We inform you that from the 25th to the 29th of September our Restaurant will undergo an operational change and, for this reason, we will only operate with the Breakfast Buffet during this period. Restaurant, Bar and Room Service will not be operating. Seeking continuous improvement of our services, we are preparing a new menu, especially designed for the tastes of our guests, so that their experience is increasingly unique and pleasurable within RED
In the meantime, we are available to recommend the best restaurants and bars in the region, so that you don't miss out on enjoying the best of Campinas' cuisine We also recommend delivery apps, which can be used at any time of the day, with a wide variety of establishments to choose from, simply by entering the hotel address at the final destination of your order
We thank everyone for their understanding and hope that you can enjoy all our gastronomic services at the opening of our new Origens Restaurant, which will begin operations on September 30th, and will be open at all times from that date onwards. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- PH983 (6/5): not as expected - The room was decent and clean. But not a place you want to stay for long. First, there is no tissue paper, just toilet paper. There is no drawers for your stuff or clothes. Spaces to put things were limited and I had to ask them to remove the mini-bar stuff. I ended up leaving my clothes and some other stuff in my suitcases. The coffee in the room hasn't been replaced. Breakfast was ok. Not much greens to eat if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Coffee was surprisingly disappointing for a Brazilian hotel. Lots of breads and cake selection. I like the fresh juice bar which one get to select the fruit for them to juice. Gym has basic equipment and since it is at the top floor it has a nice view around. There is a supermarket and quite a fair number of restaurants (mainly Italian) walking distance from the hotel. And that is a plus to anyone who is considering if they want to book this hotel. I had a room behind but I heard it was very noisy for those facing the front from the traffic. I know of two people who asked to move due to the traffic.

- Oliver (9/5): sehr gutes Hotel - würde ich wieder buchen - Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, ausreichend Ablagen, Lage in sicherer Umgebung mit ausreichend Bars und Restaurants die zu Fuß gut erreichbar waren. Rühreier waren fast immer sehr schlabrig (wässrig) und der Kaffee am rechten Automaten schlecht der linke Automat war ok aber sonst war das Frühstück sehr gut.

- Junia (7/5): Handy stay. - Clean, handy, good location, excellent breakfast. Room service takes too long. Pool area is not so nice and constantly crowded with loud kids. The New Year's Eve party was quite boring, and the drinks took really long to be served. I expected more for the cost.

Estávamos cheio de bagagens, minha esposa retirando nossos 2 pets do banco traseiro do carro, os manobristas se quer auxiliaram com a porta do veículo…

O hotel é sempre bem limpo e os atendentes muito cordiais. Foi feita uma alteração no espaço do café da manhã, que agora permite a entrada dos pets no salão, ficou ainda melhor! Uma excelente opção!

Com duas crianças a noite e fomos deixados de lado para que gringos fossem atendidos na nossa frente, na nossa vez presenciamos briga entre os atendentes, tinha e não tinha quarto, mesmo depois da estadia paga ouvimos que não tinha mais quarto e quando pedi o estorno, de repente, surgiram quartos! Uma moça lata nos atendeu, desconfiada, insegura e esnobe! Atendimento e postura da equipe da recepção.
