- Cecilia (5/5): -
- Brittney (3/5): The stay for the price was definitely not worth it. - I like the location as it was like in the middle of both areas I needed to go. Our room was facing the front and saw the roof top of car port and the club or bar across the street had such loud music all night we could barely sleep. The breakfast paid for was horrible. The pool was so high of chlorine I couldn’t stay in it with my 2 year old. There was a graduation in lobby area so not all hotel area was accessible to us.
- Ryan (7/5): - Sydney the bartender is the hardest working person there!
- Mohan (10/5): -
- Lee (10/5): -
- Cecil (10/5): - It was close to my mother-in-law’s house. I didn’t know how to work the AC unit I was cold in the room for the first 20 minutes. I didn’t know that they had a gym downstairs.
- Christopher (10/5): -

- Julieta VELASCO (10/5): - Closer to dining , clean and quite
- ced (10/5): - Nice
- Jahaira (10/5): - Super clean!
- Victoria (2/5): GROSS. - We normally love to stay at Alofts whenever we can but this was the worst one we’ve been too. Our room was dirty, tile in bathroom was broken, paint was sloppy, shower not clean. Our room faced the front of the property and was directly across the street from a night club called The Social which played their extremely loud music until 2 a.m.
on top of that at night there was barely any parking and the side doors didn’t work with key fob so you had to walk all the way around to the front. One of the elevators was broken and the bartenders they have were unprofessional and vulgar.
- Nancy (10/5): - I was able to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff members were really nice. The room and the gym were clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.
- Jessica (10/5): - It was nice
- Magdalena (6/5): - Upon arriving for check in the front desk agent was away. We waited 15mins. Once she came back
- Kyung (10/5): - The folks here at the Aloft have become family as I have stayed here quite often. The hotel also has been great with my puppy Duke.
- Laura (6/5): - The hotel was nice! We were on the bar/ club side so it was noisy! The room had a few issues. No USB port! Only plugs. Shower floor leaked. Bath mats were always soaking wet way after shower was off! Door was very hard to close. You had to slam it shut!
- Luis (10/5): - Clean rooms, good location
- Gabriel (10/5): Will stay again. - Beautiful, clean Hotel with friendly professional staff and great value for the cost. The breakfast system was different and confusing but quick to understand once explained.
Location is ok, but near a major highway with traffic that could be heard all night. Not terrible, but it's not great for someone who likes quiet environments to sleep in.
- Russell (10/5): - Great 2 night stay
- Amadis (10/5): - Great custom Service. Nice and peaceful.
- Carolyn (10/5): - I have a small dog and it’s very convenient for me to take her, I feel safe with her there
- K Dawn. (10/5): - This is the BEST pet-friendly option in CC
- suyoung (8/5): - The parking was not safe. My car got hit and run while parking overnight.
- Enrique (4/5): - Only one elevator was working, and the one that was working smelled bad,.
Room was okay ( great AC ), shower was dirty, one of the shades didn't close all the way down. When we contacted the lobby for help, they said they didn't have any staff available to assist.
- NICHELE (6/5): - First room not cleaned properly. Dog hair all over the floor and AC unit went out in the middle of the night. We did change rooms. Second room hair on shower floor. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent
- Michelle (6/5): Summer Trip - Room had an order. Carpet was dirty, phone didn’t work, the iron was broken, the toilet didn’t flush at night, the water pressure was low during the day. Terrible
- Nerelys (6/5): -
- michelle (4/5): Alfots or not Alofts - The ironing board was broken.
Water pressure was so low! Could not flush toilet at night. Washing hands would take a long time bc the water pressure was low. Lights had issues. And the carpet was filthy and the room had a terrible smell.
- Bonnie (10/5): - I found it to be an enjoyable stay. Clean and friendly staff. Easy check in and out
- Desiree (10/5): Great stay !!!! - Our stay was great ! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed additional items for our room. It was super clean and comfortable. The lounge was super cute and was packed with people enjoying themselves. My family and I will be returning for our next trip.
- Ernest (8/5): - The quality was great and nice and quiet
- Joseph (10/5): - Nice steak restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
- Laura (10/5): - Staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Lobby is very trendy. Coffee is available and water bottles too. Rooms are small, but clean. AC was nice and cold. We got a king bed, very comfortable and linen was nice. Dog friendly too! Poo was also relaxing. Shout out to Anita and staff.
- Veronica (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Jonathan (2/5): - Bed had fleas
- Francisco (10/5): Definitely will come back. - Perfect location. Love the pool, bar, pool table, huge lounge area, and fireplace. Did not have remote to Tv. I called the desk and he said it should be there. I told him it wasn’t. He didn’t help me. So no tv. And the shower door didn’t close completely so water got on the floor.
- Fernando (8/5): - I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish and comfortable this hotel was. The design felt modern and clean, and everything in the room looked recently updated. The bed was incredibly cozy and I slept very well each night. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Only slight drawback was that parking was limited and I had to park a bit farther than I wanted. But overall, I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends.
- Alberto (7/5): -
- Marissa (10/5): - Staff always welcoming and rooms clean.
- Steven (10/5): - Didn't like the area
- Sam (8/5): - The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was clean and my stay was quiet. Only complaint was the elevator. I got stuck trying to get to the first floor once because the service elevator kept opening. Overall a great stay
- Julian (7/5): Good -
- Yolagel (10/5): Always greate experience - We stayed several times at the same property and it was great like our previous experiences. Always clean, smiling staff and extremely pet friendly which is awesome for us. Thank you Nothing
- Everardo (10/5): - Always great stay when in town
- Delicia (10/5): This was our second time staying here and we will be returning. - Very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. N/A
- Santhosh (4/5): - Aloft is not friendly and hotel amenities are not working. Room is very congested.
- Maricelda (2/5): Nice atmosphere, but hotel needs new a/c!!! - We arrived on Friday June 20 , we enjoyed the first night, it was a little warm but ok after we lowered the ac. Saturday the a/c leaked throughout the day all over the carpet , the staff decided to move us to another room . We left to a family function and came back to a hot room. It was very uncomfortable but it was after midnight and we didn’t want to have to move again.
- Amanda (10/5): - Had a great time barely there except for night time but it was clean comfortable the air conditioner kept room nice and cold I lived that it had a area to buy breakfast and snacks the only tiny thing was the TV it kept glitching a little bit but still watchable but regardless great experience great staff
- LeiAnn (10/5): - Great location. Easy to get to off the access road. Clean and comfortable. Will book again.
- Peter (2/5): - The toilet was leaking and there was roaches. There's also a club in front that is pretty loud. If you're looking for a peaceful trip search elsewhere.
- Asia (4/5): - I received nothing advertised on the site. I feel like I was click baited from the pictures. Room, filthy. Service, unprofessional. I arrived in town after midnight the overnight desk clerk seemed to know nothing and acted as though it was a bother for extra linen. Thank goodness, I was only sleeping there and spent most of the day at the beach.
- Rene (6/5): - I loved the staff, everyone was super nice and the bartender was awesome. We did have issues with the phone and had black bugs crawling randomly around the windows
Not a whole lot but we didn't know what they were
It would not keep us from coming back, informed the front desk at checkout
Thanks again
- Connie (8/5): - Walking distance to steakhouse right across the street that had excellent service and food.
- Kristen (1/5): Gross! - We were in town for a funeral, and the location was central to every venue we needed to attend. Before booking, I called the hotel directly to verify that they'd be able to accommodate 3 adults in 1 room. I was told that I could request a roll-away bed in addition to the 2 queen beds. When I asked, while checking in, the staff member told me, "No, we don't do that. You booked through a third-party so the person you talked to has probably never set foot in here."
My family and I worked out sleeping arrangements, but the room was dirty. There were crumbs and dirt on the floor like it hadn't been swept. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and a hair stuck to the wall. Nothing looked wiped down. I couldn't tell if the sick feeling I had was from the grief of my grandmothers passing, or knowing that I paid just to not want to take a shower or lay comfortably in the beds without feeling gross. The "breakfast bar" is a breakfast nook that has a table with 6 seats. When we returned around midnight, the bar was closed, and the chairs were stacked like they had been closed for awhile. Nothing about this stay makes me want to revisit or recommend to friends or family. Truly awful.
- Tonya (9/5): Worth every cent spent. - Location & amenities The mattress could be a lot better. Uncomfortable & lumpy
- Nanette (7/5): Good - It's a great location, friendly staff, nice bar area. Parking is free. Bath towels are very rough, no complimentary breakfast, the room felt humid and not as cool as we would've liked even though the thermostat was set to 68°. Would've liked for the bathroom light to not be so bright that it lights up the whole room in the middle of the night.
- Hardik (2/5): - Did not like the bathroom, it was only the hot water even though tap set to cold or medium level.
- Fanta (10/5): - Had to complain about my neighbor who wanted to play music on full volume. Management handled it well and the music stopped.
- Charles (10/5): - Clean and mostly quiet.
- Sherye (3/5): Disappointing. - Bathroom was not clean. Corners in the showers were dirty, rust in the shower, Loud music very late into the night across the street from the hotel, AC unit had the carpet wet in front of the unit. Not in a nice part of town. Could have saved $50 for the night and had a great free breakfast at Comfort Inn and Suites where we have stayed for years.
Booking was a pain to deal with. Runaround when trying to reach them to speak to a person to ask questions. We tried calling the hotel and were told we had to call Booking instead. Just very inefficient and impersonal service. We did not take any pictures. Just decided to get the stay overwith and learn from the experience.
- Moayad (8/5): Would come back in the future due to convenience of the location - The location is great close to everything A/C is very old and noisy. Lighting in the room is not distributed correctly and is inconsistent (some lights were yellow while others were white)
- chadlyy (6/5): Disappointing stay. Room was humid and no free breakfast - I was expecting more from Aloft but left pretty underwhelmed. The room was extremely humid. Everything felt damp, including the bedding and furniture, which made it uncomfortable. The hotel felt a bit dated and not as modern as I expected. Also, there was no free breakfast, which is something most hotels in this price range offer. Overall, not great value. I don’t plan to stay here again.
- Jeremy (8/5): - I was in a room facing a night club.
- Kelly (6/5): Pleasant -
- Silvana (9/5): Superb -
- Rosobo (2/5): Horrible Hotel and Service - My husband and I booked this hotel using points for 3 nights but had to leave the hotel after the first night. Our floor had 3 different rooms with dogs that barked all day and night. None of the owners were with them and the young man working the desk refused to call them and have them come take care of their animals. They howled and were scratching on the doors. We had to move to another hotel and the General Mgr refused to give our points back for the last 2 nights so we had to pay for 2 different rooms the last 2 nights. We tried to speak to this mgr but were told that they had no mgr on the property and did not know when they would have one. I have called repeatedly and keep being told that they have no mgr onsite. They had a young man at the desk that did not seem to like his job at all and could have cared less about all of those animals or our situation. I elevated this to Marriott HQ.
- Jose (7/5): It's ok for the price we paid for. - It's ambiance. It's bar and staff. Room's were nice and cool. Good parking. There were electrical problems in our room. Elevator button was not functioning correctly. Outside shower by the pool was super dirty. No hangers in out closet. Complementary internet was super slow.
- Priscilla (9/5): Superb -
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (6/5): - We always stay at this hotel. And by far this was the worst stay. The bed was hard as a rock, we had dirty bath towels, and as soon as the AC would kick off the room would get really hot.
- Ida (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isis (8/5): Pretty good! - I liked that the pool was open late and that they had a water machine for free water for guests. I didn't like that one of the elevator buttons was broken so we had to try to get on the other elevator to get to the lobby. Also, the rooms seemed a little dated and they were very warm, even with the air on.
- Joseph (10/5): - Nice and clean rooms. I would stay here again.
- Jeremy (6/5): Zero sleep due to loud club next door - There is night club next door. Super loud until 2am. Clean
- Tina De (10/5): - It would be nice to have a more comfortable chair to sit on beside just the bed.
- Weinstein (8/5): Nice place to stay - The bar area was nice Pool looked dirty
- Latresse (5/5): The stay was okay! - Under construction Dust everywhere
- Denisse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (10/5): - Great place to stay!
