- Marina (4/5): Great location -- if you like Bed Bugs! - Great location. Decent facilities. Nice coffee shop within premises. Bed Bugs. I had to switch hotels (at my own expenses -- not to mention the cost of doctor's visit and medicines). VERY, VERY noisy. The wifi is intermittent. Did i mention the Bed Bugs??
- Arjun (6/5): Well located but lacking in certain basic comforts. - Very centrally located and good value for money. The general cleanliness of the property could be better. The kitchen only had two very low powered electric stoves which made cooking very long and difficult and limited what we could make and eat at home which should be a basic requisite for a studio apartment. The room also only had one window which opened onto another enclosed space, so at times it felt very dark and there wasn’t much fresh air circulation. The bed was large but the mattress wasn’t the best either.

- Shannon (4/5): Charming rental that could use some deep cleaning. - Such a pretty apartment with all the charm and possibilities of a very good rental in a vibrant neighborhood. Courtyard was well maintained and most attractive. Location was good. Fantastic coffee shop next door. The apartment needed some attention to its cleanliness. A dirty mop and bucket was there to greet when we walked in the door. A sour dish towel was in the kitchen sink. Overall much attention to the place needs to happen. We left early because of the heavy dust and dirt in the rental. I did communicate the lack of hot water and cleaning issues thru booking.com. No return email. I hope these issues get resolved.

Not sure about the other rooms but we had a separate studio in tve back of the hotel and it was amazing..large, stylish, with a full kitchen and a comfy bed..just fantastic and for a great price. Pancho who checked us in was also super helpful. Cannot praise enough.

- Jordyn (8/5): Fine for a single person for a short stay. - Location was convenient to centro. Generally quiet except for a zumbo class every evening that blasts music for an hour. Room is fine for a single person but maybe small for a couple. Bathroom is cordoned off in the middle of the room but might be best for couples than friends. There is a cafe/restaurant in the complex and the room was clean. It is a long walk from the street to the room and there are several stairs. Be weary if you have a lot of heavy luggage.

The garden was a good reprieve from the sounds and the hustle of the city as we were there during Easter week. There are few units which adds to the privacy. I will be back.

- Catherine (6/5): - Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room. The grounds of the property are lovely, as is the restaurant. I am sure some of the other rooms don’t suffer from the same problems but it made our stay uncomfortable. It makes me sad to write this, but maybe our room was simply overlooked. It should be made clear that this 2-bedroom loft requires a 48 stair climb total. again, Olga was great and was all the communication with the staff.

- Kathryn (10/5): - The hotel/apartment was centrally located and made getting around easy. Sitting on the balcony became one of my favorite pass times. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics so you have what you need to cook and enjoy great meals.
- María (8/5): - Desde antes de viajar recibí el mensaje de mi anfitriona Mariela, con quien me puse en contacto y me ayudó a agendar un traslado seguro desde el aeropuerto ya que mi vuelo llegó de madrugada. Me facilitó la habitación desde temprano y me ayudó a reservar lugar en un tour. También con un mapa me dio sugerencias de lugares y rutas de recorridos turísticos. El alojamiento tiene vistas bellísimas y un jardín muy hermoso y a un lado está una barra de café muy rico, que te permite iniciar bien desayunado el día. Le agradezco a Mariela y espero regresar pronto.

- Connor (10/5): Very pleasant stay in Guanajuato - The hotel had a lot of space with a nice little private patio in the back. Francisco was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage with him while we travelled to other cities in Mexico even though we had already checked out of his hotel. Everyone in the city was very friendly and we had a great time.
