David (3/5): This place is definitely a last resort. - Not much to like. There is a working kitchen but few kitchen necessities. The room is the nicest part of a sub par experience I didn’t like the fact that first you book and then you find out that the hot tub, sauna and steam room are closed until the spring of 2026. That’s a cheap trick! Next I didn’t like the somewhat abandoned feeling that this poorly managed building gives you. The carpet in my unit for example, looked like a large fog suffering from separation anxiety ripped up the carpet near the front door entrance and the bathroom. And finally I didn’t like the “hidden” fee of $20 that you are informed of after you book; it’s a non refundable damage fee option! That or they hold $500 on your credit card for five days! Wtf

Gordon (9/5): Once we were in our suite we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Close to amenities. Good location. - Fully equipped kitchen, good bed, table and chairs, comfortable, clean , in good repair. The check in service if you are familiar with lock boxes is easy. The email link did not work until someone had let us into the lobby. The room was very warm for sleeping.

Joanne (7/5): Spacious, comfortable and clean but lacking facilities as advertised - Spacious, clean and short walk to walks, trails, downtown. Pool, sauna, steam room were being repaired so not available. Our key wouldn’t give us entry to the gym which was very disappointing (we’d seen other people using it). There was a generator making a very loud, continuous noise all day directly outside our balcony - it was still going after 6pm!

Jennifer (4/5): Uncomfortable stay and terrible customer service from StayIn - The condo itself looked quite nice and the view of the mountains was just spectacular. The bed and pillows were all rock hard so I slept terribly and woke up sore every day. The pillows were also weirdly small (about 3/4 the size of normal pillows). The drier was broken, so no matter how long you set it to run, it kept turning itself off after about 15-20mins and it left all my clothes smelling mouldy. The staff at StayIn made my experience awful. I explained to them that I was already staying in another condo at SilverRock but had extended my stay due to a health issue that was causing me severe pain unless I was lying down (so I couldn’t drive anywhere etc). I asked if I could pay for an early check-in for the next condo since I couldn’t sit, drive, stand or walk without extreme pain (and the weather was going to be cold and snowing that day and I had nowhere else to go for 6hrs in between moving units). Instead of showing any kind of empathy or humanity at all, they just declined my request twice and got annoyed at me as if I was being obnoxious. I understand that they have a cleaning schedule to stick to and they were busy that day, but under the circumstances, they could have at least attempted to prioritise cleaning my condo so I could get in earlier. As a result, I had to spend an incredibly cold and painful 6hrs lying in the back seat of my car in the parking lot waiting for my room. The customer service team needs to do better. Unit 415 is on the side facing the main road, so there was constant traffic noise (despite the place saying it includes sound proofing). There was also an artwork with clowns on it, right next to the bed, which made me uncomfortable.

Hartman (2/5): We will not stay here again. Next time we will get a hotel where a person is available. - The room was clean and perfect. Bed was comfortable. Quiet and nice. The Booking.com app was confusing and clunky. Booking the room was not clear. Then on site, we were there on time and did not receive the "key box" code for awhile to get our keys for the room. There is no person available on site to help. I tried emailing for help. I tried calling for help and only received recordings with no help. We ended up wasting much time sitting at the door on my phone trying to get some code. We could not get access to the fitness room. Pool was closed. No amenities.

Pamela (10/5): Lovely, comfortable, would highly recommend. - Location and amenities were great. Comfortable linens & bed. My husband even cooked himself a steak. Overall, a great space. Easy access, underground parking, even a chiropractor onsite. The space was a bit cluttered with a TV unit that wasn’t really necessary. The tv could go above the fireplace and the safe in the bottom could be placed in a smaller piece of furniture.
Shena (9/5): Great location and very clean. Would recommend staying here. - Great location very close to restaurants and walking trails. Large, clean two bedroom apartment with very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and access to BBQ. Access to underground parking. Beside main highway so some noise from traffic. Pool and hot tub area were being renovated.

Timothy (9/5): - Absolutely LOVED this condo. It was quiet and well-equipped. It had a private patio with a BBQ hooked to a gas line, so we didn't even have to think about propane or BBQ tools. Just bought our food to cook! And do yourself a favour, and stock up on some fancy cheese from the store downtown. It was more of a hit than our steak! The elevators are obscenely slow. But if that's my only complaint, I think it's safe to say there are no real complaints at all.

Muhammad (3/5): Unnecessary stress and disappointing experience for lack of respectful behaviour - Check in/out instructions were provided, didn't experience any issues with collecting and returning the keys in the lock box. We were four family members and the condo apartment was spacious and convenient for us. Location was great as all amenities of town were close by and accessible. Kitchen were set up well with ample crockery available for use. Air Conditioner was operational but temp was set to 23.5 deg C which was little bit uncomfortable given the humid conditions during the time we stayed at the property. I called couple of times but could not connect with the office. Toiletries were limited to soap solution only. My wife and daughters were very disappointed. The part we disliked very much that when we checked out and provided our feedback as average, The Silver Rock office got mad on us and blamed that we didn't place the keys in the lock box. We were lucky that we kept an evidence when we placed the keys in the lock box. In hindsight, it appeared that silver rock folks intended to force us improve our review rating. We had back n forth correspondence with their office for over a week until we declared that we captured our evidence when we placed the keys in the lock box. At that point in time, Silver Rock office got silent and never responded to our texts. BEWARE and CAUTION - My humble request to everyone that please keep your evidence when you checkout and place the keys in the lock box especially when you provide an average or poor feedback rating. We don't want someone else go through this kind of unnecessary stress, and a disappointing experience as we went through at the end of our stay.
Don (10/5): - Location, apartment was very clean and comfortable. The traffic noise was loud when we had the window open, but we closed it and put the air conditioner on, the noise was gone!
Michel (4/5): Disappointing stay due to pool closure, traffic noise and rude, unprofessional communication by host - Liked extra space of 3 bedroom loft, and location. However, location is on a very busy highway which made it very noisy & not peaceful or relaxing. Expressed disappointment that the indoor pool was closed and host was unprofessional and rude in their response. There is no kitchen table and eating at a cramped breakfast bar was uncomfortable. Traffic noise was non-stop day to night. Balcony was unusable because the view was mainly of highway traffic and extremely noisy. Would not choose to stay here again.

I noticed there was a camera in the master bathroom mirror. Wasn't 100% sure what to think and was trying to convince myself that perhaps it was a sensor but I showed my husband it he was certain it was a camera as well. Please have someone look into this.
