Bardzo maly pokoj, zniszczona, wytarta wykladzina, nadajaca sie do wymiany, niedosprzatana lazienka z wlosami w brodziku, skromny wybór pieczywa na śniadaniu. Nieadekwatny poziom hotelu w stosunku do ceny.

Powinny byc wydzielone vgodziny np. do 20 dla dzieci ( sam posiadam 3) tak aby dorośli mogli w ciszy skorzystać z basenu i sauny. Małe pomieszczenie i echo robi ta przyjemność raczej wątpliwa.

Slabá byla restaurace na večerní posezení, pomalá obsluha, večeře množství na talíři zdaleka neodpovídalo přemrštěné ceně. Dlouhý čas čekání na jídlo v restauraci. Naštěstí v okolí je dostatek jiných restaurací. V centru města i mimo něj.

Apartament duży a łazienka z wanną z hydromasażem to była wisienka na torcie. Basen mały ale można było popływać, rewelacyjne sauny. Śniadania pyszne, duży wybór potraw. Możliwość zjedzenia obiadu na miejscu w restauracji na parterze. Bardzo nam się podobało. Zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt na kolejny termin. Gorąco polecam!!!! Nie było nic takiego

Hotel położony w samym centrum co jest super sprawą. Hotel cichy i bardzo czysty. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i dostępna. Dla mnie i męża był niestety za miękki materac w łóżku. Bardzo dużym minusem była bardzo zimna woda w basenie. Naprawdę zastanowiłabym się nad podgrzewanym basenem, bo po prostu przez tą zimną wodę nie skorzystaliśmy w pełni z tej dogodności, a szkoda.

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre i z dużą ilością produktów do wyboru. Kawa pyszna! Byłam tam, aby wypocząć i zrelaksować się i okazało się, że to był świetny wybór. Pewnie tam wrócę. Wszystko było w porządku.

Restaurantul în general mi-a plăcut.Locația amplasată central îți face deplasarea comodă și se poate face plimbări frumoase în împrejurimi. Cam mici camerele și un pic cam vechi. Și important e ca într-un hotel SPA ar trebui să nu lipsească halatele de baie, ceea ce din păcate acolo lipsește.

- Anna (10/5): Idealne miejsce na relaks - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w hotelu. Nasz apartament był przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Po zwiedzaniu urokliwej okolicy mogliśmy się odprężyć w kameralnej strefie spa. Na pochwałę zasługuje także miła i pomocna obsługa, dzięki której nie musieliśmy się o nic martwić. Serdecznie polecamy hotel i na pewno wrócimy :)

Ogólnie było ok, ale identyczne ceny były w tym samym czasie w hotelu 5* we Wrocławiu, dlatego w tej cenie spodziewałam się większego komfortu i dbałości o szczegóły. Pokój spory, i to na plus. Łazienka niezbyt duża, mała kabina prysznicowa. Zależy co dla kogo jest ważne. Nie będę narzekać, ale bywam w lepszych hotelach w tej cenie. Śniadanie smaczne, ale wybór niezbyt duży.

Room was quite basic and felt a bit overpriced (was actually a single bed - assumed single room meant queen bed like most hotels I stay in but I should have checked). Staff not in any way rude but neither were they friendly.

- Sahunia (9/5): Super restauracja i obsługa - Bardzo smaczne dania w restauracji hotelowej i dobre śniadania. Super miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Po zwiedzaniu okolic można odpocząć w saunie i nad basenem. Czasem nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.

- SteffO. (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage für die Stadterkundung - Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden. Der Check in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Hoteleigene Parkplätze standen in ausreichender Anzahl zur Verfügung. Die oberen Etagen kann man mit einem Fahrstuhl erreichen. Der ist zwar nicht der Schnellste, war aber dennoch ok. Die Frühstücksauswahl variierte etwas mit der Anzahl der anwesenden Gäste, war aber immer ausreichend und lecker. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (auch ein Wasserkocher stand zur Verfügung und täglich gab es eine Flasche Wasser gratis). Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes der Pool defekt. Man war aber sehr bemüht, dies zu kompensieren und bot uns einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Schwimmbad an. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal - die Friedenskirche und den Markt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man fußläufig erreichen. Läden und Gaststätten sind ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt.
