- Murat (8/5): - Mardin’de kalınabilecek en düzgün otel. En merkezi yerde, bütün gezilecek yerlere yakın. Motosiklet ile gelenler cadde kenarına rahatlıkla motosikletini koyabilir. Odaları geniş, temiz ve konforlu. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve cana yakın. İyi ki bu oteli tercih etmişim.

- Emre (6/5): Konumu güzel ama kesinlikle fp değil. - Şehrin merkezinde konumu çok iyi ama kalabalık günde giderseniz otopark sorunu var bayram gibi Mardin’e giriş çıkış 2 saat. Biz temizlikle ilgili problem yaşadık ama hızlı bir şekilde çözdüler. Tek problem 200 dolara yakın ödediğim bir otelden beklentimin fazla olmasıydı. Bu ödemeyi İtalya da yapsam sanırım birini tahsil ederlerdi bize.

- Mark (8/5): Would stay again... - Overall we were happy with the Kaya Ninova. The breakfast was good, staff helpful and the room comfortable. Maybe it could have been a bit cleaner, but it was ok. The hotel is in a perfect postion for walking around Mardin. However, there is a parking problem in the city generally. Places are hard to find.....The hotel does help though when you ask them....We would stay again.....

En işlek caddede olduğu için dışarısının da gürültüsü odaya geliyordu. Ayrıca üst ve yan odalardaki gürültü de epey geliyordu.

- Alaa (10/5): - The Perfect choice in Mardin. Don’t think to chose another. So close to everything, their hospitality. The Reception is more than helpful even I was early in my check in but they helped to get the room ASAP they were knowledgeable about all my questions. I was surprised that he called me before I came in order to make sure about me. All the details I need in my room were there. They helped me to get a tour around Mardin with very nice ppl. I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks for their hospitality and organizers. I forget to mention about their perfect breakfast with a beautiful view and the small cozy coffee next to the street. You should go there.

- Christopher (10/5): Beautifully decorated hotel - This is a very good hotel, I stayed for 3 nights. The receptionist speaks English, there is street parking at the front of the hotel. It is located right in the heart of the old town. The room is air-conditioned and very comfortable and has a great view over the plains. Wifi is fast, Turkish breakfast is comprehensive, rooms are cleaned and serviced everyday, there are tea and coffee making facilities. Definitely would stay here again.
