Joshua (10/5): Wonderful stay in CDMX, loved the Mathias! - We had a wonderful stay at the Mathias. The front desk staff were wonderful. So helpful and welcoming.. The apartment was perfect for our needs, which included a couple and a friend. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic neighborhood. Central location to other popular neighborhoods in CDMX, but quiet and calm and close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Cable TV had lots of English-speaking channels and internet was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of English channels. I can definitely recommend the Mathias to others and we'll be staying here again the next time we are in CDMX.

We enjoyed going to the Walmart around the corner in this cute neighborhood! Monica and Sergio were both AMAZING, kind, and very helpful! They were always there to greet us with such wonderful hospitality. Anything we needed they were happy to assist! The housekeeping does a superb job with great detail. Rote (10/5): - My family (wife, 2 girls and I) stayed at this place during the Houston, Texas school Spring Break 2024. We love this place as it is very conveniently located to all the site seeing locations. The location is also safe; we walked back at night on numerous nights with no issue. The place is clean. Because it is located in a residential location, the neighborhood is very quiet. DiDi or Uber drivers would pick you up/drop off in a jiff. There is a small park nearby where people would walk their dogs all day. Walmart Express is also very nearby, so you can buy water, snacks, fruits, juice, etc. The staff was very friendly and welcoming; we love both of them that rotates to work. Ensure though to use any app to translate from English to Spanish. Highly recommend this place and wouldn't mind staying again whenever we go back.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing. The only con was the internet was not reliable. If you need to work while staying here, keep that in mind. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with staying here.

Abran (10/5): - Fantastic, residential location. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a wrap-around balcony. It was lovely being able to see all of the folks walking their dogs at the park across the street. Only a few minute walk to Reforma. I would definitely stay again.

We opened the sliding doors for a lovely breeze. The building is safe and secure with 24 hour security and the team is responsive to your needs. Before we returned from our trip I was already recommending The Viadora apartments to my friends. Excellent property!
Daniella (10/5): If an Apartment & Hotel mated: Mathias - This place did not disappoint! If you’re looking to travel with friends but want to share a common space with separate rooms and bathrooms, Mathias is the place to stay. Our apartment was an entire floor on the 4th floor with a wraparound balcony. The amenities were incredible and had everything you needed (everything a typical hotel room has PLUS a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, wifi, tv in living room and each bedroom with premium cable - this was great because we were able to watch the MLB wildcard playoffs - Go Padres!). My sister didn’t bring an umbrella and the front had extra on hand for that late afternoon thunderstorm that came through. The front desk was very friendly and on call 24/7. Housekeeping was respectful and provided fresh towels and made our beds daily. The location is a little off the beaten path of La Reforma but not a far walk (about 10 minutes) and the neighborhood (Cuauhtémoc) was very quiet, safe, and filled with so many cute dogs. My only con is that I messaged the hotel through Hotels.com to get early check-in and they verified a room would be ready by the time we arrived at 8 am but a room was not ready until 9 am. It was not a biggie, we went to breakfast at a nearby cafe while we waited. Thank you for the excellent hospitality, Mathias!
richard (6/5): - Well designed and Comfy apartment but WIFI in not existent, in order to use the property WIFI you will have to go to the Lobby area which just have (2) chairs. Alejandro, Domingo and Joel provided great service, Area is not the best and can be dangerous to walk during the night hours.
Robert (10/5): - These apartments in Mexico City are just a 10-minute walk to Av. Paseo de la Reforma and the Angel of Independence. Along the way you pass several restaurants, our favorites being LaChinama for taco’s and Churrería El Moro for dessert. This is just down the street from the American Embassy and a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean and had a very accommodating staff. If you are looking for a two-bedroom apartment in Mexico City for a couple days, this is the place.
