• SANDRA (9/5): Fabulous accommodation. Excellent communication and instructions to the property and also once you get there. - Location, amenities, comfortable large bed and good bathroom. We walked every where from this location. I would recommend accommodation to explore Rome. First day there was no hot water or water pressure. But the person I had contact with on what’s app was very helpful and got it fixed the next morning. It was just one of those things.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable stay! - Location is excellent! Very close to the Vatican, Ottaviano metro, delicious gelato and many eateries! Bed was comfortable and there is a shared common area with a patio space, kettle and fridge. The bathroom was tiny and we could hear the noise from the street, but these were minor issues for us.

• marti (8/5): Location top! - La Location è eccezionale! Scendi e hai tutto. La zona è forse una tra le più belle di Roma. La stanza è silenziosissima, pulita e doccia top, lo staff è sempre presente (ti aprono anche da remoto)! Mi ha reso la vacanza decisamente stupenda. Da sistemare la ciambella del water. E forse un biccbiere di plastica sigillato sarebbe stato gradito poichè il rubinetto del bagno è un po' basso. Per il resto davvero tutto ok!
• Jindřich (10/5): Jednoznačně všem doporučuji, příště jedině tam. - Ubytování moc pěkné, čisté, ideální poloha k návštěvě památek, všude blízko, v sousedství vatikánských zdí. V okolí plno obchodů, hospůdek, v domě výborná zmrzlina. Majitel příjemný sympaťák. Kuchyňka vybavená vším potřebným, lednice, čaj, káva, k udělání výborné espresso. Na terase příjemné místo na posezení a snídaně. Nebylo nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.
• Amira (10/5): Very good location, right next to the Vatican - It was in a very good location to explore and enjoy the city. We loved the balcony and the view from one of the rooms. If you are looking for a place which you can easily reach every part of the city, I recommend this. Also, the staff were absolutely kind and nice, they made sure that we felt welcomed and made our stay enjoyable :) Thank you for everything- grazie millie! :) There was nothing that I did not liked.

• giovanni (10/5): Un piacevolissimo week-end a Roma. - Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Roma, la consiglio a tutti perchè vicinissima al Vaticano e comoda e vicina alla metro Linea A. Comoda posizione anche per i ristoranti. La camera pulita e molto confortevole con una bella vista sulla sottostante piazza Risorgimento. Quando tornerò a Roma, torno ancora alla Vite Americana. Nulla, eventualmente qualche piccolo rinnovamento alle attrezzature della comunque molto bella terrazza.

Комуникацията с домоуправителя беше превъзходна. Локацията е отлична, в близост до градски транспорт, магазини и ресторанти. Определено бих се върнала отново. Препоръчвам с две ръце.

• Ivan (10/5): - The room was clean and we had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable. The host was really nice and we had a problem they helped us right away. We had an early check-in which was a big plus for us. The location is super nice, close to metro, busses and the Vatican. It was a super quiet location and we didn't hear any outside noise, because the room window was looking to the inside of the building. The only issue that we had was with the noise that is coming from the corridor, but all other guests were super respectful and tried to be as quiet as possible.

• alessio (10/5): Fenomenale! - Letteralmente a 2 minuti da San Pietro. Zona fornita di tutto!! Un po rumorosa la notte affacciando in strada, ma niente di che.
• Kaloyan (8/5): Very good, quite loud - The location is perfect. It's decently clean and staff is friendly. Good value for money. The room facing the street has a window that doesn't fully close. Sleeping is not possible due to the noise from the streets. I recommend one facing the other way.
• Yavor (7/5): Great location and good value, but some comfort and facilities issues. - The location in Prati was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Vatican (essentially on the other side of the street) and the rest of Rome (Historic Center ~25 min by public transport, Colosseum ~35–40 min). The host was responsive and check-in was smooth, and the room matched the photos. Free coffee was also a nice touch and the price was lower than many nearby options. The shower cabin was extremely small and the bathroom ventilation was weak, which made the room feel humid after showering. Nothing was available to mop or wipe the wet floor, so we had to use a towel to dry it. Our room was right next to the entrance, so we could hear people coming in late at night as well as the elevator and stairs. The TV was not a smart TV (so no Netflix or YouTube) and the remote was quite old and difficult to use.

(Due letti matrimoniali , ma non effettivamente 2stanze). Fermo quanto sopra, gli spazi per 4 persone adulte sono effettivamente un po’ stretti. Consiglio: inserire nel set di cortesia anche asciugamano per mani.

Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse una coperta di riserva in armadio di una delle due camere (però la camera era ben riscaldata quindi in realtà non ce n'è stato bisogno). Non mi è piaciuto non avere trovato dell'acqua da bere e che le cialde caffé non siano bastate per tutti.

Posizione ottima.Vicina a tutti i servizi,proprio dietro al Vaticano. Praticamente eravamo i vicini del Papa.Torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Grazie per tutto,siete stati una piacevolissima sorpresa. Consigliatissimo Andare via da Roma

• julie (8/5): Clean, small, comfortable. - Clean, comfortable , nice rooftop, good views, great location The refrigerator in the common area wasn’t very clean. Roof top door handle when coming in was missing. We thought the price included a breakfast but it did not. Also was told we needed 42 euros cash to pay for tax on top of what we paid on the credit card so the room was more expensive than we planned. That tax should’ve been included in the price and not a surprise add on. The place is really an apartment converted to mini hotel. I think 5 rooms- each with private bathroom. Tiny shared kitchen with shared mini frig. We didn’t use the frig because it felt weird to share- didn’t know if our food would be there when we returned. Not very sound proof. One night a room got up very early and were talking loudly in the hallway waking us up. It’s a good, safe location close to everything.

• Mariana (10/5): Totally recommend! - It was extremely clean, great AC (in the summer it was extremely appreciated!), location, accommodation and staff!! Overall it was a great stay, they have a little community kitchen with coffee and treats that was a great surprise. Also were flexible regarding luggage storage which really helped. Thank you to the staff and management! Nothing comes to mind.

• Florence (8/5): Une adresse recommandable pour son rapport qualité-prix et sa localisation, malgré ce petit bémol technique. - Note 4/5: L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement stratégique, à deux pas du Vatican et parfaitement desservi par les commodités locales. Côté confort, la propreté est irréprochable et l'isolation phonique s'avère très satisfaisante pour un quartier aussi dynamique. Seule ombre au tableau : le système de plomberie. On note un manque de pression hydraulique et une température de l'eau qui reste moyennement élevée , ce qui pourra décevoir les amateurs de douches bien chaudes.

• Vilma Cristina (9/5): It was a great pleasant stay and would recommend the place to those who will visit the Vatican. - The location was perfect. It was a walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica as well as the train station. Down below, beside the place are a great gelato shop, Burger King and a wide choice of Italian restaurants. Walking towards the train station are shops of souvenir items as well as leather goods. The owners, a Filipino couple were very hospitable. Coffee and cookies are available at their kitchen. Place was very homey.

• Ben (9/5): Nice stay beside the Vatican - Really friendly staff. The accommodation was right beside the Vatican with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. They really accommodated us by looking after our luggage after we checked out. A slightly heavier comforter on the bed (if I was being picky!).

• marek1691 (9/5): Pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany. - wszystko było naprawdę w porządku. Podobała mi się organizacja kuchni z wyjściem na wewnętrzny dziedziniec na którym można było usiąść i wypić kawę, tak po włosku właśnie. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona w kawę i herbatę i wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłku we własnym zakresie. Ważne było i to że można było zostawić bagaże w kuchni po opuszczeniu pokoju, jeszcze cały dzień spędzić na mieście, wrócić późnym popołudniem a potem do domu wieczornym samolotem. W pobliżu są fajne knajpki, w których pracują bardzo przyjaźnie nastawieni ludzie.

• Ivan (10/5): Muito boa - Acomodação novinha e com ótima localização, ao lado do vaticano, top demais e na parte de baixo tem vários restaurantes com preço magnífico. Fica pertinho do metrô Box do banheiro bem apertado mas ok para um banho e no quarto não tem um frigobar é necessário usar a geladeira social.
• Krisma (10/5): Overall, good experience. The location is superb. But if you’re there to experience the tourist spots, I suggest booking - Location: very near the Vatican. Ace, their staff made us check in early. He was considerate enough to at least give us some time to rest to explore the busy streets of Rome. The AC,turns off in the middle of the night, you can always turn it back on. The toiletries come in sachet, you can always ask for more.
• Yelyzaveta (9/5): Замечалнльный чистый отель с прекрасным расположением. - Все понравилось. Отель в прямом смысле упирается в стены Ватикана. Это конечно интересно. Все было безумно чисто. Удобные матрасы и подушки . Менеджер дала подробнейшую инструкцию, как попасть в отель. Потому что мы прибыли в отель уже после ухода оттуда персонала. Огромная уютная терраса. Лично мне не хватило на кухне плиты. Мы приехали поздно, уставшие с дороги, и хотели сделать детям кое-какую еду на плите, но это не удалось. Но, есть микроволновая печь и множество разной чистой посуды.
• Estella (7/5): Muy buena ubicación - Ubicación , atención muy buena es frente al vaticano y debes caminar como dos cuadras para la estación del metro ottaviano . Muy muy importante porque si van en plan espiritual debes madrugar hacer las filas para entrar al vaticano, peregrinación , jubileo o visita al museo del vaticano . Recomendado Había un olor muy fuerte que salía del aparato de la calefacción, era como una rata en descomposición. La habitación está limpia pero el olor que salia de allí era muy fuerte . .

The room was very small and only had a communal fridge which wasn’t ideal. It is close to the Vatican but across the river from all of the other main attractions.
