- Yves (6/5): ok. - Frühstück top! Schöner Empfang und schönes Frühstücksrestaurant. Gelungener Umbau dieser beiden Räumlichkeiten. Freundliches Personal und sehr sympathischer Familienbetrieb. Anzeige auf "Booking" suggeriert eine Sauna, welche sich leider nicht im Hotel selbst, sondern im Nachbarhotel befindet sowie nur gegen Reservierung und Aufpreis nutzen lässt. Dies ist zwar dann in der Beschreibung vermerkt, jedoch in meinen Augen irreführend bzw. nicht klar genug ausgewiesen. Wir haben aufgrund dieser Sauna bewusst das "Eden No7" gebucht und waren dann enttäuscht, dass die Sauna für uns frei zugänglich war (und nur gegen Reservierung und Aufpreis). Unser Zimmer im obersten Stock befand sich direkt neben dem Liftschacht, welcher laute Geräusche produziert und im Zimmer deutlich zu hören war. Da wir früh schlafen gingen, um früh auf die Piste zu kommen war das etwas störend.

Prise en charge à l'arrivée. Le dimanche après-midi il n'y pas de transport jusqu'au parking. Il est préférable de mentionner une réservation pour l'utilisation du SPA.

- Annina (9/5): - Gut gelegenes, Hotel, Eingangs- und Frühstücksbereich sehr modern. Zudem sehr freundliches Personal, härziges Zimmer mit sonnigen Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstückbuffet war ausreichend mit Brot, Aufschnitt, Käse div Müesli und Eiern.. Ich war am Wocheende mit Partner in einem Doppelzimmer und Mo/Di hattte ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Ich durfte dann aber in dem grösseren Zimmer bleiben was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Vielen Dank Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

On a Saturday night, two guests ended up making a lot of noise at 3-4 am as they were coming from for a party. I don't put it on the hotel, but you may want ear plugs during weekend nights.

Breakfast, though relatively limited, offers very good quality products. Breakfast room is worthy of a higher ranking hotel. I would have loved to see a couch or at least an armchair in the big room, as the space allowed it

Le transfert vers le parking est peinible à organiser... et ne veux pas toucher les bagages. Donc pas de bagagiste comme annoncé. Il n'y a pas non plus: - restaurant - bar - personelle polyglotte - spa Et ils preferent que vous soyez loin de la chambre vers 9-10h les matins pour le nettoyage. Parti très fâché.

The room was silent (the hotel is situated in a quiet location in Saas-Fee) and the total blackout curtains in the room meant that light from outside didn't wake me up in the mornings. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious food of a very high quality. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and they really go the extra mile to ensure you have the perfect stay. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am next in Saas-Fee!

Disappointed that it didn't have a sauna as there was a picture of it on the website, but that must be a picture of a different hotel in the Eden group. Our room was lovely and clean, as was the whole hotel. Bed was very comfortable, although the pillows had lost their filling a bit! But I'm sure they will be renewed for the next season! I would recommend staying here.

Skidepot am Pistenrand vorhanden für das Equipment. Bushaltestelle nur 50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr gutes Essen mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Als Familienbetrieb geführt, sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Neuer Spa im Nebenhaus. Kein Restaurant oder Bar aber sehr gemütliche Lounge für die Hotelgäste und hier gibt es die HP und ein Kaffee. Ich komme gerne wieder.
