• Melanie (8/5): - The property was nice and private and only a few minutes drive to amenities. It was clean and fully stocked. The cleaning staff (Leetha) was very kind and regularly communicated with us. Being right on the beach was wonderful, however it would be nice if the seaweed that has washed up on to the sand could be cleared away directly in front of the villa. The property itself could use some TLC and updates in some areas, but overall we were happy and had the most wonderful vacation in Turks & Caicos. A simple beach house is how I would describe it. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t for you.

• Christina Theresa (4/5): - Stayed here with my family of four during spring break. The positive: - prior to trip, concierge sent helpful excursion advice - the view and proximity to beautiful ocean is amazing - Lita the housekeeper is very kind and helpful The negative: - This property is infested with roaches. We saw them in many places, most dramatically on my bed pillow when I was getting ready to go to sleep the final night. There are also spiders and lizards, which didn't bother me too much. The roach infestation did make it difficult to stay in the house, cook, etc. - There is horseback riding through the ocean right in front of the house which is an interesting site to see, but we did encounter a lot of horse manure washed up. That deterred us from swimming in what otherwise would have been pristine and enjoyable water. If bugs do not bother you, this place may be for you. Otherwise, find somewhere else to stay that does not have this problem.
• Tye (10/5): - Lovely location for my wife and 4 year old. Peaceful and quiet part of the beach. We loved the ease to access the beach and having it so close. It was also lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning. A great value!
• Jayme (8/5): - The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!

Water pressure and overall architecture is outdated but everything was still clean ! The hosts were amazing and everything worked fine. Away from popular areas about 10 mins cab or rent a car. Overall beautiful for a private stay! We loved the communication and how easy everything was checking in!
• Michael (10/5): - Wow! Our view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking, I am not a wake up and watch the sunrise kind of person but I will say that I did it every day we were here. I chose this spot for our honeymoon and have to say it did not disappoint, the location is so close to the beach. Thank you to the staff for making our arrival special and having a special layout for us, we are definitely going back for one of our anniversaries!

If you are looking for 5 star, then go stay at a 5 star resort, if you are looking for clean, comfortable, relaxing with a beautiful view, then stay here! Past visitors leave trash on the beach, which is very uncool amd disrespectful, but that has nothing to do with the property's owner or staff.

• Sandra Jean Marshall (10/5): - Just returned from an amazing stay at this little gem right on the beach. Property was exactly as advertised. It’s a perfect no frills rental. Walk out your door steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. As other renters stated in reviews the bed is small and very uncomfortable. The windows in bedroom are sealed shut. No umbrellas however there are lounge chairs. Little tweaks could make this spot exceptional. Housekeepers are sweet. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation on a budget,this is the place! My husband and I can’t wait to go back.

Alot of thing in the house need to be updated. The grill doesn't work. I love all the beach toys that provided. The house keeper come a couple time to clean the place so it is a plus. Plenty of towel for our family. Overall good serives just the place need to be updated.

We needed internet for maps and booking excursions. Tv never worked until an hour before checkout and only Netflix worked. Property manager never called back or made it right as he stated and concierge never called back.

• Laura (8/5): - The property says "air conditioning", but is only in the bedroom, and the bedroom louvered windows were in the "shut" position, couldn't be opened so no view! The rest of the unit is ceiling fans. The week we went you could not sit in the Living area for long due to heat and humidity. Otherwise, it was fine and on the beach.

• Brian (8/5): - This is our 3rd time at this property however we noticed that maintenance is lacking. We stayed in the single bedroom this time. We stayed in the villa our 1st time also. Window glass shutters inoperable in the bedroom and bathroom. Light bulbs out in various locations. Mattress is old and needs replacement badly. The only place to get shade by the beach (a pine tree) has been cut down. Room service was wonderful. Beautiful beach for swimming but bring water shoes as there are shells in coral as you enter the ocean.
• James (8/5): - This property has amazing views! The ladies that come by to clean are lovely and do a great job. However, this villa is "tired" and needs to be updated. The beds are horrible. I slept in both bedrooms in the hopes that one bed would be better than the other. I could feel the springs through the mattress and the bed squeaks. Reminds me of basement beds :(. The coffee pot is the cheapest one they make. Please note: only the bedrooms have air-conditioning units. This is only probably an issue in the summer months (still, I would have liked to know this ahead of time as we went in July). It was extremely hot and humid in the house (with the exception of the bedrooms). The outdoor lounging chairs looked like they washed up ashore from a resort. They have grills but they also are in very bad shape. I am aware that the sun and salt are very hard on things, therefore, replacing them is necessary. The lamps and ceiling fans in the house are rusted and look awful. A little TCL would help so much, considering the villas surrounding this place are very nice. We stayed in the bottom of the largest villa. So...amazing view but a little disappointed :(

• Timothy (10/5): - This was our second time staying at this property. There are two villas; we stayed in the smaller one called Tradewinds Villa. It is situated on the shore of Long Bay beach and offers stunning views of the sea and sunrise. We practically had the beach to ourselves. It is a very calm and relaxing place. We were allowed use of the kayaks. The furniture is a bit dated but comfortable and all of our needs were met. Hope to stay there again.

• Crystal (10/5): Excellent Stay- Perfect - Loved this property. We stay at a lot of homes/hotels and we were very impressed. The views are amazing. Sunrise every morning. There isn’t a lot of beach on this side of the island but enough to make it perfect. The check in & check out process was extremely smooth. The ladies who came and cleaned every other day and washed our towels were super nice. This is an older house on the beach but it has been recently upgraded and it was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. We had all that we needed for kitchen. There was salt & pepper and 2 other spices and coffee filters for us. There are indv AC units for each room but the living room you will want to use ocean breeze to save energy. There are ceiling fans. This 2 bedroom is upstairs with private entrance. Downstairs has its own entrance. We loved having our upstairs ocean views. We asked for Bikes and they arrived in 3 min. We had them all week no charge. Kayaks too. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. Driving the island is easy and Grace Bay is only a 8 min drive to restaurants. They don’t drink the water in the island, you will want to buy at grocery. However, we cooked w/ water and coffee pot and we were fine. Food is very expensive on island. Long Bay is a more quiet side but close to everything. You’ll see horseback and jet skis. Kite surfing. Shallow ocean. No snorkeling on this side.

It was very comfortable big plus was the few steps to the beach which felt like a private beach very quiet neighborhood. No big hotels around easy parking on the side. It was just lovely manager and staff were on every call at whatever we needed. It was done right away beautiful friendly and nice place highly recommend it.
• Elias (8/5): Papsons - Property needs to advertise that the location requires you to have a car to move around the island. There are no stores, restaurants, or bars within an eight minute drive. The bicycles were not well kept and were not usable. Otherwise, the privacy and location with a car were very favorable. Private beach a huge plus. Caretakers were very helpful and friendly. Everything else worked well..

• sherry (10/5): - This is by far the best deal on Providenciales. This one bedroom villa has all the basics that you need. It's steps from the beach, quiet, and has absolutely beautiful ocean views. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Kayaks and bikes were included so we stayed very active. You should rent a car, because most shops and restaurants are a few miles away, but it was so worth it for the solitude. If you're looking to be pampered, this is not the place for you. But if you want a place on the beach with amazing views for a great price, the sea breeze villas are where you should stay. Lita our housekeeper was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise. We'll definitely be back.

• justin Michael (4/5): - No air conditioning in the living room, kitchen or bathrooms. It’s 90 degrees in the house which makes it impossible to sit and relax. There is only AC in the bedrooms. I kept having to fix the toilet it kept running. Overall wasn’t what I expected. The host was great and very quick to respond.
• Derek Michael (10/5): - Staying at the Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas was amazing. The property of located in a quiet neighborhood, which doesn't get much foot or car traffic going through the area. When your here you feel like your in a secluded hideaway. The kitchen in the villa was massive with all the amenities you could need to cook a meal. There was a cable tv that had enough channels to find something at night. The bedrooms air conditioned was a great bonus. One improvement would be the addition of air conditioning or a fan to the living room area. Loved the villa right on the beach, we had an amazing time.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property locstion was awesome. It was far enough away from everything for privacy , but also close enough to be at a Restaurant in 5 minutes. The beach aspect was a different story. There was so much seaweed on the bewch you had to walk through a good bit to get to the ocean. Im not sure if this is seasonal thing or what. It was about a foot deep in some areas. We had to go to a public beach to enjoy the crystal clear water. If you want to only lay out and tan this is the place. The property itself was clean and the staff was amazing. The oy downside to tje property is the bedrooms have the only ac units. The living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom was outside temp.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Really great place to stay if you want to get away and relax on the beach. You will hear ocean sounds and winds at night but it is very pleasing. The housekeeper Lyn was very attentive and welcoming. She even stayed extra hours on a Sunday when we arrived late, which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - It was affordable and had everything we needed! Loved using the bikes and kayaks! The view was unbelievable! Being able to prepare a home cooked meal in the provided kitchen and eat it outdoors along side the ocean was incredible. It was nice to have our own private beach area while Grace Bay beach was just a ten minute drive away for a bigger beach with excursions and shopping!
• Verified traveler (6/5): - So…. Before starting, the owners were perfect with communications after we experienced issues. Regarding the villa, location was great and secluded with fantastic views, but Villa was outdated with old furnishings, which were either damaged or became damaged after use ( ie chairs, utensils, towels, etc). Notably, part of the cement ceiling fell out one afternoon resulting in us having to move due to safety issues. The owners quickly helped to find us appropriate accommodations

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is outdated and need some TLC. Top unit back deck is not sturdy and we were a little scars to walk or even hang out in that area. Floors a very slippery, and have too much cleaning product on them that is not removed properly. Rooms have shutters not windows, they are in very old condition and do not suction off or close properly and it allows the wind to come in and makes a lot of noise at night.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - We stayed at the 1bd option (it's the smaller cottage next to the larger 2bd building) for a week. We were staying at a discounted rate so we were happy with it in overall! Cottage is quite basic with a bit dated furniture and a mediocre bed quality. Windows don't have glass, it is screen and shutters so if you visit during the windy season then you might like the noise (even when you close them completely, it keeps making whistling sounds). But it is a beachfront property and it is a good option if you have a rental and planning to visit other beaches, or just staying in and enjoying Long Bay (for us whole week was windy so we couldn't swim at Long Bay)

• Chris (10/5): Outstanding place - This place is on Long bay and it was outstanding. They say it was the windy side of the island, but who cares. the beach was out the back door, this place was nice, the facilities were great. Washer on site. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. The location was off the beaten path which was great for us. Only draw back to this place for some might be the fact you drive down a dirt road with pot holes. We treated it as an adventure and loved the stay at this location. It was one of three we stayed at on the island and we would book it for our whole stay next time.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great experience. The location is great. Very private. Beautiful beach. Lot of rocks and shells. The sea was little rough. They provided Kayaks, Sunscreen Lotion, Bicycles. Need Car if need to go around / groceries etc. Lots of sand on floor after cleaning. It could have been better. Bathroom had broken shower door which caused it to be wet all the time. Bedroom doors were getting stuck probably because of humidity.
