel
- 521nareshp (10/5): Best Stay In Bloom suites Goa - In bloomsuites calangute this was our 3rd stay, and we have really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has been managed well with excellent staffs, and food quality is best as always. Pool is well maintained and clean. Rooms are well maintained and clean and crisp for our comfortable stay. Would be coming back soon to Bloomsuites Goa. Would like to mention staff names Veena Ma'am, Vishal, Kumar,Raj,Sayak..

Dirty rooms, (Had to clean my self 'top to bottom') dirty hotel, dirty pool (especially when two children pooed in it) the pool looked green!! Service was so bad DONOT STAY IN ROOM 312!!!!! AS it is below the air-conditioning on the roof ...dronning all night. Ruined our holiday THIS HOTEL IS AWFUL!!!! TUI NEEDS TO TAKE THIS OFF THERE BOOKS!! We met alot of English lovely people who were also devasted some got moved and everyone complained!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS!!!!
- Loui1984 (10/5): Brilliant find - This hotel was booked through Tui. It is off of one of the main roads, but is set back enough that you are not disturbed by the road traffic. It’s quite a modern hotel. Breakfast, was hectic at the weekend with Indian travellers, but during the week was much calmer. They have a good choice of breakfast. Egg station (to order) but they also have a choice of chicken sausage, pork sausage, bacon, baked beans, porridge to order from the waiters. Then there is toast, juices, Indian style breakfast and pancakes occasionally. Daily you put for your room to be cleaned and we had bottles of water always left for us in the fridge. The rooms are well kept. The shower in 516 was great, over head power shower, as well as a side shower. Hair dryer. Bug plug in. You can ask at reception for an iron and ironing board and we didn’t wait very long. They left the iron for us in the room. There is a safe. We left things out in the room and previously in other hotels, I’ve had the odd £1 go or perfume start to go down. There hasn’t been any of that here. There are taxis within the hotel and security, who do actually stop people they don’t recognise. There is also a book shelf for those worried about taking enough books. Air con is good. We also had a balcony, which over looked a side road, this had seating and a place to hang washing. If you forget any toiletries, these can also be requested at reception. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Safe environment plenty of smiling faces and a definite return for next year can not come quickly enough and that's for sure

- michaelmE768TN (10/5): Fantastic hotel in Calangute - This is my third stay in Calangute and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel is in a great location and has very good facilities. The pool area is spotless and the gym was a welcome surprises. What makes this hotel great is the staff, why wife had a good allergy and they couldn’t do enough for her. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday 😎🥰
- Seaside30062632007 (10/5): Wonderful experience - We’ve been coming to Goa for 15 years since our children were small but had not been for the last 5. We saw Bloom suites and thought it looked nice. From since we have arrived until till we are leaving we have totally enjoyed our stay here. The staff have been so friendly and welcoming. Especially Faruk at breakfast as I have to have GF food and he has been amazing and he gets the kitchen to make me pancakes and Dosa’s. I would highly recommend staying here you are central to everything and we hired a car to explore which you can park easily and safely at hotel. Rooms, pool area and facilities are very clean.

- myla123 (10/5): Great hotel - Our first visit to India, a bit shocked when dropped off on the road not able to cross as manic, for first time travellers was Nervous but stick with it…….Staff-at blooms amazing, pramood our pool security, niraj at the restaurant, in fact all staff were amazing…Our room was lovely, our view was not good but have booked a better room next year..fingers crossed… if you can live with the culture of India you are made we were so happy with bloom suites and are returning nextyear…thank you so much Bloom xxx
- koolsmum (10/5): Blooming marvellous - Just back from an incredible stay at Bloomsuites. The resort is an oasis of calm just a short 100 yard walk from the madness of the Calangute Road. Our room was stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of western and Indian food. Every member of staff were a credit to the hotel. Polite, helpful and they seemed happy In their tasks. Smartly dressed too. The resort is in a great location. A short walk to numerous bars and restaurants. I’ve stayed in 6 hotels in Goa and this fantastic hotel was the best. JUST GO AND SEE!!’
- The_Crofter (8/5): An Oasis Of Calm - Stayed for a week in January and so glad we picked this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Bar prices were reasonable by local standards and cheap by uk standards; £1.2 for a bottle of beer £6.00 for bottle of red wine that was surprisingly drinkable. We somehow ended up on half board but would recommend getting out and about for your evening meal. It just gets a bit samey each night. No complaints other than didn’t think that the a/c was up to much and think that we were fobbed off by reception when after asking about the mini fridge we were told that it’s not a fridge but will keep things at the same temperature that you put them in 🤔🤔🤔🤔 strangest fridge we’ve ever had. We stopped in room 624. If by chance you should end up there ask to see another room with fridge working.
- Climber03678399916 (10/5): Best Value for Money - Good Hotel, Good Food, Very Good Service, Wonderful Housekeeping . Colangute and Bagha beach are nearby for going and enjoying night crowds. It is secure. However it is not scenic. Some of rooms are pool facing and others just face other rooms and even backside faces other rooms. But excellent value for money.
- Explorer50323968823 (10/5): A good hotel in north goa near to beach - Hotel Bloom suite , is realy a great hotel in affordable prices according to there prices there services are upto the mark or a step ahead, this is my 4th visit in last 7 years and it's ambience and cleanliness, comfortable is still the same and good . Very helpful staff ,swimming pool is clean. Good food and great location near beaches. Safe and comfortable hotel for family visit.
- alan224 (6/5): Overnight Stay - Very easy to find, on the main road close to the famous landmark of Saint Anthony’s Church and near enough opposite the SoMy Plaza Resort, swimming pool had plenty of very comfortable sun loungers with towels provided, but you had to change positions if you wanted to sun bathe all day, room was very modern and clean but the balcony was tiny, we never went for breakfast as we slept in, found the cost of alcohol was expensive

The staff & service at this resort were excellent. The rooms were modernly styled and tidy. Our housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring we came back to a fresh, clean & welcoming environment on a daily basis. My fiancé and I also visited the resort restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. During all times, the hospitality was amazing. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this resort & recommend it to future travellers! Thanks again Bloom Suites for a memorable visit.
- ATIKA (8/5): Value for Money Hotel in Calangute with few issues - The Wi-Fi connectivity was a serious problem. Was just not working and literally had to stand in the corridor to get connectivity. The AC cooling was also a concern but got sorted later. Overall a decent stay, Value for Money and a good team.

- Randy (6/5): - Location is 3 km from the local Calungete Beach; it is not safe, do not go there. Baga Beach is clean and safe and great food but over a 5km walk from the hotel and the taxi’s are not metered so they charge what they want. Walking in Goa is dangerous and unpleasant. The hotel was good and the staff are awesome. Food is decent and the cost is reasonable. A few good restaurants close to the hotel are good options also. If you want to stay a few days at the hotel and not venture far then this is an ideal choice. If you want to explore Goa and the beaches you must stay close to Baga Beach.
