• aysen (6/5): - Otel deniz sahiline uzak. Gitmek icin arac lazim. Otel odasinda sivi sabun yoktu. Lavabo suyu actigimizda tıkandı. Arac para yeri mevcut. Merkezde gezmekse amac arac yoksa kalınabikeck bir yer degil.
• Mohammed (4/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful but the facility needs better supplies. The towels are very old and faded, no hair dryer in the room and front desk did not have one, we were asked to wait till the morning to get one! Temperature control does not work. The room size is good. The shower drain is slow. The place has good potential but little things needs to be looked after. Not much in the area but would be a good place to stay if you have a car. They offer a free parking.
• Fikri can (10/5): - Herşey mükemmeldi, özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve kapıda bizi karşılayan beyfendi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Sadece odalar biraz küçük ve king size yatak için çarşaflar küçüktü ve tam oturmuyordu. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederiz.

• Charles (10/5): - Liked that is was relatively close to main sites in Izmir. Calm helpful staff much appreciated with their kindness and key knowledge of the area. Close to Basmane railway station also a good thing.
• Ekrem (4/5): - Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich mich auf die positiven Bewertungen verlassen. Wurde jedoch einem besseren belehrt. Bis auf die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption, gibt es nichts an dem Hotel zu loben. Preis-Leistung miserabel. Teppichboden verschmutzt, Klimaanlage kaum funktionsfähig, schlechter Parkplatz, dreckiges Zimmer, Möbel veraltet,,WC/ Duschbereich veraltet. Umgebung viel zu laut. Sorry aber es gibt leider nichts zu loben.
• Guzel (2/5): - Çok kötü bir otel. Acayip berbat. Temizlik sıfır. Klima 18 derece sıcak hava veriyordu. Söyledim personele ama bir şey yapmadık. Halı havlular okadar eski ki. Dokunmaz durumda. İyi ki sadece 1 gece kaldık. Kaçtık ordan. Bu kadar kötü öteli görmedim.

• Yildiz (6/5): - Hotel was clean staff nice but …. Breakfast very poor not enough variety and things run out early and not restocked. No wardrobe in room . Hotel about 20 min walk from Main Street .

• Gizem (10/5): - Temiz ve gayet konforluydu. Kahvaltı yeterliydi, sadece kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin kalitesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Gürültülü bir yerdeydi cam açınca ses rahatsız edebiliyor. Küçük de olsa otoparkı vardı. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Those people were the nicest part of the whole experience Rooms: Seemed clean but one room had small bugs (although, to be fair, those bugs were hard to see, and could be due to the previous occupants and not noticed during cleaning) Breakfast: Missing basic items (e.g. yogurt, fruit and coffee). The person there was rude and sour. He pulled our cups at 10:30 (end of breakfast time) even though were were not finished General comment: The place is tasteful, but seems abandoned and is falling apart. • Fiona (10/5): Friendly staff - Good location, 20 minute flat walk to nice busy shopping areas with restaurants and bars. Very friendly welcome by Görkan. The bed was very comfortable. We had some difficulty connecting to the WiFi.
• cigdem (6/5): Daha iyisi daha güzeli inşallah - Öncelikle otel personeli gayet yardımseverdi. ancak daha girer girmez kredik artı ödemesinde sıkıntı çıktı. sonrasında odaya çıktığımızda yataklar gayet temiz ve konforluydu ancak banyolar içinaynı şeyi söyleyemem. Bunun dışında ben dikkat etmemiştim ancak tren istasyonuna çok yakın olduğu için ve doğramaların izolasyonu zayıf olduğu için tüm seferleri duyuyorsunuz uyku kalitesi düşük oluyor. havluların rengi griydi.kağıt havlu alıp kullanmayı tercih ettik. Kahvaltı dahildi ancak deneyimlemedik. açık büfe ve şöyle bir not var tabağınızda kalan her ürün için 5 tl ödüyorsunuz :) sanırım israfıönlemek adına yaptıkları bişey... burayı tercih etmemizin sebebi kültürpark a yakın olmasıydı ama semt olarak bilmediğimiz için doğru bir tercih vermemişiz...
• Melis (8/5): - Biz eşimle 1 gün kaldık. Gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da fena değildi. Fiyat performans bir otel kesinlikle.
• Remziye (4/5): - Das Bad war eine Zumutung, sehr heruntergekommen und Schimmel überall. Das Personal wirkte sehr desinteressiert. Das Frühstück wurde sehr lieblos hergerichtet, das Schnittgemüse und das Brot waren nicht frisch.
• Farid (10/5): - We occupied a spacious and comfortable suite room suitable for two adults and two children. The room was divided into two separate areas. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The hotel is located a 15-20 minute walk away from the seaside and city restaurants. The only drawback was the smell of cigarettes in the room, although I recognize this might be due to previous guests. On the whole, the hotel offers good value for its price.

• Sarah (4/5): - Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was extremely unclean. The bath towels had holes in them, the shower was dirty, and the sink was covered in grim. The conditions were very unpleasant. The room smelled like smoke even though there were signs indicating smoking was not permitted. I would not recommend this property.

• grigoriik2018 (2/5): Rejected pets while they wrote they are pet friendly - Here they say they allow pets but then it turns out they don’t … staff isn’t able to speak English via phone , when we wrote to WhatsApp they didn’t even write hello. Simply no pets are allowed with no explanation about being pet friendly on TripAdvisor
• Po Ying (4/5): - The facilities inside the room have been poorly managed, and maintained. The shower door in my room was clearly broken, but it was not fixed, so when you shower, the whole bathroom would be soaked wet. The water also leaked out to the main room. One big piece of the ceiling was about to fall down as well. When I talked to the manager and asked for room changing, and discovered that the staff already knew about the malfunction of some of the facilities but they didnt attempt to fix them but to rent it out to customers. This is just not acceptable.

• Ricardo (2/5): HORRIVEL, NOJENTO E SUJO - İğrençti, oturma odasında duvarın duvar kağıdında 50 cm'lik bir yırtık vardı ve bu beni hasta ediyor Odada 3 adet yorgan vardı, hepsinde kadın makyajı lekeleri vardı yani yatakları yıkamıyorlar, böyle uyumak çok zordu. Şimdi başka bir anahtarla kilit, banyonun yanı sıra su sızdırıyor, gider tıkalı ve su sızıntısı azdı, yani ayaklarımda suyla duş aldım. Bütün bunları resepsiyonistle konuştum ama boşuna. Çalışanların samimiyetine gelince, tamam. Otopark da, sadece bir gün arabamı sokağa park etmiş buldum. BU OTELDE BİR DAHA ASLA
• Ismet sinan (10/5): Nice hotel for affordable price - It was a great stay, hotel location is the key, close to everything in downtown, friendly staff, clean room and basic breakfast. Free parking. I recommend and will stay again next time.

• Eric (10/5): Un très bon séjour au Sun Suite hôtel - Un séjour très convenable dans cet hôtel où toute l'équipe a su se mettre à notre service et à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Je vous conseille très favorablement cet hôtel où vous serez très très bien accueillis où l'on parle anglais et où l'on répond à toutes vos attentes. Suite à une mésaventure avec notre véhicule le gérant de l'hôtel s'est mis à notre service pour nous aider dans nos démarches en turc dans un garage à proximité.
• cubexxx (2/5): Dirty rooms - Awful experience as the hotel rooms were disgusting. Rooms are not clean and almost everthing is either broken or damaged. There are stains and marks on the couches, blankets, sheets even on pillows. It looks like they are just operating at a low price with dirty rooms. The only good thing was the friendly staff but thats not enough.
• Expedia (10/5): great hotel - it was great stay , the hotel location is perfect, hotel is very clean and deserve more than 3 stars , the staff Sira was super helpful and very kind , she always smiles and answer all my questions even none related to the hotel itself, her presence added joy and comfort to my stay
• Chang Soo (6/5): 고민됨. - 도심지와 인접하고 대규모 공원이 있어 좋았다. 도보로 관광지에 다니거나 트램과 열차를 이용하기 편함. 다만 방에 기차소음이 장난아니며 방마다 담배찐냄새에 질림. 매일 방청소나 수건 교체등 아쉬움이 있었습니다.
• Mehmet (8/5): - La literie est confortable, la chambre est plutôt moderne. Il y a tout le nécessaire (serviette, gel douche etc...). Le personnel est sympathique et compréhensif sur l'heure de départ. L'hôtel est près de la gare et d'une grande avenue, ce n'est pas le quartier le plus glamour de la ville, à prendre en considération (cela n'empêche pas pas de s'endormir). Positif dans l'ensemble.
• Anissa (6/5): De passage rapide à fuire pour long séjour - Chambre minuscule, Personnel ne parle pas anglais, niveau confidentialité on repasse, à l’accueil on m’a donner le numéro de pièce d’identité et la copie de la pièce pour que je me connecte au wifi. On me demande si mon numéro CB est bien celui inscrit sur la réservation or ce n’était pas le mien sur le document on m’a donc montrer et énuméré un numéro de Carte de crédit qui n’étais pas la mienne… L’impression de déranger quand on pose des questions, peut être la compréhension de la langue. Cependant les deux femmes au petit déjeuner très sympa et petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Hôtel propre et rénové récemment
• Firat (6/5): Vasat ve altı - 3 gece 4 gün konakladık . Bu 3 gecede Odaya girişte odada iki adet bardak su vardı. Diğer günler Yenilenmedi. 3 gece aynı çarşaf, başlangıçta verilen kişi başı birer havlu. 3 gece 2 kişi konaklama için bir şampuan, bir duş jeli, bir saç kremi ve bir katı sabun koymuşlar odaya. O kadar. Oda kartını bize verdikten sonra odaya kimse uğramadı. Ne temizlik için ne de çarşaf-havlu-su yenilemek için. Ayrıca duş ve lavabo sularının debisiyle oynatmışlar. Sular çok az akıyor.Ekim ayında konakladık ve yorgan yoktu pikeyle idare ettik. Odalarda dolap yok komodinlerin çekmecesi bile yok. Bütün eşyalarımız ortalıkta kaldı. yatağın karşı duvarına askı koymuşlar . Kıyafetlerimizi oraya asmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı açık büfe adı altında. Çeşit yok, yetersiz ve lezzetsiz. Tüm servis ürünleri plastik. Otopark çakıl ve çok dar. Otel çok sokak arası sokaklar çok dar. Çıkışta nezaketen konaklamanız nasıldı, memnun kaldınız mı diye bile soran olmadı. 3 yıldızlı otel ücreti alıp pansiyon hizmeti bile vermiyorlar. Paranıza yazık

• Kerem (8/5): - Konumu, konsepti güzel şirin bir otel. Personel yardımsever. Banyo kapı kolunun kırık olması, duş bataryalarındaki kireç lekeleri, duş başlığının yarısından su gelmemesi, duş teknesindeki siyah leke, ketılın kireç bağlamış olması ve kenarlatı yırtılmış havlular dışında iyiydi. Ha bir de duş alınca duş teknesi sızdırdı banyoyu su bastı. Bunlar basit düzeltilebilir şeyler ama neden ilgilenilmemiş anlam veremedim.

• SylviaLuise (4/5): Disappointing - My partner and I have just returned from a 4 day stay in this hotel. We chose the hotel based on the reviews , the location and the photos ....we shouldn't have done this. Check in time is 14.00 but we had to wait till 15.00 because the guests hadn't left our room yet and the staff were most laxadasical in their efforts in getting them to leave. We had booked the loft because of the balcony with a city view and the promise of a 45 sq m room. My expectations were dashed when the room was half that size and the view was of a factory 50 m away and was active 24/7. It was disturbingly loud. We confronted the reception about this loud factory and were promised a different room the following day. The next morning we were then told that this free room didn't actually exist as all rooms were full. The bathroom was roomy with a nice shower but seriously , do I want frayed towels with huge holes in them ? No, I certainly do not. Neither do I want a bed quilt with smears of blood and other disgusting liquids in it. The sheets were also frayed and holey in keeping with the towels . The hotel claims to be in the desirable Konak area, it's not ...it's in a scruffy part of Izmir about a 20 minute walk from Konak. The breakfast is simple but totally adequate. The staff were friendly but unprofessional. Would I stay here again? Most certainly not.
• Meli (8/5): - Klein und gemütlich fast wie zuhause alles ok und ausreichend. leider klein guter platz du willst nicht von fenster schauen..schade..klein und nett eben will auch überleben. Für junge läute gut. Preis wahr auch ok..

• Charles (2/5): Vraiment pas recommandé - Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas cet établissement. Nous avons réservé 5nuits dans cet hôtel, chaque jour nous avons eu des problèmes... 1er jour, notre chambre était indisponible ... nous avons eu une une autre chambre pour le première nuit.. facture au même prix que la chambre avec balcon initialement prévu ... ensuite la propreté laisse à désirer ... vraiment sale sous le lit, pas nettoyé tous les jours, seulement une fois durant notre séjour .... pomme de douche qui casse et qui n’a jamais était remplacé ... escaliers encombré par des lits d’appoints, bidon d’eau, où les reste du petit dej ... etc etc
• MURAT (6/5): Peut mieux faire, c'est dommage. - Mal situé. Petit-déjeuner à éviter. Rapport qualité prix déplorable. Chambre en elle elle-même de bonne qualité. Bon accueil.

• SERHAT (4/5): Geç check-in,yetersiz hizmet ve temizlik - 2 saat gecikmeli check-in sonrası odadaki çift kişilik çek yatın kırık olduğunu fark ettik, sonrasında Batuhan Bey’in çabası ile tek kişilik 2 çekyat ile sorunumuz bir kaç saat sonra da olsa çözüldü,ancak bu olumsuzluklar haliyle yordu bizi,yoğun sezon için bu otel özellikle oda temizliği konusunda da oldukça yetersiz.Kahvaltı ise vasat.
• Maryshakeri (8/5): cosy hotel - my husband and i stayed here for two nights, it’s a cozy hotel with new facilities. close to metro station only 4 minutes walk. so friendly staff especially Ms.Sima who is so kind lady and has good enough information about Izmir tourist attractions.breakfast is good. sleep quality not bad. air conditioning not good.cleanest good.totally we enjoyed to stay in sun suit hotel. thank you Sima Hanim again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The price I paid for my weekday nights was amazing. It was a bit more expensive on the Friday night but still very good value. Everything was great although it was a bit disconcerting to be able to hear the people next door using their shower so clearly (there’s a shared vent) and I found the breakfast a little limited. I also found the hotel a bit far from the main going out part of the city but it’s nevertheless in a lively location where there are lots of other hotels and there are lots of restaurants. The location is very convenient if you plan on doing lots of coach trips to other places in the area - there are agencies nearby where you can get tickets with a complimentary ride to the bus station. The staff were always friendly and polite. Overall, I’d say this place is excellent value - I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the size and quality of the suite.

• MoradB249 (10/5): Small hotel BIG on hospitality - We stayed suite 301 for 3 nights it was booked last minute and part of our month long tour of Turkey we looked for a hotel near Basmane gar ,this bijou hotel ticked all the boxes it's new,clean and very spacious just like pictures,the staff at the reception were very friendly,helpful and professional,To Batuhan thanks for all the tips.We highly recommend this hotel and wish this business every successs.
• Zaman (10/5): good hotel in middle of city - it is a nice play to stay and comfortable. The facilities are good and the environment of the hotel is also amazing.
• A Pakistani (8/5): - This hotel really suits families and is very centrally located in the city considering its proximity to the main commercial area, the fair ground and the coastline. It's a tightly run ship, don't expect to see dozens of workers there. But it works really well if you're looking for a clean place to rest and a quick breakfast before you head out to explore Izmir or nearby attractions of the region. Will definitely stay there again.
