• André Silvério (9/5): Bom sítio para ficar perto de Termini - Gostamos muito deste sítio, especialmente pela relação qualidade preço. Fica a menos de 10 mins a pé da estação de Termini. Em menos de 40 minutos estávamos em qualquer ponto da cidade. O quarto era confortável, tinha tudo o que era essencial para duas pessoas, foi uma estadia bastante agradável. Havia frigorífico no quarto caso fosse necessário, a casa de banho era pequena mas suficiente. Embora não houvesse check-in 24 horas, isso foi o suficiente para nós. Devo dizer também que o dono era muito simpático, sempre prestável e deu-nos muitas informações. Apenas não gostámos do facto de serem duas camas juntas, em vez de ser uma cama de casal propriamente dita. De resto estava tudo muito bem.

• Aurélie (4/5): Hôtel au rapport qualité prix qui laisse à désirer - - l’emplacement à proximité de la gare de Termini, idéal pour visiter Rome - l’amabilité du gérant et le fait qu’il soit arrangeant - le rapport qualité prix assez mauvais car la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du prix - le fait de changer les serviettes uniquement au bout de 3 nuits effectives / même chose pour les draps pour lesquels nous avons demandé un changement au bout de 4 nuits qui nous a été refusé, un séjour de 7 nuits étant jugé trop court pour demander un changement des draps … - le fonctionnement comme un gîte et non comme un hôtel / obligation de sonner systématiquement pour qu’on nous ouvre (on ne nous donne pas les clés) donc gênant de devoir dépendre de quelqu’un en permanence (sachant qu’on doit rentrer avant 22h également) - aucun ménage de fait en 7 jours si ce n’est remettre le lit en place et vider la poubelle - chambre vétuste (humidité, moisissure, odeur dans les parties communes, pas de chauffage hormis une clim réversible, système de la fenêtre cassé) - le fait que le lit double soit en fait deux lits simples alors qu’on a demandé avant par message un lit double … - chambre équipée du strict minimum (gel douche, sèche cheveux et un frigo qu’on peut brancher mais qui fait beaucoup de bruit)

Tiene algunas restricciones en cuanto a los horarios, pero está perfectamente aclarado antes de ingresar y para nosotros no fue un problema realmente, súper recomiendo, volvería ❣️ Nada todo genial 😉

• Fabio (9/5): - Gestori molto gentili e disponibili, posizione ottima (vicino a Stazione Termini, mezzi pubblici, servizi; zona trafficata ma non troppo) a prezzo competitivo. Frigorifero in camera. Edificio storico con bel giardino. Stanza pulita e in ordine, arredamento essenziale, bagno piccolo ma completo. Peccato non sia inclusa la colazione, ma è accettabile dal momento che l'albergo è a 1 stella e che si può rimediare in un bar poco distante. Le zanzare non hanno quasi dato problemi a fine ottobre visto che abbiamo aperto poco le finestre, ma delle zanzariere sarebbero molto utili.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , blisko dworca Terminj .

• Ангелина (10/5): Комната в историческом здании с приветливым хозяином. - Очень приветливый хозяин. Всегда был готов помочь и дал много полезных советов. Комната прям римская! Минимализм со старинными стульями! Очень удобные подушки и теплое одеяло. Рядом потрясающая траттория sapori di casa, где кормят недорого и очень вкусно! Ощущение, что попадаешь в гости к любящей бабушке. Там же университетское кафе, которое тоже очень выручало на кофе и панино. Немного шумно из-за машин на улице, но мы наворачивали каждый день по 35000 шагов и даже спали с открытыми окнами. Если вам нужна полная тишина для сна, то вы почувствуете дискомфорт.

• Mariana (10/5): Gostei muito da experiência, de certo, voltaria - O dono é bastante simpático e amável, cumprimenta-nos sempre muito bem e tem sempre dois dedos de conversa para trocar. Além disto, deixou-nos escolher entre dois quartos e aquele em que ficámos era muito agradável e tinha ar-condicionado, o que foi bastante útil no frio de novembro. A limpeza era feita diariamente. Por fim, a localização é ótima, a cerca de 2/3 minutos a pé da estação mais proxima e a cerca de 10 minutos de Roma Termini, uma das principais estações de metro e de comboio. A nossa cama de casal eram, na verdade, duas de solteiro, mas nada que me impedisse de passar uma boa noite

Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Ubytovanie sa nachádza v staršej budove, čo je vidieť najmä na oknách. No všetko bolo čisté, upratovalo sa každý deň.

• Bogdan (10/5): Very nice stay, to return !!!! :)) - The location was very accesible, the bus station is in front of the hotel entrance, the hotel is very close to Termini station around 5 minutes to walk. It has restaurants around the right corner.The room was very clean and big enough for 2 persons, the toilet was very clean too.It has TV, air conditioning and refrigerator. But the best thing I liked was the stuff, the receptionist named Luca who was a very nice guy (I liked this man) :)) , a welcoming man who told us where we can eat good food, what to visit (such as Vatican, Colloseum, Roman Forum etc..) and also told us to be careful to pickpockets from Termini and crowded zones. I recommend this hotel with all my confidence. 10/10

• Jose Luis (10/5): Hotel económico y bien situado para pasar unos días en Roma - La ubicación es excelente al lado de Termini. No es un área problemática, además el hotel está dentro de un conjunto de edificios con un muro de piedra y valla encima y jardines que lo rodea. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención y el servicio del propietario, Luca, que me ofreció toda clase de informaciones prácticas, no sólo el día de llegada sino las 5 noches que estuve alojado. Sobre como moverme, sobre la posibilidad de robos, sobre el tiempo meteorológico, me dió su número de teléfono por si pasa algo llamar, hubo una huelga general en todo el país el 3 de octubre por Gaza y sus consejos de cómo moverme por la ciudad y la situación en las estaciones de tren fueron muy útiles. Es una persona muy atenta y servicial, muy comunicativo y con el que pude tener largas charlas sobre muchos temas de interés en Italia. Fue como estar en familia. Otra cosa que me gustó mucho fue la nevera en la habitación grande. Y otra cosa que me gustó que tiene aire acondicionado que también se puede usar para calentar la habitación por la noche. La ducha y el baño perfectos. Si vuelvo a Roma repetiría en este hotel. Hay un perro en la casa que se llama Rex, que a mí no me molesta pero entiendo que puede ser incómodo para otras personas. También el hotel está al lado de un avenida por donde circula mucho tráfico. Puede ser algo ruidoso por la noche. Yo dormí bien, además desde las 10 de la noche a las 7 de la mañana no hay mucho tráfico, puede oírse algún coche de vez en cuando pero con unos tapones en los oídos se soluciona.

• Valeriia (9/5): - Отель располагается в более в спокойной части Термини. Вечером ходить нормально даже одному. Рядом много приятных кафе, есть где и позавтракать, и поужинать. Хозяева отеля очень приятные гостеприимные люди, мужчина хорошо говорит по-английски и очень подробно рассказывает о многих нюансах Рима (транспорт, карманники и тд). Мне достался просторный номер с большой двуспальной кроватью в отдельном крыле и ключ от входной двери, поэтому приходить-выходить было удобно без каких-либо ограничений. Соотношение цены и качества наверное лучшее в районе, по крайней мере, на сентябрь-октябрь Очень сильно пахло канализацией из туалета. Уборка номера была каждый день, но ее качество хотелось бы улучшить. Очень сильно слышно соседей, возможная причина - это пустоты в косяке двери, которые не до конца замазали строительной пеной

• Mehmet (9/5): Superb - Alberto is so helpful, he explained every issue for the hotel and my trip in Italy. If you plan to make day-trips, that is a good hotel near the Termini Station. They cleaned up the room every day. Just bring your slippers with you. A bit noisy at night but If you get tired from strolling around the city then it won't be a problem.

Outside, the property welcomed you with jasmines in full bloom so it smells good. The trees filters the air and gives shade that is comforting from the sun. If you are claustrophobic, you wouldn’t like the elevator.
