- Adam (10/5): A lovely peaceful stay in the country. - Unrestricted view of country across the neighbouring paddock from the car park. A nice seating / table patio outside the cottage to be able to sit with a coffee and breathe in the fresh air in the peace and quiet. The format of the cottage was snug but very well laid out. It maybe a tight squeeze for four people in the dining area but for the two of us it was just right. The bedrooms were very comfortable with adequate drawers and hanging space. Note the bathroom is downstairs. The heating was easy to manipulate and it was lovely and comfortable temperature wise. The kitchen facilities covered everything we needed to make a few meals and the welcome pack provided was very useful. It was close enough to the tourist destinations but far enough to be in the quiet countryside. There is a PIR sensor in the bathroom with very bright LED lights. Brilliant if you are awake but for those overnight visits to the bathroom - to powerful. Bizarrely there was a switch for the extractor fan to avoid the noise but there did not seem to be a way of avoiding the lights coming on.

- Ck42 (9/5): Lovely and cosy little place - Lovely little place up a very quiet county road. We loved the cosiness of the main sitting/dining/cooking area. Only a 20-40 minute drive to most local attractions which was ideal but local village was quite a walk away. Double bed was very uncomfortable and most of the nights were spent trying not to fall out. Also the bathroom was even smaller than the pictures make it look and difficult to negotiate. 4 apartments in total though so maybe the others were better sized.

- Wilko (9/5): Nice plase to stay with friendly hosts - Friendly hosts, fast responses, lovely white horse cottage, comfortable, very clean, everything needed was on hand, good shower, easy to park your car, welcome treats (food and drink), We highly recommend Homestead stables Double bed was a bit too soft for a person with back problems. Privacy outside is somewhat limited if all cottages are occupied.

Short Drive into Devizes good road links. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area. Nothing to dislike

- Laura (10/5): Home away from home - Everything we needed was on hand. We stayed in the Heritage Cottage and we had two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining space too. Such a comfortable cottage and such accommodating hosts; welcome goodies (food & drink) & a great portacot for my 10 month old. The common area to share with other cottages was great too; washer & dryer etc. Parking was readily available and outdoor courtyard space utilised the beautiful afternoon sun. We highly recommend Homestead Stables. N/A
