Администрация любезно согласилась заселить нас ранее назначенного времени. Красивый интерьер в помещении. Двери в комнату плохо закрываются, требуется ремонт. Изношенные полотенца

• Andres (6/5): Mal mantenimiento por el precio pagado - Ubicacion Demasiadas Cucarachas. Hay que mantener mejor los apartamentos, pagas igual o más que un hotel y está todo bastante deteriorado. Hay que invertir un poco más y darle un repaso amplio.

• Marta (4/5): Buena ubicación y mucho a mejorar - La ubicación A pesar de que en las fotos parecía que estaba limpio, después se veía que los muebles al ser viejos daban otra sensacion, y aunque están limpio tuvimos varios problemas…como pelos de otras personas en las camas, se atascó el wc cuando no llevábamos ni 24 horas y saltó el diferencial de la luz con la tostadora y un fuego de la vitroceramica

• Eric (8/5): Very good - Spacious and comfortable apartment within walking distance of the center, supermarket just down the street. The kitchen is well equipped and some coffee, tea, water and soaps were supplied. The shutters make it possible to keep the rooms dark and cool, even with high temperatures outside the AC was not needed. Beds were comfortable and a nice size. Nice BBQ place outside and free street parking in front of the complex. The BeGuest contact person was really friendly and check-in and check-out was quick. The apartment has some maintenance work, like the main lights in the bedrooms were not working, one of the bedroom doors won't close properly, the sliding doors at the back won't lock, water is leaking from the shower hose when it's on, an electrical socket in the second bedroom is coming out of the wall etc. The tables outside are unstable and not really suitable for breakfast or dinner. There is a playground mentioned in the reviews and on Google maps, unfortunately this has been removed and is now a building site. The mandatory BeGuest portal is horrible, but is used for payments and registration. Had to search for a long time how to change the credit card number, for every payment you have to authorise the transaction which you can miss while traveling. Fields show as non-mandatory (such as passport numbers of the kids) and with the next payment round it says you have not finished the forms. When you change the language you end up on a different part of the portal. Rather have all payment and communication go through Booking.com, who needs yet another portal.
• Cosmin (9/5): Spacious family apartment in fabulous location. - Spacious apartment. The location is fabulous! You can walk to the old center in 15 mins. Small supermarket at 2 mins and large one at 10 mins. Easy parking. Nice terrace. Bonus for sporty people, in a few mins you are on the costal route from Cascais to Guincho beach, it's a 8km path for biking and running right by the ocean. The property manager is very helpful and responsive. It's an older apartment so some things are not new as some other comments mentioned... but the location makes up for it. :)
• Joanne (10/5): Great apartment in Cascaís. - The apartment is fully equipped and spacious. It is close to the Boca do Inferno and coastal walk. It is a 15 minute walk from the tourist attractions in town. It was quiet and peaceful. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. There was noise from the building entrance way sometimes. There is no sun exposure inside the apartment.

• Laura (10/5): We loved it-great location with everything we needed, spacious, felt right at home. - Great location, quiet neighbourhood but very walkable to downtown and a supermarket across the street. Nice big patio. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need including some coffee to get you started. Even had your own new package of wash cloth and sponge which is a nice touch. Lots of space, felt right at home and could’ve stayed longer. Manager Monica is very responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to return an earring that I had lost in the apartment- I was very grateful. Thank you Monica, for a great stay and for getting my earring back to me. We definitely recommend this place.

• Geoffrey (1/5): Dreadful place. Stay away from it. - Absolutely nothing. Dreadful place. Nothing like the photos or descriptions on booking.com The barbed wire around the terrace. The broken bottles cemented into the wall around the terrace. The rotting timber furniture. The security lock on the front door where a bolt ran from top to bottom. The pull out box under the bed described as a double bed. The water that ran onto the bathroom floor when the tap was turned on.
• Somynameis (9/5): Amazing place to stay even in low season - We stayed as a family with kid, in January, for 2 nights. It's naturally cold during those times, but the apt was provisioned with electric heaters that did their job well. And the electricity distribution (or whatever that's called) is robust enough to keep 3 heaters running and not shut down. House has free parking in the inner "yard" area. Super inviting host made sure we're happy and was very helpful. Apt has all we needed. Was very clean and cozy. Great location. Small kids playground just 30 meters from the building. Really enjoyed our stay. Hard to call out anything frustrating considering our short stay.

• Katarina (10/5): wonderful! we just loved it - easy walk to everything central in the heart of Cascais. quiet place with a park and playground right outside. perfect for a family of 4. really lovely space inside, very safe and comfortable. it could do with some pantry staples but to be honest, fir a short stay you don’t need it. there’s a supermarket half a minute walk away.

• Roman (9/5): Nice spacious apartment, suitable even for a longer stay - It is a big apartment with a huge living room + kitchen zone + terrace and 2 bedrooms. Everything is very comfortable and cozy. I could stay there for a longer period. Location is a little bit outside of a city center, but bus connection is good, there are a mini market and a couple of breakfast locations around. Full blackout is possible. Very silent at night. nothing to complain about
