Ellee Cooper (7/5): - The location (very good for what I travelled to Derby for) and having my own space. The staff were also very helpful. If it wasn't for the helpful member of staff, I might not have been able to get the key to the apartment as I paid extra for early check in, but the key safe didn't pick up on that. Some of the crockery was also still a little bit dirty - as was the oven.

Lee (10/5): Very comfortable stay with precise directions on how to collect keys & enter the building - We were staying here on a work trip and the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The host and OOH Team were all really helpful We were given a map and clear instruction on where to go and how to collect the keys. It was also a in great location for our needs.

John (8/5): Great Stay! - We loved the location! Its really near the Centre & in a cool little historic part of the City with local shops very nearby. The flat was clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils for meal prep. We also appreciated that the site has parking. We really enjoyed it! Just one concern. which was that the gates into the property were wide open day and night. Perhaps the electronic controls weren't working? We d have felt more secure if the gates were closed, & only opened as residents arrived.

fox-lee (5/5): - The rooms are so, so dark. A lamp would help. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were a lot of people using drugs just outside the apartments. We saw many people openly smoking crack, attempting to open the doors as they walked past the adjoining apartments and urinating on the lamppost outside the accommodation. It was intimidating.

MDOUGLAS (9/5): Excellent value accomodation for self-catering - Decor and layout of property was excellent Sound insulation between properties is a bit lacking - could hear people talking in a normal voice thru the wall.
Shin Yee (6/5): A bit disappointing - The location is good. It’s nice to have kitchen in the property. It’s not the cleanest. My linen was dusty and I’ve found multiple hairs on it which is not ideal. The toilet seat was stained and I managed to wipe unknown yellow stains off it. Dishes were greasy. The flat does not feel well maintained, despite having good facilities to start with. Shower area was mouldy, toilet floor was permanently stained…etc. Be prepared to take the stairs. As I’ve got a top floor flat, it was challenging to get my heavy luggage up and down the property.

Mark (5/5): poor - location for hospital good. it was a bedsit, not an apartment, no spyhole in door, noise from outside loud, traffic, other guests. some lights not working, when in bed all you could see were the red lights in the kitchen about 4 of them beaming away , clock etc on oven, bed creaky, not comfortable. walls black scuff marks on them, didnt seem clean, paid for 2 night, stayed only one.long list of instructions, on the same road there are two archways leading into car parks, confusing.

Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärung dazu war top. Prinzipiell eine süße, praktische Ferienwohnung. Das Bett war zu klein und zu kurz Eine Sessel war komplett verschließen. Ich fand es befremdlich, dass die Fenster großteils nicht zu öffnen waren.

Marvey (8/5): A proper clean and quiet little place to stay in Derby - Very clean & quiet. Great location for the Cathedral Quarter. Fantastic facilities, they really did think of everything. Easy key pickup and drop facilities. All round fantastic stay, will come again. Very little to dislike. The kitchen bin had not been emptied from the previous occupants, but was very quickly remedied by a really efficient and friendly lady, who apologised profusely. TV interaction with remote control was appallingly slow, like 2 seconds to respond to any click; very frustrating, but hey, first world problems. We wished the bed was bigger than a standard double, but it was very comfortable and it's not their fault we have a bigger bed at home!

Amanda (7/5): Functional amd quiet - Functional and fairly spacious. Two bathrooms, secure parking. An EV charger less than a block away in the Enterprise Centre. It’s an old building with thick walls and heavy doors so it’s quiet inside. The location is nondescript. Ok if you’re on a business trip and don’t plan to explore the neighbourhood I guess. Ten minutes walk to the east it gets much nicer. It’s really a three-star property. Everything is functional (and quite new) but cheap, and I didn’t see anything get cleaned in the week I was there. Tiny, tiny shower cubicles, and the bathroom fans didn’t work at all (one didn’t switch on and the other was so dusty it didn’t move any air).
