• Debolina (9/5): - The property is very nice and the apartment is accessible. There's also a luggage elevator which goes from the ground floor. The location is fantastic with great bus connectivity I had a bit of issue initially reaching the host. But booking sorted it out and it was great thereafter.

• Simon (9/5): Great spot in Trastevere - Great bedroom and bathroom. Really good to have a fridge in bedroom. Air con worked well. Access to really generous coffee, tea and snacks in shared kitchen area. Also access to beautiful balcony patio, with lots of jasmine. It was a lovely place to enjoy a drink or meal throughout the day. The staff we saw were lovely and they serviced our room every day. Very generous. The location is amazing, very close to San Cosimato square and lots of great cafes and gelateria, as well as a daily market. Shout out to Delizie Di Aurora for a lovely start to each day with delicious cornetti and cappuccino. We easily walked to most major tourist areas in under 40 mins and it's so much quieter. Highly recommend for a couple spending time in Rome. Not sure what can be done, but some of our neighbours were noisy, mostly with not taking care to quietly close doors and keeping voices down in the kitchen area. Perhaps some soft close technology on doors may help and some prominent notices asking people to keep quiet as others may be resting.

On the edge of the bustling Trastevere area makes it a Great home base for work or leisure. No major complaints. • Emma (10/5): Great location, lovely room, I'd be happy to stay again! - The location of this place is excellent. Nice and quiet but just a couple of minutes' walk to some lively bars and restaurants. We walked to all the sights - which is fine if you're a keen walker - and if you're not, Ubers are quick and efficient here. The room is quite quirky in many ways, and so much more interesting that going to a normal hotel. The decoration is fun and lively, there's lots of storage, a fridge, a safe, a hairdryer, and a hot powerful shower. Someone came to clean and tidy the room, and make the bed each day - we didn't see them, but they did a great job! There's a well-equipped communal area outside of the room where you can make hot drinks (provided) and there's wine glasses, bottle openers, things like that available. There's a cute communal terrace with a couple of sunbeds on it. What more could you want! Nothing negative to note.

Spazio comune all’ingresso ben curato, possibile farsi un caffè o un thè e lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza se necessario. Self check-in e check-out efficienti e molto molto comodi, staff super responsivo via whatsapp. Palazzo decisamente vecchio, a tratti un po’ trascurato. Bagno cieco. Le finestre danno direttamente sul terrazzo comune. Lievemente overpriced.

• Cedric (10/5): - Chambre assez spacieuse pour quatre personnes, avec suffisamment d'espace pour que chacun puisse déposer ses affaires. La salle de bain est lumineuse et propre, les serviettes changées régulièrement. Tisanes et gâteaux à disposition. Le logement est situé dans une partie très calme du quartier du Trastevere. Tout le centre historique de Rome est accessible à pieds sans difficulté. Bonne communication en amont pour la transmission des informations permettant d'accéder au logement.

• Valentina (9/5): Servizi come in un hotel - Nonostante sia una struttura bnb come tante ormai ci sono nelle nostre città senza reception, senza persone, le istruzioni per entrare, assistenza via whatapp e la comunicazione telefonica per aiutarmi con prenotazione di un taxi e’ stata come in un hotel. Anche le attenzioni all’interno della casa dove le parti comuni sono attrezzate di bollitore, biscotti, tazze microonde. In camera ho trovato anche lì un bollitore, oltre a ciabatte e prodotti per la pulizia pari ad un hotel.

Chegamos cedo no local antes do horário do check-in e nos permitiram deixar a mala com eles para que aproveitassemos a cidade. Tivemos uma pequena dificuldade na hora do check-in, mandei meus documentos um pouco em cima da hora e por isso acabei chegando no local antes do envio das instruções de check-in e foi um pouco difícil achar a entrada, mas nao culpo o lugar. Tudo foi ótimo!!

• Gloria (9/5): - La situació era prou bona per moure't bé a tot arreu, hola al barri de Trastevere, lloc ideal de restaurants i botiguetes. L'habitació prou ampla i tot molt nou i còmode. Suposo que cada una tindria una decoració diferent en funció del nom (la nostra era Industry). T'envien les explicacions (codis) per WhatsApp abans d'arribar i un petit vídeo. A l'habitació tens caixa forta, gerra elèctrica d'aigua i a fora el vestíbul compartit hi ha una petita cuina i microones. La terressa no la vam aprofitar perquè era gener i plovia, però també és d'ús compartit per tots els hostes, amb hamaques i taula i cadires. Dona a la part del darrera, hola amb vistes es terrasses i façanes posteriors dels edificis. L'escala d'entrada de l'edifici
