• Nitet (10/5): - Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us.

• travelling-pianist (10/5): Excellent stay! - I stayed at this apartment hotel for five nights. I needed to have a full kitchen to prepare my meals, and it had everything - oven, microwave, cooktop with four burners and a big fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher. I booked a one bedroom, and it had separate rooms - there was also a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were very nice as well, with a comforter. The windows opened which also helped to circulate the air quickly. I originally booked the top (9th floor), as I usually always book the top floor for it to be quieter. However, the 9th floor has sloped ceilings and the rooms are very small and cramped, smaller than the other floors. The windows are smaller also, and the ceilings are lower. I asked for a different room for the next four nights, and they kindly gave me another room, which was excellent. Ask for a room with a view of the river and the castle. It was a very lovely view from the third floor, where the new room was. It wasn’t too bad for noise, in the evening, there are a lot of locals out and sometimes there is a fair bit of noise from the street until quite late at night. However, the hotel itself was quiet, I did hear the neighbours occasionally, but generally it was very quiet and I slept very well here. They offer a nice breakfast for 10€, but I didn’t eat it, as I had to prepare and eat all of my own food. It was very close to the Grotto, about 6 min walk. There is a larger grocery store, Carrefour city, about 15 min walk. There is also a market and a marketplace grocery with fresh fish, meats and fruit and veggies and ready prepared food. It was an excellent stay! Thanks so much to Veronique and the other guy that worked at the desk. I hope to return again and would highly recommend this hotel.
• Cheri (4/5): - The hotel was advertised as a 4 star and I would have rated it a 2.5. The Queen bed was actually two twins that separated and not good mattresses. I would not stay there again or recommend.
• suzannemU3579EU (8/5): Excellent, definitely stay there on my next visit. - Excellent accommodation, well equipped and within easy reach of the domain.Stayed in various hotels, apartments on my many visits to Lourdes, this was all round the best. Staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

• Christine (8/5): Basic - Very basic hotel. This is in no way a four star hotel, more like 2 stars, but it fit our needs. Very close to the sanctuary, about a 7 minute walk. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. When asked about parking she said there is no free parking anywhere in Lourdes. Turns out there are a couple of free parking lots about a 10 minute walk from hotel.

• Mardee Jade (10/5): - It is just 5 mins walk to Our Lady of Lourdes, which was the main reason why chose this place. The hotel was surprisingly very nice and perfect for family of 5 with a view to boot.

• Victor (8/5): - Apartment and bathroom were clean. Compared to many European accomodations, the place was spacious. I also liked the kitchen with the fridge. The a/c worked well. The place was very quiet at night. The reception staff was friendly; they even lent me an umbrella. The beddings need some upgrade. The blankets were thin and looked cheap.

• Brent (10/5): Very nice place to stay - We were visiting Lourdes for the first time, for 2 days. We arrived late and were given very clear "late check in" instructions by email. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay very much. Front desk staff were very helpful in answering our questions. Very close to the Lourdes Sanctuary, a 5 - 10 minutes walk.
• Salvador (10/5): Lourdes trip - My Wife and I traveled to Lourdes for 2 days and 2 nights. The town of Lourdes was special as was the Bacillica of our Lady of Lourdes was unforgettable and beautiful. Not too many tourists during March. The Aparthotel Le Pelerin was the perfect location, clean and great service.
• Ralph (10/5): - This property is in an excellent location close to the grotto. Also, the hotel was very nice in changing our reservation for a upgrade. The staff is very friendly an the property is clean and well-kept.
• Dalila (8/5): - The apartment we stayed at was cozy. I felt safe throughout my stay there. Able to control heating which was awesome! The other hotels we stayed didn’t really let you ( multiple hotels stayed at Lourdes due to additional days added in before and after our original stay dates). Best way to contact manager of hotel is messaging from the email or number used to contact you for check in. Basically if your looking for a place to stay and are okay with a humble apartment this place will do the job ! It was safe, kept us warm, but the bed was a little rough on our backs. (Went with my wife to visit our Lady of Lourdes). The walk to things was good but there are closer hotels to Our Lady of Lourdes grotto and bascillica. (It was an additional 5 minutes in comparison to a hotel we stayed at.) However I felt safe, it was affordable, there was a number to contact reception if they were ever out.

• Antonio (10/5): - We were guests of this structure for 3 nights and I must say that we enjoyed it very much. We had room number 94 on the top floor which is served with two elevators. The property is well maintained and Patricia goes out of her way to keep guests in the best possible way, getting around everywhere. The cleanliness is very good and the structure is very close to the Lourdes grotto. For those who come from the USA like us, probably the breakfast is not at the best of expectations, but outside the structure, there are many other solutions for English breakfasts. For everyone else, breakfast is sufficient and the croissants and pain chocolates are hot and fresh. Definitely a recommended place and maybe if we return to Lourdes we will certainly return there.

• Kelly (10/5): Weekend Break - The Apartelle is very near the sanctuary. Impress with the amenities like Kitchen. Clean and quiet.
• Daniel (8/5): Customer Service Unprofessional at Check Out - Accommodation was great and so was the location. Everything we needed to visit including the grotto was within short walking distance. The hotel clerk in the morning was very unpleasant and will not even consider a few hours extension of check out. She didn’t even bother to offer alternatives, but simply dismissed the request. That is just not professional and I will not recommend a stay at the hotel.
• Jonathan (10/5): Comfortable place to stay for the family - Very nice appartments. Kitchen facilities very good with full size fridge/freezer, either a dishwasher or washing machine and a 4 ring hob with oven. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are modern and the air conditioning in each room is very much appreciated in the height of the summer. Whereas lots of place the pull out beds are there to make up the numbers, here, the pull out beds are full size with a comfortable mattress, rather than the usual 1 inch thick thing that most places have.

The only issue that I had was I didn't know there was a tourist tax until the morning that I was checking out. But overall stay was very good.
