Lúc gọi được thì báo đã hết phòng và sẽ email báo Hotels.com trả tiền lại. Rất mất thời gian, mệt mỏi, có 2 cháu nhỏ đi kèm. Tìm rất khó, đến đúng địa chỉ trên App ko thấy, hỏi hàng xóm xung quang cũng không biết -> cần cập nhật chính xác và dễ tìm.
