Foi um bom custo benefício. 1) Pessoas dos quartos ao lado fizeram barulho (batendo portas, falando alto) de noite e de madrugada, e era possível ouvir tudo, inclusive conversas. Acordei algumas vezes. 2) A anfitriã não respondia algumas mensagens e perguntas, mas isso não chegou a gerar problema a nós.

There is tea and espresso machine in the hallway for everyone to use No check in instructions were provided. I was lucky to show up when the cleaning lady was working so she let me in and connected to the owner. I wonder what I’d have to do if I arrived outside if he working hours..

• Kornel (10/5): An excellent place for those going on a cruise! - We stayed here twice, and everything was wonderful. The apartment has a perfect location. You can walk to the port in just 5–7 minutes. The nearest metro station is also only 5 minutes away. The host kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases early in the morning, so we had the whole day to explore Naples without luggage. We took a taxi to the airport — it took 10 minutes without traffic and about 30 minutes with traffic. Thank you, we would be happy to come back again!

• Mohammed (10/5): I highly recommend it !!! - We liked pretty much everything ! First, it is well located, close to all the main attractions by walk. Second, the room is very very clean, spacious and well equiped. The bed was comfortable. It was literally perfect. The host was nice and allowed us to keep our luggage in the shared space after check out. Plus, we had a very nice restaurant just downstairs. The only downside was that the windows didn’t have thick enough blinds and the light would wake us up early in the morning

Ubicación perfecta para tomar el ferry a la cosa Amalfi Un poco engorroso el acceso, uno llega un poco cansado y encima era de noche. Pero igualmente las explicaciones perfectas , con videos y contacto directo con la persona que te daba indicaciones.

Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi, sia dalla stazione che dall’aeroporto. Consiglierei di imbiancare di nuovo le pareti della camera. Il bagno non aveva un odore gradevole, forse per colpa della fogna. Le guarnizioni della doccia erano un po’ consumate di conseguenza usciva acqua.

Insgesamt ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl, da die Unterkunft über einen verschließbaren Innenhof erreichbar ist. Einfacher Check-in mit Anleitung über WhatsApp. Die Dusche war bei Ankunft in einem schlechten Zustand und schien schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden zu sein. Zudem wurde auf meine Kontaktversuche sowohl über die Booking-App als auch über WhatsApp vor und während des Aufenthalts nicht reagiert. Am Check-in-Tag erhielt ich eine Nachricht der Vermieterin mit dem Hinweis, man könne über einen externen Link bezahlen. Da die Buchung über Booking lief und durch die Plattform sogar davor gewarnt wird, wirkte das auf mich erstmal unseriös. Letztendlich würde es über Booking abgewickelt.

• Christina (6/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή και οι κατευθύνσεις που δόθηκαν για να μπούμε στο κατάλυμα πολύ βοηθητικές. Το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν σε μια θέση όχι ιδιαίτερα πρακτικη, 4ος όροφος, συγκρότημα κατοικιών, σκάλες από το ασανσέρ, κλπ. Όταν τελικά φτάσαμε, διαπιστώναμε ότι στην ουσία πρόκειται για έναν κοινόχρηστο χώρο σπιτιού με επιμέρους δωμάτια και ιδιωτικά μπάνια. Παρότι υπήρχε αυτονομία στο μπάνιο, η ηχομόνωση ήταν σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη, με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται τα πάντα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και να μην μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει πραγματική ξεκούραση και ιδιωτικότητα. Επιπλέον, τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν από τα πιο άβολα που έχω συναντήσει, κάτι που επηρέασε σημαντικά την ποιότητα του ύπνου — προσωπικά δεν κατάφερα να κοιμηθώ καθόλου κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας. Τέλος, η γενική εικόνα του χώρου δεν παρέπεμπε σε καλή καθαριότητα ή φροντίδα, δίνοντας την αίσθηση ενός κάπως παραμελημένου καταλύματος. ·( Λερωμένοι τοίχοι, παρατημένες λερωμένες πετσέτες στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο, κλπ)

Entrata tramite codici forniti dalla proprietaria quindi checkin facile e libero. Camera ampia, bagno grande e pulito, fornito di tutto l’occorrente. Nel corridoio in comune con altre camere è disponibile macchina del caffè e bollitore Se devo trovare un difetto direi che sarebbe utile ritinteggiare le pareti della camera perchè vi sono plurimi segni.

• Phuong (7/5): Good facility, not very responsive host - The location is very central, convenient, and quiet. It’s quite walkable to both the port and the historical centre. The metro is also nearby. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed and pillow were comfy. I slept very well. The host was not very responsive and proactive in providing information. She didn’t even reply to my check-out and payment questions. And I got charged extra for the tourist tax, which should have been normally included in the final booking price on Booking without any communication. This was the first time I met a host like this.

• antonio (8/5): - Posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione metro. Stanza molto ampia , dotata di tutti i conforts e molto pulita .Nelle vicinanze molti bar per colazione. Facile il self check in . Unico piccolo neo : essendo la camera molto ampia, nonostante la presenza di un elemento di condizionamento , dato il mese invernale , non c'era sufficiente calore al suo interno. Ovviamente è un problema mitsto ai mesi invernali

• Chiara (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La posizione della stanza era ottima, vicino alla metro e a un sacco di attrazioni. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Comoda anche la possibilità di farsi il caffè e il thè. Il letto e il doppio cuscino era molto comodo. La stanza in sé ha una porta da interno che a mio avviso non è molto sicura. La serratura traballava addirittura. I muri erano pieni di segni, il bagno non era ben pulito così come anche gli arredi sopra il letto. La stanza non era isolata bene. La TV satellitare non funzionava bene.
