If you are like me and want to stay in places with great climate, you won’t regret I just had a bad luck and had a stay due to renovation of the lobby. But! The staff provided earplugs;) although it wasn’t that noisy:)

- Fergus (4/5): Convenient but noisy - The location is fine, the trouble with this hotel is that is incredibly noisy, it's hilarious how noisy the traffic is. Bangkok is of course a busy dirty city so some noise is to be expected but this was quite extreme. The room itself is fine, it's a funny shape but it worked okay. It's not very clean but not dirty just Bangkok. There are no staff on duty that I ever saw. You get a code for the front door and a code for the padlock on your room.

During the construction, management hasn’t been able to take care of the property well. - The location is very good and convenient to go around if you like to visit local and heritage buildings around Chinatown in Bangkok. The decoration and building has been preserved from the past in original designs which are quint and interesting. Unfortunately at this moment of time we stayed, the property management has ongoing construction. Therefore no accommodation in the lobby. The lobby or ground floor was being worked for demolishing and renovating. The manager hasn’t responded quickly enough and the dust has gone around everywhere on the ground floor and on the staying upper floors. The loud noise of the construction during in the morning feels unprofessional and not being monitored which causing a lot of unnecessary loud bangs and yells. Due to no ceiling and proper wall on the ground floor, the mosquitoes have come in as the room couldn’t be closed completely. During the stay some of the room decorates have been worn out such as the lock ring that fell off when we opened for washroom. We wish that the facility could have be more cleaned and cared during this renovation, but it wasn’t proper cleaned and there was the damp odor from previously used as sink from the wood. In the washroom we found the small cockroach and it’s really disappointing. The bed is quite comfortable, but the tv internet was a bit slow and difficult to connect with cable channels. Lastly, even we tried our best to accept and compromise but the dust and debris are accumulating on the ground and stairway. When we carefully tried to carry the luggage down, one of us slipped and fell down from the stairs. She got a wound on her arms and injured her legs. We felt really sad as the management could have been more careful and considerate.

- Robert (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro i dworzec. Blisko do głównej ulicy china town. Dobre jedzenie na przeciwko hotelu. Parter w budynku jest remontowany, z czym wiązał się hałas z rana. Nie było o tym informacji przed dokonaniem rezerwacji jedynie w wiadomości po zabukowaniu. Przynajmniej zapewniono zatyczki do uszu, ale nie były wystarczające, niestety również na hałas z ulicy. Prace remontowe mogły by się zaczynać trochę później aby goście mogli się wyspać.

Renovation at 8am, and it felt like housekeeping was waiting on us to checkout, before it was checkout time (11:00am) Also, maybe it's due to renovations but the checkout time is a bit early while the check-in time is a bit late (15:00). With the housekeeping on standby before, if give a little bit of an unfriendly "go-go-go" vibe, especially if there are 6 rooms in the building, from what we saw.

Excellent emplacement pour prendre le métro facilement (à 5 minutes à pied) et aller à Chinatown à pied aussi Situé le long de routes très passantes, c'est extrêmement bruyant Le prix augmente de plus en plus chaque fois, si ça continue, le rapport qualité/prix ne va plus correspondre

- Hari (4/5): Disappointing, loud, expensive and decaying. - The location is decent if you're really into the "Chinatown" area of Bangkok. The (never-present only reachable by text) hosts were accommodating when we arrived before check-in. They let us store our stuff, then they gave us access to the room early. The AC is sufficient. The place did not look like the pictures. There was construction and messiness in the entrance area. There was no real reception or person to greet you upon arrival. For the amount we paid, we could've been in the lap of luxury in other parts of Thailand. The rooms were sufficiently clean, but the funkiness and lack of maintenance make you feel like you're staying in a slum (and paying a lot for it). The hotel provides earplugs and you need them (the outside noise is horrendously loud and never ending, it pervades the room as if there were no walls). The room is cramped. Basically, if you're there with your family, on vacation, expect nothing to be relaxing or enticing about the inside of this hotel.

Идеальное месторасположение в чайнатауне. Тихий кондиционер. Вода и мини пироженки в подарок. Понравился ли мне отель? В целом да. Было ли комфортно, не на 100%. Для опыта одного раза на 1-2 ночи очень интересно, но не более. Шум. Под окнами дорога, байки и тук-туки. И это очень-очень шумно. Целую ночь они ездят под окнами. У окон шумоизоляция отсутствует. В номере были беруши, но я не люблю с ними спать. Если бывают номера с окнами не на дорогу - берите их. Лучше, чтобы туалет тоже был в номере, но это не критично. На 1 этаже пока ремонт. В последнюю ночь сильно чувствовали запах сигарет + кто то открыл нашу ванную и пользовался ей. Мы уверены, что закрывали ее, когда ушли. Учитывая, что там были наши вещи и полотенца - не очень приятно.

Antresola - napewno nie dla dzieci poniżej 7 reku życia. Brak windy - targanie walizek na piętro przez schody, które wyglądają jakby za chwilę miały się zawalić - katorga. No i parter - to co zobaczyliśmy zaglądając za ścianę na parterze absolutnie na stałe odciągnęło nas od tego obiektu.

- Francesca (9/5): Top verblijf met ideale ligging. - Heel ruimtelijk en hygiënisch, ideaal voor 3 personen. De ligging is perfect op enkele minuten wandelen van Chinatown. Veilige buurt. Klein minpuntje was dat er een vreemd geurtje was dat uit de lavabo kwam. Dit probleempje konden we wel oplossen door telkens na het gebruik van de lavabo, het putje te sluiten. Dus dit was totaal geen dealbreaker.

Stock nur über enge, steile Holzstiege erreichbar. Mit schwerem Koffer und körperlicher Behinderung ein Abenteuer mit hoher Sturzgefahr! Lautstärke war immens! Straßenverkehr unerträglich. Gehörstöpsel waren zwar vorhanden, es war trotzdem zu laut! Toilettenpapier und Handtücher nur auf nachdrückliche Anforderung... Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befand sich ein Cannabisladen.

- Mark (9/5): Great location in a friendly guesthouse, with everything you need nearby. - The guesthouse was in a great location, very close to the main train station, in between 2 metros, and slap bang in Chinatown. There were loads of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other such places close by. We could walk into the middle of Chinatown within 5-10 minutes, and be on the metro to anywhere else in Bangkok within 5-10 minutes as well. Location meant that traffic / street noise was fairy constant. The guesthouse is very clear about this in the description, so this didn’t (and shouldn’t) come as any kind of surprise. It’s nothing that some ear plugs couldn’t handle in any case, but you should be wary of this if you’re a light sleeper.

- Simon (5/5): not as good as we expected - brilliant location. friendly enough staff but could have done more 43 stairs to room. being padlocked inside at night. unsafe total fire trap. noise of guests having sex two nights out of 3 in adjoining rooms. shower poor. virtually no hot water. room tatty. stained matress in mezzanine above. staff just sat around most of the time playing with mobile phones, asleep could have made much more effort

- Marie-claire (10/5): Best value in Soi Nana - Second time we stayed here for a little staycay in soi nana cos the location is perfect, quiet safe, but still close to bars and places you want to go. Comfy room and bathroom with a nice style. Perfect!

Great location and value for money stay. - It’s located quite nearby, about 5 mins walk to Chinatown area with street food and night market. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and polite and helpful. There wasn’t a lift so if you have suitcases it’s a bit troublesome to bring your bags up a small flight of stairs. Some of the decor and stuff in the room was just Abit dusty and old, could seem abit like clutter to some people tho it’s meant to give off a retro charm.

- Croissant (9/5): We had a wonderful time staying at Bed & Brews! Great location, cute cafe down below, and very cozy. - Such a cute, cozy stay! Love the cafe down below. There were little ants in our bed sheets. They were all dead luckily, but still not ideal.
- Karin (7/5): Not for the comfortable but for the adventurous looking for something genuine. - The atmosphere was great. Great coffee. Close to china town but not crazy, just loud traffic. Rock hard beds but somehow still great if you are looking for something different and charming. Not very much attention to safety. In case of a fire, you’re in trouble.

- Tom (8/5): The staff were great and phoned Grab taxi for my destination in Bangkok upon check out - The location is on Soi Nana where there are several quirky bars, restaurants, and cafes The rooms have an old fashioned appeals with antique furniture and other items scattered about The room did not have a kettle to make tea or coffee. The stairs are a little tough, if elderly, but I managed and staff helped me with my luggage.
- Monicar (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent; building with character and shophouse feel and operation; staff super cool and kind; the bed, was big and comfortable; overall cleanliness and the ground floor Cafe .coffee is wonderful. Just my bedroom sink, which was hard to use.
