• Hamid Majid (3/5): - Clean Check in time is 2pm, we checked in around 11pm, room was cold, sink in bathroom was blocked staff was called he came poured drain clearer water cleared from sink but sink started to leak went to see him again we were given another room ultimately. Booth rooms had single beds pushed together, breakfast was not to standard asked for black pepper were told rudely we don't have it. On one occasion a slice of bread with harisa paste on top and one slice of egg on top was given asked what is that were told it's pizza breakfast today forced staff to give at least boiled eggs.

• Aicha (8/5): - L hôtel est plutôt bien entretenu la chambre était propre et le lit confortable sans oublier le calme absolu par contre je trouve que l hôtel est très mal positionné (quartier mal fréquenter ) et bien sûr la devanture n'a absolument rien a voir avec la photo sur l annonce nous avons mis plus de 20 mins a le trouver .concernant le prix je le trouve un peu élever ....

• AYOOB (1/5): Sehr schlechte Erfahrung – nicht empfehlenswert - nix Das Personal in der Spät- und Nachtschicht war nicht hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zwar ok, aber die Umgebung und das Hotel selbst wirken sehr schmutzig. Als Familie mit kleinem Kind wurden wir im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug untergebracht – wir mussten den Kinderwagen jedes Mal mühsam hochtragen. Die Zimmer haben unangenehm gerochen, die Wände waren abgenutzt und in schlechtem Zustand. Insgesamt ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt, wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

• Silvia (10/5): Hotel carino, confortevole e pulito vicino alle attrazioni turistiche - L'albergo e' carino e confortevole, staff gentilissimo a disposizione per soddisfare ogni richiesta e ci hanno portato le valigie in camera sin dall'arrivo senza alcuna richiesta neanche indiretta di mancia. Albergo in posizione ideale per raggiungere la Medina, la Cattedrale e la Torre dell'orologio tutti raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. L'esterno e'un po' fatiscente ma l'interno e'curato e molto pulito. Prezzo ottimo, colazione varia e abbondante (succo di frutta, pane, burro e marmellata, torta, caffe'e latte o te'su richiesta e frittata). Letto comodo e tutto il necessario per lavarsi era a disposizione. Aria condizionata con telecomando. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Raccomandato !! Nulla

• Maree (10/5): - Staff very helpful calling the taxi and recommending places to visit. Communication sometimes difficult regarding English but managed even if confusing at times. Security guard also very nice and helpful. Help with luggage also much appreciated.Excellent location. I have no complaints.
• Leidy Fernanda (4/5): Nos estafaron con el cambio en TND - Buena ubicación y limpio. Desayuno mejorable, pero aprobado. Primera estafa nada más llegar a Túnez, el cambio en el hotel! Le damos 100€ para pagar 76€ que costaba nuestra reserva. Nos ofrece el cambio en € o TND... Le dimos las gracias por darnos TND porque aún no sabíamos como iba el cambio y no teníamos moneda local, era la 1:30am así que no miramos internet ni nada, deseábamos descansar. Por 24€ tenía que darnos 81TND y nos explicó que eran 70TND y en paz. 10TND en Euros es poco para nosotros, pero allí te da para un taxi o una comida, y que nos haya timado el hotel pues está mal.

La salle de bain est en bon état et propre également. Il y a suffisamment de prises électriques pour brancher nos appareils, notamment des deux côtés du lit. La connexion wi-fi fonctionne bien, j'ai pu faire une visioconférence sans problème. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varie légèrement d'une journée à l'autre. Le personnel est agréable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre-ville, à mi-chemin entre Bab Al-Bahr et la Cathédrale Saint-Vincent de Paul et Sainte-Olive de Palerme. Il est facile de trouver un taxi.

Andrebbero curato un po' di più. La luce nel bagno era a metà, In camera mancavano punti di appoggio extra. Mancavano un appendino a muro per l'accappatoio in bagno. Qualche sedia, pensile o mobile in più non sarebbe affatto male. Andrebbero messe delle zanzariere perché o reati barricato dentro o accetti l'invasione delle zanzare. La doccia avrebbe bisogno del pensile per poggiare le cose e mettere una vera tendina (non una tenda appena su una mazza di plastica di una scopa.
