John (1/5): Beware - facilities not provided as paid for and hidden charges - A spacious villa for 2 people My wife and I chose this place to stay as we wanted somewhere to relax for a couple of weeks, there was just the 2 of us, seniors wanting somewhere peaceful and quiet, unfortunately, this was not the case, the villa is one of a number in a confined area. All the other surrounding villas had a constant turnover of guests, mostly just stopping for the one night, with groups of 12 or more people cramming the villas, arriving at all times of day and night and creating an almighty racket all day and into the early hours of the morning, very load and screaming Karaoke, bright disco lights, shouting and screaming in the pools all day and all night. Also, the owners charged us THB 8,000 (£180.00, $220.00) for daily cleaning of the villa and the villa was not cleaned the whole time we were there, not once, they are also wanting to scam us into paying THB15,000 for the cost of emptying the septic tank, as there was just the 2 of us, this must happen a lot if there is 6 or so in the villa. Would suggest only staying here for 1 or 2 nights maximum due to the noise, the villa never being cleaned and the threat of a charge of having to pay THB15,000 for emptying the septic tank.
